This chapter is short...just saying

Ashe POV

I stayed on the balcony for a small while...thinking of the worst that could possibly happen. I felt tears run down my cheeks. I undid the braid in my hair and ran my fingers through my hair. I shook my head, getting rid of the thoughts on the subject. I noticed below people where leaving. "The party must be close to being over." I muttered before going back down to the great hall. I saw Allistor kissing Luna goodnight before she left for her home, I also saw...a rather deadly staring thing going on between Kili and Phoenix...and Fili and Shaleh where standing in the middle not knowing what to do. I also noticed Thranduil leaving. He looked up and made eye contact with me before grinning slightly and nodding me me. I smiled lightly and waved. He left and all the maids began cleaning up...quiet the mess the festival left. I sighed and saw my Maamr walking towards me with Bilbo. "Hello dear~" she said happily. I grinned, "hey Maamr, Mr. Baggins." I said looking at Bilbo. "I'm showing bilbo to his room," she said before shoving the hobbit past me. "You really haven't changed a bit Tygr!" Bilbo said panicked. I rolled my eyes, to distressed and worried to laugh. I made my way to my bedroom and saw Talion shredding apart an old pillow. I glanced at it and said nothing. I stripped off my dress and hung it up before tossing on a loose shirt and shorts. I combed through my hair and did a lazy, slightly sloppy braid. I petted Talion's head and looked at him. Without even realizing it a tear ran down my cheek. Suddenly Talion licked my face, and the tear away. "Ta-Talion stop!" I said. He sat down infront of me and whined slightly. I wiped my face and sighed. "Maybe this isn't a good idea...maybe I should stop going to Thranduil." I said. I looked at my warg, "what's more important...exploring my life or keeping my fathers trust?" I asked. He huffed and shook his head. I sighed and yawned, "wanna sleep on the bed tonight?" I asked. He looked surprised then jumped onto my bed. I crawled back under the covers and snuggles close to Talion. "Goodnight Talion...sleep well." I said petting his head lightly.

My eyes opened and I felt a massive pain in my stomach, that of being stabbed...or gutted. It was guilt. "He won't be mad at you. Your his daughter, he will love you anyways." I shrieked seeing my sister Melody beside my bed looking down at me. "Wh-what are you doing in here?!!!" I screamed. My heard was pounding like a hammer in my chest. "Tell taad. Tell him!" She screamed and seemed to disappear into thin air. I scrambled to my feet and ran to my brothers room. "Allistor!!!!" I said before opening it. He popped up out of his bed and looked at me. "You need to tell dad about Thranduil!!!! I can't do it!!!" I cried. "Alright." He said before taking my hand and leading me to our parents room. He made me wait in the hall and went in, coming back out with our father. "Taad, Ashe needs to tell you something but is to scared too. So I am." He said. He nodded and crossed his arms. "Ashe has been traveling to Mirkwood and taking fighting lessons from Thranduil behind your back, she also lied to you about where she was when we thought she was missing. She was in Mirkwood." He said. Or taad said nothing, however looked me dead in the eye. In a flash I felt his fist connect with my face. I shrieked and collapsed to the ground. "You disgust me. I always knew you would be the child i regretted. You are never going to see that disgusting elf again, that I will make sure of." He said before storming off. "Ashe!" Allistor said kneeling down beside me. Suddenly as if out of nowhere Thranduil came storming towards us. "YOU!!!" He shouted at Allistor. "What?" He asked. "You told Thorin! YOU STOLE ASHE FROM ME!" He shouted before shoving a sword through my brothers stomach, and cutting upwards into his chest. "ALLISTOR!!!!" I screamed covering my mouth. "And you, I hoped we could have known each other longer." He said before walking back to where he came from. "A-Allistor..." I whispered looking at him. He tried to say something but blood flooding his throat was all that came out.

I shot up from my bed with a scream, swear was dripping on my forehead and my heart was racing. "A-Allistor!" I raced from my bed, running into my bedroom door before opening it and running to his bedroom. I swung open his door and jumped onto his bed hugging him tightly. "Agh! Ashe! What's wrong?!" He yelled. "I KILLED YOU!!!! IT WAS MY FAULT AND TAAD HATED ME AND I WANTED TO DIE!!!!!!!!" I cried in hysterics.

