Alex's pov
"Krist,love,I'm fine.it's probably just a stomach bug!"I protested as Krist brought me a tray of food."I know I know,"he gently placed it down on my lap,"but you're always so busy taking care of us,so now it's my turn to take care of you."he insisted."but I don't want you to get sick if it is a stomach bug."I whined,"if it means you'll get better then it's worth it."he said.I smiled,"god you love birds are gonna make me sick."we heard Greg say.we turned our heads and saw Aaron slapping the back of his head,"ow!"he exclaimed as he rubbed the back of his head.
Aaron grabbed the plastic bag that Greg was carrying and walked towards the bed,"we got everything you need."he said.He dumped it all on the bed.I widened my eyes as one thing in the pile caught my eye,"what is it babe?"Krist said.I picked up the pregnancy test box,Krist widened his eyes as well."what?you never know."Aaron said,I slid the tray off of my lap."I'll...be right back."i said,walking out of the room.
No one's pov
Thoughts swarmed in Alex's head as she took the pregnancy test.why was she so nervous?Both her and Krist have been wanting children for a while now,so why be nervous?Alex sighed,putting her hands on her face."five minutes,all I have to do is wait five minutes."she thought,Alex took her hands off of her face and leaned back against the wall.are her and Krist truly ready?I mean,there's so much they have to deal with right now.adding a baby into the mix is just gonna make things worse,at least that's what Alex thought.
