Currently, everyone is in Sae's Palace playing one of the gambling games in order to obtain a member's card and they weren't doing so hot.
Dealer: The sum is 9. The house wins.
Joker: Damm...
Crow: What's the next roll?
Oracle: Um...8 maybe...?
Joker: 8.
The dice then rolled once again and the sum was 6.
Dealer: The sum is 6. The house wins.
After losing, everyone saw they only had a 100 chips left.
Fox: Not quite enough to make a pattern.
Tenor: Oh, so that's how we're playing it.
Noir: What do you mean?
Tenor: Well, it's very obvious that they're cheating.
Crow: How can you tell?
Tenor: Every roll has been either 2 times lower, or two times higher then the number we pick. It's clearly rigged to make it impossible to win.
Panther: Then how do we win if it's rigged?
Tenor: Elementary, elementary, my dear Sexy cat.
Panther then started blushing.
Panther: Stop calling that!
Tenor: We rig it in our favor.
Queen: How do you plan on doing that.
Tenor: Easy, Oracle, come with me.
Oracle: Where are we going?
Tenor: Basement.

After about 15 minutes, both Tenor and Oracle returned to the others.
Skull: Geez, what took so long?
Tenor: ...-_-... It's literally been 15 minutes.
Oracle: Plus, there's not a chance in hell we're going to lose now!
Tenor: I also found a few chips down there, it'll be enough to play.
Joker: Right. Let's do this.
After rigging the game in their favor, Joker started winning every roll of the dice, earning 50,200 chips.
Dealer: A-Another huge win...Congratulations, another victory for your group...
Panther: We did it!
Skull: 50k from just this game!
Crow: Now we can get a member's card.
Joker: Nice work, Oracle, Tenor.
Tenor: No need to thank us.
Oracle: We're just that awesome.
After winning enough for a member's card, they bought one and Oracle registered the name for it.
Oracle: We're registered. From now on, we can store coins on this member's card.
Skull: Nice.
Fox: Then we don't need to carry coins on us.
Oracle: I registered it to a random name, "Tarou Tanaka".
Tenor: "Tanaka"? Isn't that the guy who sells random stuff on Sundays?
Mona: Hey, we should give it a more tasteful name.
Oracle gave Mona an annoyed look and a dealer came over and offered them a new card and Oracle registered another name.
Oracle: This time I went with " Shinji Nakanomatsu". No complaints with that, right?
Mona: It's so-so.
Tenor: ...-_-...You're being very picky...
Oracle: Selfish kitty cat...
Everyone then started to make their way to the elevator to head to the next level.
Skull: Alright! Then let's take this Palace by storm!
Mona: Careful, there's no telling what's waiting for us.
Shadow Sae: You thieves are in an ebullient mood.
Everyone looked up and saw Shadow Sae on the screen.
Queen: Big sis...
Shadow Sae: But you definitely won't win. For I am the manager of this casino, and the rules deem that I am the victor!
Crow: That's not necessarily the case, is it?
Shadow Sae: Impossible! Criminal trials are but a gamble to be won, and us prosecutors arrange the gambling table.

Shadow Sae then cut off and Crow spoke up.
Crow: She thinks trials that determine people's lives are nothing more then gambles?

After getting the member's card, everyone took the elevator up to the next level and they were immediately met with another obstacle, a large door blocking the next area.
Dealer: Do you have a reservation? This is the rate floor.
Tenor: ...-_-...Oh for the love of...Really?!
Skull: Move.
Dealer: Do you have a reservation?
Skull: I said move it!
Noir: We shouldn't case a scene!
Fox: It seems a requirement must be met.
Tenor: ...-_-...For someone who wants to go about things "fairly" she really likes to cheat and leave a lot of information out...
Mona: It must be related to Sae's cognition.
Crow: Cognition, huh? Only authorized personal are given access to this floor. It must be the courtroom.
Panther: You really are an Ace detective.
Noir: But how do we get in?
Queen: That's not a problem.

