(y/n) pov
I crushed the last imp into the floor before standing back up and looking at my HUD. There was a vent across the gap next to my arena which I had to through to get out of this destroyed heaven.
"By awakening the icon of sin inside of Urdak, the holy seal has been broken, and the demons can pass through the void like never before." Hayden said.
I took a run up to the jump and leapt across the gap to the vent, ignoring what Hayden said to me because at this point in time, the most important thing for me to do was get back to Coruscant and save Ahsoka.
I ran through the vent and out the other side, onto a platform with 3 massive rings beyond it. As I did land, 2 of them began to move in a circle, putting them out of line with each other.
"To get back to Coruscant, you must realign the rings manually. Get to the terminal and I will be able to do that for you." Vega said.
I nodded as the direction in which I needed to head appeared on my HUD. Without hesitation, I began to make my way over to it, bouncing through each of the orange rings and platforms to get nearer to it.
I landed on one final platform as I looked up to see where the terminal was. It was just above me, but I had to go through the inside of the building to get to it, which was made harder by the immense amount of demons which had decided that now was a good time to spawn in.
I growled as I saw an archvile spawn out of the corner of my eye. As soon as I'd processed that it was an archvile, I sprinted through the horde to get to it, smashing any demons that got near to me in the process before arriving at the archvile.
He'd put a shield up to stop me, but it failed dramatically, as one single forceful smash of my fist and it was destroyed, staggering the archvile, but not for long enough for me to kill him.
He launched a beam of fire towards me before teleporting behind me. As he did, I turned around to see just how big the horde which was present was. It would take me way to long to kill all of these demons with guns, and it was time that I just didn't have.
I closed my eyes and listened to their growls and focussed on Ahsoka. She needed me, and she needed me now. I had to kill these guys, else she'd die. I couldn't let that happen.
I continued to focus my rage into these demons holding me back from Ahsoka when she was in desperate need of me, and within seconds, my suit's argent limit had been hit, but mine hadn't.
I kept charging my argent up inside of me before opening my eyes and releasing it all in one huge burst of energy.
The red circle of pure rage which I'd let out engulfed everything near to me, completely evaporating every demon near me. Not even the tyrant or marauder were able to survive it, but I did with ease.
I continued on my way towards the terminal and into the building. As I entered, a hell knight charged me, but I impaled him onto my blade before ripping his chest open, killing him.
I made my way into the Urdak elevator and pushed the button to make us rise, and it did.
As the elevator doors opened at the top, I walked out and over to the terminal.
"Place me into the terminal." Vega said. I took part of my Vega chip out and placed it into the terminal. "Realigning dimensional transport rings. I can, see, now. Am I, the f-athe-r , Dr Hay-den?" Vega stuttered.
Hayden gave no reply.
After a second of silence, I noticed that the two rings which had moved earlier had now moved back into where they were supposed to be. As they did, a beam of light was shone down the middle of them, illuminating the rings as it went before exploding into a huge circle of light which blurrily resembled Coruscant.
"Hurry, with the icon of sin now awakened and Ahsoka still in danger, we cannot delay." Hayden said. "Once the icon has been slain as well, I may require your assistance."
"Why so?" I asked.
"Sidious, is here. I cannot contain him for long."
I growled just at his name before continuing to make my way towards my target location.
I fought of a few small demons and an arachnotron on my way to the landing platform where I could return to Coruscant, but I couldn't go yet. I had to kill the Khan herself first.
Once I arrived at the elevator, I took a single deep breath as I thought about Ahsoka, before pressing the button. The elevator slowly began to rise up, carrying me up to the surface, which as I got to it, appeared, empty?
I stepped out of the elevator and listened in to the crashes of thunder and lightning as the Urdak weather progressed worse and worse.
I didn't see any Khan anywhere, so I began to make my way to the exit, not having the time to wait for her, but then she arrived.
There was a flash of yellow on my left as she appeared, flying above me in the sky.
"For millennia we survived, made others sacrifice for our benefit, so that they in turn may find prosperity." She exclaimed as she flew closer to the ground. "Who are you!? A human? Once a mortal, to defy our traditions!?" She commanded to me. As she did, a huge crash of lightning went off as she revealed her true wings of bright yellow fury, which may have looked heavenly, but were made of the most corrupt matter possible.
I drew my lock-on rocket launcher and smiled as several of her drones spawned in around the place.
"For Ahsoka."
Rex pov
Me and Anakin had been talking to each other about what to do for a few minutes when Wolffe finally returned.
"What's the news, Wolffe?" Anakin asked.
"Tech and Hunter have tried a lot of different things. The only things that there were able to confirm is stuff we already know, with that being that Barriss kidnapped her and broke out through the window, although they did find out that Barriss didn't have a ship directly nearby, so she must've taken her somewhere on foot first."
Me and Anakin nodded just as we heard an echoing boom coming from somewhere in the city. We looked across into the city and spotted a huge yellow beam of light striking down into something which we couldn't see, because there was buildings in the way.
"What on earth?" I said.
"That's, towards the senate." Wolffe said.
Anakin gasped as Wolffe said that. "Padmé!" He shouted. He ran off towards a shuttle. Me and Wolffe looked at each other before following right behind Anakin.
We got to the shuttle and found Anakin trying to turn the shuttle on.
"How do I work this!?" He yelled.
"Your reign ends now."
We all looked at each other in utter shock.
"Did you guys just hear that?" I asked.
"Yes I did, now how do I start this thing!?" Anakin shouted.
"Let me fly!" Wolffe exclaimed. Anakin leapt out as Wolffe jumped into the drivers seat. Within seconds, the shuttle fired up and we were all inside, flying towards the sight of the yellow beam of light.
