I fired my lock on rockets at her, and all 3 hit, doing a lot of damage to her outer armour, but it could take more.
She brought a huge laser of energy down near me and began to drag it across the floor towards me, making me have to dash away and over to a drone, smashing it into the floor as I landed. As I did, I faced the Khan Maykr again and began to charge up another load of rockets.
As they locked on, she fired several orbs of energy at me, which I dashed around before launching my rockets at her. Once again, they all hit her and caused collateral damage to her armour, causing her to just hover there.
Smash her armour with your fist.
Ahsoka!? Are you alright?? I asked myself as I heard her voice, immediately fearing the worst.
I'm alright (y/n), don't worry about me.
I grappled onto the Khan and smashed her suit in. As I did so, several pieces of armour went flying off everywhere, before she flew upwards and prepared to fight again.
How did you get out? I asked as I shot a ballista bolt at the Khan before dashing around a drone and smashing it into a wall.
Petro, he, saved me. He was broken out of prison by Barriss, taught about the dark side, and used it against her to, save me.
I fucking despised Petro, so much so that I was able to charge enough argent energy up inside of me to bring a lightning strike down onto the Khan, destroying another layer of armour.
Don't be mad, he saved me!
I'm getting as mad as I can, it helps, remember?
Once again, I grappled onto the Khan and forced my fist against her, obliterating her outermost layer of armour yet again.
I forgot about that.
I smiled as I shot the heads off of a few drones and began to unload my minigun into the Khan.
Anyway, are you safe?
I'm on my way to help Hayden with Sidious.
And, the icon of sin.
It's Awake!? And on Coruscant!?!?
It was the only way.
I could feel Ahsoka sigh inside of me as I said that.
Alright. I won't be able to kill that, so you better hurry up.
I will be as quick as I can. I said as I fired a ballista bolt into the Khan's armour again, destroying yet another layer of if.
Also, once she is dead, I will be a lot more powerful. Ahsoka said
Why so?
The balance between light and dark will be more contrasting. I will be countering out you, Sidious and the icon.
I nodded as I did what I've done the last two times to finish off a layer of armour.
Anyway, I've got a bigger problem to deal with. Ahsoka said to me.
I've been fighting the Khan this entire time.
You what!? Stop talking to me and kill it then!
Ok, I love you.
I love you too!
With Ahsoka now out of my head, nice as it was, I could now focus on channeling my rage and not be soothed by her voice every second.
The Khan flew upwards and brought a massive argent beam down onto me. She obviously forgot who I was, as it only charged me up with rage which I haven't felt in a while, rage that makes me go beserk.
I dashed over to a drone and tore it apart as I made my way towards the Khan. She fired energy bolts and orbs directly at me, but I just took them all to the chest, not feeling a thing except rage.
She dashed away from me as I leapt towards her, causing me to fly through the air past her, but then I remembered something which I completely forget that I can do.
I reached my hand out to her and dragged her over to me using the force. She tried her absolute hardest to stop me doing so, but failed. As she reached me, I smashed her skull in with my fist, sending her flying away from me as her helmet completely shattered, revealing her true ugly face.
As she backed away from me, she began to launch more bolts of lightning and orbs of pure energy at me, forcing me to dash around the arena in order to not get hit by them. At every available opportunity, I was retaliating with a ballista bolt until eventually, her final section of armour was weakened enough for me to smash it with my fist, so I did.
She was sent flying upwards, still alive somehow. I had a feeling that I'd have to hit her once more to kill her for good.
"You cannot do this!" She screamed before raising her hands into the air and summoning all of her drones to flood the arena.
I smiled in my head as my plan of action came into my head.
"Hell." I said. As I did, the clouds turned from a stormy blue to a blood red as the lightning came even more frequent and violent. The drones all looked around at the scenery before suddenly demons began to swarm the surrounding area.
I grabbed a drone and discharged all of my suit's excess argent into it, causing me to have less argent in me then the argent powered Maykrs. As I did, I closed my eyes and thought about happy times with Ahsoka to keep me calm as to not produce any more argent.
"What, this, this cannot be!" The Khan bellowed as her drones were slaughtered by the endless hordes of the demons.
