It was a week since Lisa's parents found out their daughter and granddaughter's whereabouts and as much as they wanted to grab the first flight to South Korea, they decided to wait, just so their daughter could process the fact that they'll meet. They knew Lisa would have been hesitant to reconnect after 4 years, not because she didn't trust them, but because of her shame.
