"I trusted you, Ophelia," I continued, my voice shaking with anger and hurt. "I let you into my life and you betrayed me. You ruined everything."

Ophelia finally looked up at me, her own eyes filled with tears. "I'm sorry," she whispered. "I never meant for things to go this far."

"But they did," I said, my voice cold. "And now I have to deal with the consequences. I can't trust you anymore, Ophelia. You've destroyed any chance we had of being friends."

Ophelia hung her head, clearly devastated by my words. "I understand," she said quietly. "I'll do whatever it takes to make it up to you."

I shook my head, unable to believe her. "It's too late for that," I said. "I need to get out of here and get help. I can't stay with you anymore."

Ophelia nodded, understanding in her eyes. "I'll help you," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

I didn't trust her, but I had no other choice. I took a deep breath and nodded, ready to do whatever it took to get out of this situation.

"Just bring me the book and leave," Ophelia said.