I opened my eyes and looked around at all of the demons as my argent levels began to increase exponentially. I thought about Ahsoka being in danger, and my hatred for Petro, those Trandoshans, everything which made me angry. All of this sent my suit's argent to max almost instantly, and the rest began to charge onto me, sending red sparks flying off my body and distortions in reality beginning to form around me.
"Stop this madness!" The Kahn yelled as I heard her fire beams of energy, presumably to protect herself from the demons.
"You want this to stop!?" I shouted. "Then it'll fucking stop!" I yelled as all I let all of my argent out in a single go. The immense shockwave evaporated every demon it touched, and as it hit the Khan, she screamed and began to melt as her body hit the floor.
I walked over to the dying Khan as she crawled away from me.
"You have destroyed, all which I was meant to rule!" She exclaimed.
"Well you won't rule it anymore." I said as I pulled my super shotgun out and loaded it.
"You have broken the holy seal of Urdak!" She screamed.
"That does not concern me one bit." I said as I cocked my shotgun up and aimed it at her head. "Now fucking DIE!" I yelled as I pulled the trigger.
Her head exploded into tiny fragments of flesh, bone and blood as her body went limp. I took one final look at her corpse and smiled to myself at the sight of the main reason for this entire war being dead by my hand.
I put my super shotgun away and began to walk towards the exit. I heard her life essence orb leave her body and disperse into the Urdak skyline, which put a smile on my face, since I knew that all it would do was make Ahsoka more powerful.
I began to run towards the portal and as I got to the edge of the platform, I jumped through and back through to Coruscant.
Ahsoka pov
"So, Hayden, what's the plan?" I asked.
"We hold off until (y/n) arrives." He replied as Sidious shot force lightning at us. Hayden projected a massive yellow shield to block it as the icon of sin stared down at us.
"How do we kill that?" I asked.
"We don't. Only (y/n) can. We can help, but only his crucible can truly kill the icon." Hayden replied.
As Hayden finished saying that, I saw a squadron of ARC-170 fighters approach the icon from behind. They began to open fire on the icon, only for all of their lasers to bounce right off. They dropped their bombs as well as the icon turned to face them. As it did, the fighters all split up, only for the icon to spray them all down in a massive inferno of a flamethrower.
"They cannot damage him! Call off the Republic assault!" Hayden yelled.
"Anakin, stop all Republic attacks on the icon! It only makes it more angry!" I yelled.
"We're doing damage to him!" Anakin replied.
"No you're not! Only (y/n) and Hayden can damage him! Not even a lightsaber can damage it!"
"Alright Snips. All squadrons, return to hangars. We cannot damage it." Anakin said.
"But sir, we were able to damage part of the armour on its shoulder." Rex said in the background.
"That was from (y/n) in Urdak!" I yelled.
"(Y/n) did that in Urdak, not us." Anakin said.
"Oh, right. Understood."
Anakin hung up as I turned back to Hayden who was currently absorbing Sidious' Sith lightning with a shield.
"I can't take this forever." He said.
I ignited my 2 blue blades and prepared to take the force of Sith lightning as Hayden took his shield down. Sidious' lightning hit my lightsabers with quite an impact, but after a second, I was able to hold him.
"You cannot take this forever!" He said. As he did, the icon looked down at us and prepared a huge pentagram on his forehead.
"That doesn't look good." I said as Hayden put another yellow shield up infront of us. Just as he did, an absolutely massive laser beam emitted from the centre of the pentagram at us. Hayden recoiled as it hit but immediately went back to holding it off.
"Come on (y/n), come on (y/n)!" I said to myself as I felt his argent levels drop through the floor. "No, th-this can't be happening!" I said to myself. I fell to the floor as I no longer felt him.
"What?" Hayden asked as the icon moved its laser elsewhere.
"I, I can't feel (y/n)'s argent anymore!" I shouted.
"Looks like your lover has died. What a shame. Would you like to join him?" Sidious mocked.
I stood up to face the monster of a man Infront of me.
"I think he's waiting for you." I said as I reignited me blades again and prepared to fight Sidious.
"Oh, I would love to. You see, if you kill me, I will become more powerful than you can imagine! My soul will be transferred to yours, and with the Khan Maykr still alive, you will be powerless against it.
All of a sudden, I felt a massive surge of argent energy inside of me, sending an immense burning pain right through my entire nervous system.
