Overburn: Ya know... I always wanted to fight you again since the courthouse. Hehe... You are in the inferno now!
Todoroki: I'm only going to say this once... Stand down and I won't put you on ice.
Overburn laughs through his mask as he reaches up and removes it as it shows his extremely scarred face.
Overburn: Stand down? You don't mean that, becauseI can see that you want to fight. Hehehe... You want to use your fire and engage into combat! Because you know that you won't be able to get out of this room alive without a fight!
Overburn pulls out another lighter as he sets it off, holding both lighters up acting as though they were sacred.
Todoroki: I don't understand you... You use your quirk with extreme skill but you have no regard for your own life. Sooner or later, that's going to be the end of you.
Overburn: Hehehee... (wheeze) I live for the fire, from the moment I gained my quirk... I was consumed by it! The fire burns through my body and if I were to die by it? So be it.
Suddenly Overburn snapped the lighters towards Todoroki as two large whips of fire quickly approached him, but Todoroki was able to create a thick wall of ice infront of him to block the fire as it still melts the ice.
Todoroki: 'His fire is stronger.... This feels different than the courthouse fight.'
Overburn continued the assault with sending out more plumes of fire towards the dual-haired boy as Todoroki manages to dodge and block the attacks, countering them with ice as he tries to get an opening to strike.
Overburn: If all you can do is block and dodge, then you'll be consumed by the glorious flames!!!
Todoroki: I've been consumed already... and I'm not going to let it ever again!
