Ritual

After your lady left the room you watched the desk fall back into it's original spot, still quite amazed that you've never known about such until now

'I wonder if there's anymore secret passages in this castle' you thought to yourself and scratched your head 'hmmm'

You shrugged 'I can't think about that now, I have to get ready for the.. ritual??' You got confused 'why did my lady want me to go again?'

You headed towards the door and turned the handle, as soon as you opened it you were immediately greeted by Cassandra

"H-huh?" You were taken aback "what are you doing here??" You asked dumbfoundedly

"We heard that mother asked you to accompany her at the ritual!" She stated and looked straight into your eyes

"Oh! Uhmm.. yeah?" You were getting kind of frightened "is there.. a problem with that?" You asked nervously

"Hmm, just be careful- Mother Miranda and the other lords aren't necessarily ones to play nice" she warner you in a certain tone that made you uneasy

Your body shivered as she then disappeared in her swarm "w-wait!" You reached out for her but she was already gone 'what does she mean "aren't necessarily ones to play nice"?' You questioned to yourself

You simply decided just to head to your room, repeating the same words over and over again in your mind

You opened your room door and immediately headed to your wardrobe, situated next to your lady's

You opened the small doors and looked inside

You spotted your daily attire, grabbing a fresh white button up shirt, black apron, black skirt, white knee high socks and black flats

You sighed 'when am I gonna get a new outfit?..' you drooped your head and grabbed all the pieces of clothing needed and headed towards the bathroom

You immediately started the shower and got undressed, placing your worn clothing in a basket near the door

You got in and started washing yourself

You were so wrapped in over your head with thoughts that you didn't notice somebody had entered

You screamed as you heard a noise from the other side of the curtains

"Y/N it's just me!"

You sighed in relief, knowing it was simply your lady "you scared me.." you huffed

"My apologies darling, I just came to inform you that the ritual will be starting in 30 minutes" she said

"O-oh! Of course! I'll be out in a couple minutes" you assured her

"I'll be waiting for you" you could tell there was a smile in her words as she then left the room

You blushed softly as you then just realized that there was only a thin curtain dividing you and your lady from your naked body 'o-oh'

When you finished your shower you got dried and got dressed in the clothes you picked

When you walked back into the room you were greeted by your lady sitting on the bed

You walked to her and you both smiled to each other "ready to go dear?" She asked

You nodded nervously "yeah.. of course"

You rubbed your arm softly as your eyes scrolled down a bit

Your lady's face lit up "Y/N?" She moved your face so it would meet hers "what's the matter?" she had worry in her face

"I'm just uhm, nervous that's all" you decided to not explain to her the interaction you had with Cassandra beforehand