It's the next day and after Makoto changed Sae's cognition by going to the visitor's gallery in the courthouse, the door blocking them was gone.
Skull: Alright! No more door!
Fox: Now we just need to get to the manager's floor.
Noir: There must be a requirement for that, too. Like 50,000 chips.
Mona: Let's ask. "Customers first" is their motto after all.
Dealer: Welcome to the high limit floor, a proverbial gambling paradise. First off, we would like to extend a welcoming gift to you.
The dealer then gave Joker 1,000 free chips.
Panther: He gave us chips.
Dealer: You can use your card as a charge card. You can even take out a loan up to the amount of coins on your card.
Skull: Who would do that?! I'm terrified of goin into debt here!
Queen: How do we get to the manager's floor?
Dealer: The entrance to that floor is above us. Please, go ahead.
Everyone then made their way to the manager's floor and now blocking their way was a bridge.
Tenor: Of course there's something else blocking us now.
Fox: A scale shaped bridge?
Noir: But it's not connected to the other side. How can we move it?
Oracle: My guess...is this.
Everyone looked over and saw a small device and Joker stuck his member's card into it and it said they needed 100,000 chips to cross it and they all looked completely shocked.
Tenor: And there it is.
Noir: 100,000 chips?!
Skull: We gotta earn more coins...
Panther: Twice as much as before...!
Crow: But this is the high rate floor. I bet there's a way to make that.
Tenor: A very annoying must likely...
Joker: Still...it's the only way.

The first game they needed to play was a shadow maze that they needed to clear which was full of Shadows and nearing the end, they ran into one.
Joker: Tenor, up and over!
Tenor: Right!
The shadow then tried to blast them, and they jumped on opposite ends of it and Joker pulled out his pistol and,
Tenor pulled out his new sniper he bought from Iwai, and the both of them started firing at it from the air, blinding it and Crow using the distraction, summoned Robin Hood and shoot an arrow through the shadow, killing it, earring 11, 200 chips. The next game was a tag team duel and worth 100,000 chips if they win and everyone decided to send in Joker and Tenor.
Mona: You're both on your own now.
Skull: We're counting on you two, Joker! Tenor!
Fox: It's a 100,000 chips if you win.
Queen: But those odds...
Oracle: Our opponents are 1.1, and Tenor and Joker are 23.
Crow: It appears this will be a very dangerous battle.
Noir: Be careful.
Panther: Don't get yourselves killed...
Tenor: Please, we got this.
Joker: Right.
Tenor and Joker both walked into the arena and they were immediately met with 10 shadows.
Tenor: You know, at this point I'm not surprised it's not a 2 v 2.
Joker: Yeah, neither am I.
Everyone from the stands saw them facing 10 shadows and were completely shocked.
Panther: I thought it was supposed to be a tag team fight!
Fox: The snakes.
Skull: If they're not playing fair, I'm not either! I'm coming to you both!
Skull then touched the fence and was immediately electrocuted by it, surprising everyone.
Crow: The game master seems pretty intent on interfering.
Queen: Tenor! Joker!
Tenor and Joker were both blasted back by curse skills from the shadows and they weakly got back up.
Tenor: Joker! Heads up!
Tenor tossed Joker a small bottle.
Joker: What is this?
Tenor: It's an energy drink, thank Takemi!
Tenor and Joker both drank the energy drink, healing up and they both smirked at the shadows.
Joker: Round 2!
The shadows then all tried to blast them with cruse skills again, but the two of them jumped out of the way.
Tenor: Orpheus!
Joker: Okuninushi!
Tenor summoned Orpheus and blasted all of them with a powerful fire skill, burning them all and,
Joker summoned Okuninushi, and it cut all of them in half, killing them as the others cheered for them.
Everyone: Yeah!
After taking the 10 shadows out, a larger shadow appeared and immediately went to strike them, but Okuninushi blocked it, creating a large shockwave.
Joker: End this.
Tenor: With pleasure!
Suddenly, Tenor jumped through the smoke, landing on the large shadow and pointing his sniper at its head.
Tenor: Bang.
Tenor then shot the shadow in the head, killing it and both Joker and Tenor had won and the two of them had high fives each other as the others started cheering even louder.
Everyone: YEAH!!!!!!!!!
Queen: Yeah.....

