Wow, DaveKat! Great. This story is based on like, a superhuman AU. Dave attends a mutant school, and Karkat is a new kid. They happen to be roommates, and eventually get along quite well. Currently sort of working out the plot, so, it may be a while.

When it comes to finding a partner amidst all of the chaos, life can pretty tough. However when you're going through that awkward puberty phase, you kinda need a partner. Even if you're incapable of loving. You see, that's not the question, whether you can love someone or not. The question is whether you'll be able to kill them when the time is right.

Karkat Vantas marathons his videos late at night and becomes irritated at the stupid content. In his tired daze, he messages Dave pages full of rant on how shitty his channel is. After sending, he falls asleep and wakes up to new a video by Dave..
