Today, August 21 2014, Tessa Rose-Somerhalder and Selena Gomez spend the afternoon together walking around downtown New York City. Both girls haven't been spotted together in a picture in over two years and finally they have reunited. As we all know, Gomez and Rose-Somerhalder were quite the pair when Tessa first came to Los Angeles to film "Welcome to Hollywood" a few years back.