After winning, Tenor and Joker walked back and met up with the others and the two of them had won 257,600 chips.
Skull: You both did it, Joker! Tenor! That's awesome!
Mona: Alright, let's head over to the Bridge of judgement!
Everyone then made their way to the bridge and got ready to put their chips in.
Queen: With this we can reach the manager's floor now, right?
Suddenly, Shadow Sae appeared on the screen.
Shadow Sae: It seems you've worked hard to gather coins. But you still can't make it to the manager's floor. From this moment, the number of chips for the bridge will increase...to 1,000,000 chips!
Everyone then looked at her completely shocked.
Panther: What?!
Skull: You're playin dirty! That's no fair!
Tenor: ...-_-...You know, there's a word for people like you and it starts with the letter "B". But out of respect for Queen, I'm trying my absolute hardest not to call you it...
Shadow Sae: That's the point. Your task will forever be impossible! And I will emerge victorious!
Tenor: ...-_-...Sigh...
Noir: But we worked so hard to get those chips.
Crow: We need a million, yes? Then there's no problem.
Joker: How so?
Crow: Do you remember what we were told when we came to this floor? Each card receives a welcome gift, and we could borrow an annount off coins equal to what he held on the card.
Queen: Well yes, but...
Crow: And there's this.
Crow then pulled out the original member card.
Oracle: That's the "Taro Tanaka" card.
Crow: I held on to it. There was 1,000 chips welcome gift on this card, too. I used that as an entity fee to win the Shadow maze game. After that, I took a loan for the 10,000 chips I won, for a total of 20,000 chips. I bet the entire amount on Tenor and Joker in the arena. A 20,000 chip bet at 23/1 odds gave me 460, 000 chips. I paid back the original 10,000 chip loan, giving me 450,000 chips. I then borrowed the maximum amount a second time...bringing me to the current balance of 900,000 chips.
Tenor: Well that's neat.
Panther: Whoa! So adding Joker's winnings to that...
Fox: Over 1,000,000 chips.
After combining Crow and Jokers chips to get over the bridge, and the made their way to the manager's floor and found Sae's Treasure.
Mona: We've secured our route to the Treasure! Let's had back and prepare the Calling card.
Everyone then started walking out and Tenor saw Queen still standing there.
Queen: Big sis...
Tenor walked up to her and put his hand on her shoulder.
Tenor: Don't worry. We'll save her.
Queen looked at Tenor and then smiled at him.
Queen: Right.

After leaving Sae's Palace, everyone went up Leblanc to get the Calling card ready, but Akechi spoke up.
Akechi: So I have an idea. We should wait to plant the Calling card until right before the time limit.
Ryuji: Why's that?
Akechi: Sae is a realist. Even if she believes the Phantom Thieves exist, do you think she knows how they steal hearts? Furthermore, if she believes they're evil, there is a chance are expects that she herself will be targeted.
Nhazul: In other words, she'll be on guard.
Ann: Wouldn't that keep them Calling card from affecting her? Do you think the treasure won't appear?
Akechi: I'm only saying it's theoretical. Hence, it would be prudent for us to wait until we are driven into a corner to act.
Morgana: I see. You have a point.
Makoto: I think that would be best too...You know my sister well.
Ryuji: So when should we do it?
Akechi: The investigation is on November 20th, so we'll act the day before, on the 19th. To give the Calling card a day to take effect, how about we deliver it on the 18th?
Makoto: Yes. That's a good plan.
Haru: Agreed.
Morgana: Alright. Then everyone get prepared!
