This story is a dark sci-fi drama centered on Edward Blake, a young Black boy growing up in a futuristic society where skin color and hair texture shape how people are treated. From the very beginning, Edward experiences isolation, rejection, and racism-at school, on public transportation, and in everyday life. These constant experiences deeply affect him and shape his worldview.
As he grows older, Edward channels his pain into ambition. He studies chemistry and biology, becoming obsessed with DNA, melanin, and physical traits. His goal isn't just scientific success-it's personal and ideological. He wants to create a way for others to feel what he has felt. Over time, this idea evolves into something dangerous: a plan to alter people's race through a chemical injection.
After landing a job at a research company, Edward secretly sabotages a large batch of government vaccines, mixing in his own formula. This causes a nationwide transformation where millions of people suddenly experience changes in their skin color and hair texture. The world is thrown into confusion and panic, while scientists and authorities struggle to understand what's happening.
Meanwhile, Edward watches from the shadows, feeling a sense of accomplishment. In his mind, he has forced society to confront inequality by making others live in his reality. However, the story raises deeper questions about morality, revenge, and whether forcing empathy through harm can ever truly create justice.