I screamed as I hit the floor. Immediately Hayden shielded me from Sidious.
"See? Without your lover, you are useless! Worthless! You're just a pathetic little girl with no power against me!"
I slowly began to stand up as I felt (y/n) get angry one last time before feeling more satisfied than he ever has before.
I ignited my blades again and leapt through the air, past Hayden's shield and towards Sidious.
"What are you doing!?" Hayden bellowed.
Sidious drew his lightsaber and blocked my initial hit on him, sending me back-flipping over the top of him, and landing on my feet behind him.
"You have no power against me." He said as he shot his lightning towards me. I took it easily at first, but then it began to get harder and harder, until eventually, I felt I couldn't take it any longer, but I trusted in (y/n), and in the force, so I knew what to do.
I dropped my lightsabers as his lightning engulfed my body. I felt as the power in me grew, and also in (y/n), as he felt my pain and fueled from it.
Sidious continued to shoot his lightning at me as I felt a surge in power like I've never had before. The Khan must've just died, but I continued to bluff Sidious.
"UNLIMITED POWER!" He yelled at me as he forced me to the ground with his lightning. As I fell onto the ground, he walked over to me.
"Useless vermin, now die!" He yelled as he charged his lightning up. As he did, he shot it directly at my chest, filling me with argent energy, to levels I've never experienced.
I like this. (Y/n) said to me through our bond.
Good. Now's your time. I replied.
I smiled as I forced myself through the pain to stand up Infront of Sidious, still taking all of his lightning.
"How is this possible!?" He yelled as he shot more at me.
I shone the blue fulcrum sign on my forehead and smiled.
"I'm a slayer now bitch." I said before firing him to the floor with the force. As I did, I drew my crucible and ignited it.
"If you kill me, I will become more powerful than you can imagine!" Sidious said. "Without (y/n), and with the Khan still alive, you will be destroyed along with my body, but I shall live on!" He screamed.
"Good thing she isn't without me." The voice of (y/n) said from everywhere around me.
"What? This cannot be! The Khan killed him! What Jedi trickery is this!?" Sidious bellowed.
"It isn't trickery." I replied.
"Just the power of a dyad." (Y/n) said as he fell from the sky next to me in a heroes entrance, just like he did on Christophsis.
"How can this be!?" Sidious yelled.
(Y/n) ignited his blood red lightsaber as Sidious stood up and stared into his eyes.
"You should know by now I'm a hard fucker to kill, shouldn't you?" (Y/n) said.
Sidious growled at us as he ignited his own blade.
"It's treason then." He said.
"Do you think I give a FUCK about treason!?" (Y/n) yelled as he brought his lightsaber down over Sidious' head as hard as he could. Sidious blocked with his own lightsaber but was still sent backwards to the floor.
Sidious slowly stood back up as the icon looked down at us and smashed the plateau with his fist, shattering more of the senate, and showing us that it wasn't scared to fight, but neither were we.
"You'd wish that you did." Sidious replied.
Holy shit I'm back. I think it was November when I last updated this book and it's now February, so, here were are! This chapter is a thing now, and we are one chapter closer to the end of the Doom campaign and starting a new life with Ahsoka, full of peace, but we still have the DLC and the final mission to go. Will we beat Sidious? Will the Icon get more powerful the longer it is on earth, which after spending over 2 months on earth unattended, I think would be pretty powerful by now, but time doesn't work like that in this book so who cares!
Anyway, enough with the shit talk. I don't know when the next chapter will come out, I just don't. School is a cunt, my mental health is shit, shit's going down with some of my friends and life is just generally not too great at the moment, but I will aim to try and finish the main campaign before the second part of the Doom Eternal DLC comes out. When it does, I'll probably turn this book into a 'main' section with the Campaign, a 'DLC' section of the, well, DLC, a 'Life' section of us and Ahsoka living peacefully (which I already have some one-shots of), and a 'multiverse' one where, if you've read my overwatch fanfic, you'd know that every other universe, fictional or not, exists thanks to the Father.
Anyway, every chapter in this book so far has over 100 reads and the fact that people are still reading, liking, adding to collections and everything after I legit just dropped it is absolutely amazing and I can't thank you all enough.
