As we got out of this unheavenly forsaken palace Zoya teleported us to her house. I looked around in awe as we materialized in a spacious living room with high ceilings and large, floor-to-ceiling windows that flooded the space with natural light. The walls were painted in muted tones of gray and blue, and comfortable looking furniture was arranged around a large fireplace.
"Welcome to my humble abode," Zoya said with a smile, gesturing for me to take a seat on a plush sofa. "Make yourself at home."
I sank into the soft cushions, feeling grateful for the chance to relax after the tense encounter with the demon king. Zoya disappeared into another room for a moment before returning with a tray of snacks and drinks.
"I hope you like tea," she said, pouring a steaming cup for me.
I took a sip and savored the warm, comforting flavors. "This is delicious. Thank you."
Zoya smiled again, settling into a nearby armchair. Pyro, Dean, and Eclipse sat on the couch while Solar sat in a chair that was hanging from the ceiling. Blossom was sitting on a window seat.