Allistor POV

I was utterly confused by my baby sisters words but sat up and she wormed herself closer, she was glued to me crying hysterically and I could tell she was hyperventilating. "Ashe, ashe please calm down!" I said holding her and petting her hair. She wailed into my shoulder and Was no where near calming down. I looked and saw Talion peak his head through my door. I motioned that he could come in and he laid down at the foot of the bed on the ground. "Shh...your alright...we're okay...your safe." I said calmly. "Nobody is going to hurt you." I said slightly rocking her back and forth. "Are you any better?" I asked. She nodded but didn't loosen her grip. I rested my chin on her head and continued rocking her back and forth. "Can you tell me what happened? Did you have a nightmare?" I asked. She stiffened and nodded, she was getting choked up again. "What happened in the nightmare?" I asked. "I-I felt guilty for lying to taad, s-so I got you to t-tell *sniff* h-him fo-for me. When you t-told him he looked at me t-then punched me I-in the face a-and told m-me I w-was t-the child he knew he would r-regret and that I d-disgusted him." She said before beginning to cry once again. My heart honestly ached for my little sister. "What happened then?" I asked. "Then Thranduil showed up a-and told you I-it was your fault and th-that you took me away f-from him and then he gutted y-your stomach!!!!" She said before hugging me tighter and cried harder than before. I saw Talion sit up and look at her with concern. I held her tightly, "it was my fault you died!!!" She wailed. "No! I'm not dead and no matter what it wouldn't be your fault!" I said sternly. She shook her head violently and cried out once again. I sighed and scooted down laying her on the bed beside me. She staid close to me, I had no problem with it. I petted her fiery red hair and rubbed her back. I stayed quiet and waited for her breathing to calm down. As soon as it did I spoke, "I'm alive...and I'm not going anywhere. I promise." I said kissing the top of her head. "What should I do..." I heard her choke out. "Well...what do you want to do? Do you like doing lessons with Thranduil?" I asked. She nodded, "yeah...he's really nice as a teacher..." She said. "Well, taad is going to begin training you tomorrow...why not give him a chance. If you end up liking Thranduil better then well...I really don't know but we can take it from there. However if you like taad better then you can send a polite letter to Thranduil saying that you think it would be best to hold off your lessons until you are at a matured age." I said. She looked up at me, "why would I go back?" She asked. I smirked, "the elven King himself wants to train you...don't pass that up...just delay it. I almost think that is the better idea." I said. She nodded, "maybe...that is a good ideas when I turn Forty then taad can't really say no can he?" She asked. I shook my head, "no, he can't. Your an adult and can make your own decision." I said. She grinned slight and nodded. "I think...I'll go through taads training tomorrow and decide then." She said before shooting me a cute smile. "Good, now, you should probably get some sleep." I said yawning. "Can...can I sleep in here?" She asked quietly. This wouldn't be the first time Ashe has slept in here. When she was younger and had nightmares, if she couldn't run to big protective scary father, she ran to big strong caring eldest brother. "Of course, but go to sleep." I said. She nodded and flipped on her back and closed her eyes. I did the same and tossed an arm over my eyes. I felt Ashe squeeze my hand. "Thank you for helping me through this Alli...I could never ask for a better brother..." She said before she leaned over and hugged me once more. I grinned and hugged her. "Of course Ashe, your my little sister and I love you. I'll do anything to try and keep you out of trouble." I said. I was happy to hear her laugh. "I love you too Alli~!" She chirped before I heard nothing. Soon enough I heard lightly barely audible snores coming from her. I felt at ease and closed my eyes actually trying to fall asleep. I felt her small hand grab my wrist, I didn't pay much mind to it, she always did that. It was like a nerve calming thing. I relaxed and fell asleep...to the sound of my sister's warg snoring. "How does she sleep with him?" I grumbled before tuning him out and falling asleep.
