Before the droids had even noticed me, I began to smash and blast them all to bits, killing them all one by one.
Once I'd destroyed this group of droids, the alarms started blaring and the blast doors closed. Luckily for me though, blast doors do not stop me.
I walked up to the blast door and, because my suit had gone into battle mode and I knew Ahsoka was potentially in danger, in only 2 hard smashes, the door broke into bits.
I continued my way through the halls of the facility, smashing any droids that got near me to bits on my way to Ahsoka.
I'd just destroyed a group of droidekas when I noticed a large room up ahead on my HUD. I had a feeling that if Ahsoka and Padmé were anywhere, it'd be there.
I smashed down another blast door before walking towards the room in question. Upon getting nearer to the room, I did notice Ahsoka and Padmé strapped to these metal pole things.
"(Y/n)! Over here!" Padmé shouted before both her and Ahsoka screamed in pain as the pole they were strapped to began to shoot volts of electricity through them.
I ran into the room and stopped when I saw this blue, weird headed guy standing at a table, doing something.
"Ah, I see that you've come to rescue them." He said as he turned around.
"Yeah, and what do you plan on doing about stopping me?" I asked.
"Oh, you see, this blue shadow virus is a real killer. A single one of these capsules and all life on a planet can be wiped out."
"Not all life." I said.
"Oh, how so?" He said.
"I am the fucking doom slayer. Do you not know who I am?" I asked.
"Hmm, that name does not ring a bell. So tell me, doom slayer, what makes you think that something can survive this?"
"Well, you know how one cell of demonic corruption can turn a weak person into a demon?"
"Yes yes, go on."
"I am a fucking demon." I said as I took my helmet off.
"Yes and what difference does that make?"
"Although I may have a soul and am a living person, nothing without argent can harm me."
I looked over at Ahsoka as she was probably thinking about how that tank round damaged me.
"Yes but chemical warfare kills you from the inside out." He said.
"Do you think I care? If I die then I'll only come back stronger." I said.
"Oh, and how is that?" He asked.
"Well, I'm the fucking doom slayer. If I die, I go back to hell where I rip and tear the shit out of everything that even looks at me, making myself even stronger." I said.
"Oh, but I still know how to beat you." He said.
"Try me."
"You see, I know about your relationship with a certain, Ahsoka Tano. What would you rather, protect her and let all other life die? Or let her suffer and die slowly and painfully?" He said as he flipped a switch and the pole which Ahsoka and Padmé were strapped to began to send electricity up through them. They both screamed in agony as the electricity began to slowly kill them.
"Leave me." Ahsoka whispered through the pain.
I closed my eyes and channeled my argent, letting the screams from Ahsoka channel my hatred. It fueled my anger hearing Ahsoka scream, knowing that some fucker was hurting her. It made me want to kill everything which even looked at her wrong.
"So, what is it?" He said as Ahsoka and Padmé began to scream louder.
That was it for me. Hearing his voice taunt me put me over the edge, just like it did with that cunt Petro.
I let all of my argent go in one massive shockwave, overloading everything electrical in this entire facility. Ahsoka and Padmé's bodies went limp as this Dr guy began to retreat away from me.
"Uh, maybe we can negotiate?" He said, full of fear.
"I don't like to talk." I said as I grabbed him by the neck and began to squeeze.
"No!" I heard somebody say behind me. I turned around and saw Obi Wan walking towards me. "We need him alive." He said.
I dropped the Dr onto the floor before walking over to Ahsoka who was currently slowly regaining consciousness.
I broke her and Padmé free of their straps and knelt next to them.
"(Y/n)?" Ahsoka whispered.
"Yes Ahsoka, it's me, (y/n)." I said as I held my hand out for her. She clasped my hand and held it close to her chest.
"I love you (y/n)." She whispered as she began to show my hand in kisses, even though it was still armoured.
"Ahsoka, don't do that. It's not good for you." I said.
"But I want your touch." Ahsoka said with a frown. "Give me your touch, now."
"Ahsoka, we're on a mission in a secret underground laboratory. We can't yet."
"Aw." Ahsoka whined as she began to pull herself up off the floor. "When we get back though, you know what we're doing." Ahsoka mumbled as she fell into my chest.