"What the hell is happening?" I asked Anakin.
"I don't know, but we really need (y/n) back down here." He said.
"Bad news guys." Wolffe said.
"What!?" I shouted up to him.
"That yellow beam of light was coming from the senate, and I can only assume that the voice did as well."
I looked at Anakin as he sat there thinking, before he opened his eyes wide.
"The Seraphim." He said.
"What?"
"Hayden, he became quarantined when something happened to him. As he did, (y/n) left for Urdak and Ahsoka, changed. It must be him!"
"But, who is he?"
"I, don't know, but he gave (y/n) his power, so he must be pretty powerful himself."
I nodded as our ship landed outside the senate.
The three of us immediately jumped out and ran towards the entrance to the senate, weaving our way through the masses of panicking senators fleeing as fast as possible.
"Padmé!? Padmé!?" Anakin yelled.
"Ani!"
Anakin turned and ran off before stopping. As I got to him, I saw him holding Padmé in a tight hug.
"Ani, what's happening?" Padmé asked.
"What just happened in there?" Anakin asked.
"Hayden, I mean, the Seraphim, he, revealed that Palpatine is the Sith lord, and, got into a fight with him."
"Hayden got into a fight with the Sith lord!? There's no way he's going to win!" Wolffe exclaimed.
As Wolffe said that, a massive explosion went off inside of the senate, sending huge chunks of debris everywhere. Luckily for us though, we weren't near enough to be harmed by it.
"What's happening?" Padmé whined.
"I don't know." I replied. "And only (y/n) would do."
Just as I said that, another huge beam of yellow light shone through the sky and into the senate building near us, before yet another explosion, this time though, we could see a figure falling from the window.
As the Figure fell and landed on the floor, everyone near got even further away, but Anakin, Rex and Wolffe slowly closer in on the figure laying on the floor.
"H-help." The person whispered. "H-eLP!!" The person screamed as they became encased in a pillar of yellow light. As that happened, the Seraphim revealed himself just a few metres away from this person, who I assumed was Sidious.
"Your reign ends here." The Seraphim boomed. He went to finish him off, but as he did, the ground shook beneath us.
"Woah." Anakin said.
"What's going on?" A voice said from behind us. I turned and saw Bail Organa standing behind us looking incredibly scared and confused.
"The dark lord Sidious is being killed by the Seraphim." I said.
"Yes! This war will finally be over!" Padmé exclaimed. As she did though, the ground shook once more.
"What's that?" Bail asked.
"I don't know what's causing the ground to shake." I replied.
All of a sudden, a huge black shadow was cast over the top of us.
"What's that?" Padmé shrieked.
"Oh my god!!" Bail yelled as he began to back towards the senate building, regardless of the fact that he was nearing Palpatine, because currently he was still being locked in place by the Seraphim.
"What the fuck is that!" I yelled as I turned around and saw an absolutely huge robotic looking being standing on the floor of Coruscant, yet still being way taller than the senate building.
"Oh my god!" Anakin yelled.
The being raised one fist into the air and slammed it violently onto the ground, shattering a large part of the plateau.
"Leave now, all of you!" The Seraphim yelled.
"We have to stay and fight!" Wolffe exclaimed.
"We can't sta-" Anakin was cut off as we all heard a massive boom come from inside the senate building.
"What was that?" Padmé asked as she shied into Anakin's body.
"Guys, I think the big one's doing something!" I shouted.
"What's it doing?" Bail yelled.
All of a sudden, the entire senate building exploded into a mushroom cloud, annihilating the entire of it, and killed a lot of people. Luckily for us though, the Seraphim projected a huge yellow barrier to stop us from being harmed.
I looked over at the Seraphim and saw that he'd just used both of his hands to project the barrier, which meant, he'd let go of Sidious!
My eyes darted across to the Sith and saw that he had infact been freed.
"Gu-"
I was interrupted yet again by the huge being smashing his fist down yet again.
"We've got to go! We can't stay here! We'll die if we do!" I yelled.
"You will, but I won't."
As soon as that voice was heard, we all instantly spun around to see that it, it was Ahsoka!
"Ahsoka!?!?" Anakin shouted. He ran towards her but she put a hand out and stopped him.
"Go, this is too dangerous for you guys." She said.
"But, what happened?" Padmé asked.
"I'll explain later. Just go for now, I'll deal with this." She said.
"You'll die!" I said.
"No, I won't die." She said.
"Only (y/n) has the power to stop the icon of sin!" Anakin said.
Ahsoka closed her eyes and smiled as a blue fulcrum symbol lit up on her forehead. She opened her eyes and smiled.
"He isn't the only slayer anymore." She stated.
We were all left speechless at her return, even though it had only been like 2 or 3 hours since she went missing, but my god, so much had happened.
"Well? Are you going?" She asked.
"Um, y-yes, we're going now!" Bail said, panicking, as he grabbed Padmé's arm and began to drag her away.
"Good, because sometimes one slayer just isn't enough." Ahsoka said with a smile as she ignited her lightsabers and began to walk towards the Seraphim to help him against Sidious and this titan.
I began to walk away, watching as she ran over to the Seraphim, before I turned around and ran back to the others, not wanting to get caught in a fight which I had no chance in, because wherever Ahsoka was, (y/n) wasn't far behind, and wherever (y/n) was, destruction followed. Even if you are on his side, in a battle like this, sacrifices would be required, and (y/n) would not care who they came from.
Oh shit, Ahsoka's back! But who saved her? What it us? Is she actually Ahsoka? Has she been corrupted? Find out next time when I decide to next write a chapter in like 4 weeks or some shit. Anyway, thank you for reading this chapter, I hope you enjoyed, and this is
