Y/n pov
As I'm sitting there, they keep bombarding me with questions. Where are you from? Who did you kill? Are you responsible for this and that? I'm sick and tired of it. "Have you killed any kids?" The man asks. I freeze at this. An image of the little girl and my brother flash through my mind.

"Did you hear me?" The man asks. He has thinning brown hair and his eyes are an icy blue. He has a thin, horse like face. "No, could you repeat yourself?" I ask, tilting my head. "Have you ever killed any kids?" He asks. "No," I lie.

"Did you have any siblings?" He asks. "Yes," I reply. "Is he still alive?" He asks. "No, he died in a fire," I lie once more. "Do you know where your files are?" The man asks. "Burned up," I tell them. I sit back into my chair and cross my arms. "We're going to bring in some people that will help us with this case," the man says. He stands up and goes to the back of the room. He opens it up to reveal Rumlow.

I quickly stand up, knocking my chair over. "Are you fucking kidding me?!" I shout. What the hell is he doing here? "Hello red," he taunts. "Sit down. Now!" The man orders. I just keep on staring Rumlow down. I can feel my blood start to boil with anger and hate. Suddenly, I get a shock, making my knees buckle.

I pick up the chair and sit back down. "Now that's a good pet," Rumlow laughs. I squeeze may hands so tight that my left one turns white. "Now we ask that everyone will leave. This is just between the court," the judge says. I watch as they seat Rumlow right across from me. I can see all of the Avengers get up and leave out of the corner of my eye.

I can feel a few hands on my shoulder, but I don't take my eyes off of Rumlow. Then I feel a kiss on the top of me head. It's Bucky. I calm down a little, but still not letting my guard down. Once they leave they start back up with the questions.

"So, Mr. Rumlow, what was your experience with this woman?" The man asks. "She was a good little dog, until she wasn't," he smiles. "What do you mean by that?" He asks. "She has killed thousands. She's like a rabid dog that needs to be put down!" Rumlow yells. "It says that she actually helped bring you in. Is that true?" A different man asks. "I came in willingly," Rumlow lies. "That's a lie," I growl.

"Quiet darling, the people are speaking. And last time I checked, you weren't one," Rumlow taunts. I want nothing more then to strangle his neck. I want to feel his good for nothing life to leave his body. "Hold on, you said that that was a lie?" Another man asks. "Yes. He tried to kill us. He is literally a Nazi. He was part of the infiltration with S.H.E.I..L.D. He almost killed Cap and the rest of them," I explain.

"That is true," another man responds. "Bring in the next person," the judge commands. The man escorts Rumlow out of the room. Right before he leaves though he elbows the man in the face so hard that he drawls blood. The man lets go of him instantly and two guards come up and try to pin him down.

Rumlow kicks the one in the stomach, making him topple over in pain. The other one comes at him and Rumlow sweeps his legs from under him. I get up and make my way to him. I run at him, jump on the wall and kick off. I kick him right in the face, so hard that a tooth flies out. He hits the ground hard, and he's knocked out cold.

The two guards stumble to their feet and carry him out. "I would advise you to take your seat," the man commands in a menacing voice. I walk over to my seat and ponder, what is wrong with this guy? "Bring in the next person Anderson," the judge commands. Anderson, huh?

He walks out and Nat comes in with him. What is she doing here? "Miss Romanova, please have a seat," Anderson say in a polite tone. She sits down and eyes the man. She knows that something off with him as well. "Miss Romanova, it has come to our attention that you knew miss. Y/n. Is that true?" The judge asks. "Yes. She saved me as a kid," he says. "How so?" A man in a gray suit asks.

"When I was training to be a Widow, she was the one who trained me. Part of her memories came through and so did the real Y/n. She helped me escape," Natasha says. "You said the real Y/n. What does that mean?" Another man asks. "Hydra had brainwashed her. They manipulated her mind. The original Y/n came through," she explains.

"How old where you?" Anderson asks. "I was twelve." "If you where twelve, and you didn't join shield till you where sixteen. Then they captured you again, yes?" This man is the worst. "It wasn't her fault, it was mine," Natasha says. "How so?" The judge asks.

"It was in Russia, and the middle of winter. We found a little cabin. She had to go out to get us food, she told me not to start a fire, but I did. I was young and cold. I didn't know better and I wasn't thinking," Natasha says. "Why did you leave Y/n? Did you actually go and rat her out?" Anderson asks, now standing behind me.

"No, I would never do that to her. We ran out of food and so I went out hunting. When I got back I saw that there was a fire," I explain. "Then what?" Anderson asks. I stay quiet, trying to think. "Don't make me repeat myself," Anderson barks. "I-I don't remember," I confess. "I remember it being dark and having to chose something. I don't know what and then there was a gun shot. Other then that I don't remember."

"And why is that?" The judge asks. I look at his old wrinkled face. Man is in his mid seventy's. "I thought that it was already said." My voice came out snarkier then I intended. "Watch your tone," Anderson commands. I close my eyes and squeeze my hands. I let out a sigh to calm myself down. This is all bullshit.