"Did you get knocked out by that thing?" I asked.
"What? Nonono, I'm just, sleepy." Ahsoka said.
"Snips, wake up!" Anakin yelled.
"Wah? Oh, hello master." Ahsoka said, now full of energy. "Uh, what happened?"
"You were strapped onto that thing which shocked you, a lot, but I deactivated it, and everything else electronic in this building. It knocked you out but when you woke up, you were acting drunk, until Anakin shouted at you."
Ahsoka turned to Anakin and smiled.
"Oh, well thanks for waking me up." Ahsoka said with a smile.
"Not be cause any concern but the clones have just found a room filled with at least 100 bombs which need to be defused." Obi Wan said as he walked over.
"You two go and help out and kill any remaining droids you come across. Me and Obi will take Dr Vindi back to Coruscant." Anakin said before the two older Jedi and some clones began to escort Dr Vindi out of the facility.
Me and Ahsoka rushed to where the bombs were, killing the two confused battle droids we came across on the way.
Once we got to the bomb room, we saw 3 clones already defusing them. We immediately rushed over to them and Vega told us how to defuse them, so we got on with defusing them.
The timers on them began to go down as we continued to defuse, slowly getting less and less which needed to be done.
We were down to the last few bombs and the time left was almost zero.
"Come on." Ahsoka said to herself as she defused her bomb. I'd just finished mine and helped Ahsoka with hers since there were no other bombs which weren't already being defused.
I unplugged the wire and the timer stopped, meaning that the only bomb left to defuse was the one from the clones.
"You guys need help?" I asked as I rushed next to them.
"Just there and, done." One said as the timer on it stopped and the bomb was defused.
"Whew, that was close." Ahsoka said as she sat on the table.
"Yeah, it definitely was." I said.
"What do we do with these bombs now?" One of the clones asked.
"I don't know. You guys stay here, me and Ahsoka will go ask the older Jedi." I said.
Ahsoka stood up and began to walk out of the room with me towards the exit.
We were about half way back when we got a message from Anakin.
"Dr Vindi is in custody." He said.
"Great. By the way, what should we do with the bombs?" Ahsoka asked.
I began to look around the area near us to look for something to entertain myself as Anakin, Ahsoka and probably Obi Wan discussed what to do with the bombs.
I noticed a plant move slightly. I didn't think too much of it until I saw it move again.
"What?" I asked as I walked over to it. As I got nearer, a small butler droid ran out from behind it holding one of the vials of the blue shadow virus!
I pulled my assault rifle and aimed at the droid.
"(Y/n) what's going on?" Ahsoka asked as she rushed next to me.
"That droid's got the virus." I said as I shot at it.
"Don't shoot! If you hit the virus then all of Naboo is dead!"
I put my assault rifle away and looked at Ahsoka.
"What do we do then?" I asked.
She immediately got onto the open frequency channel on her comm link to contact the troops.
"All troops this is commander Ahsoka Tano. There is a butler droid on the loose with a vial of the blue shadow virus. Do not shoot to kill! Stun and capture the droid, making sure the vial remains unopened." Ahsoka said down the comm link. "Now we help them find it."
Me and Ahsoka began to run around the entire facility, looking for the droid.
We could hear occasional gun shots from around the place but Vega couldn't track the signal of the droid because of how low underground we were and how small it was.
Me and Ahsoka ran into Padmé who was also looking around, now in a hazmat suit though.
"What are we looking for?" She asked.
"A small butler droid with a vial of the blue shadow virus." Ahsoka said.
Padmé nodded before running along with us, checking every corner as we went.
We could hear more gun shots coming from just around the corner to us. We ran around the corner, expecting to see the droid, but it was just a clone shooting another battle droid.
"Where is it?" I asked myself as we ran.
Ahsoka stopped and put her hand in the air. She looked around for a second before running off down a corridor.
Me and Padmé followed after her and we were soon in a room full of plants.
Ahsoka began to slowly move around the room, checking each and every plant pot individually. I also did the same.
"There!" Padmé shouted as she ran at the droid. The droid jumped off of the table and ran around before jumping into the vent, just before Ahsoka could get to it.
"Damn it." Padmé said annoyed.
"We'll get it."
Just then we heard some clones shout.
"It's there, get it!" One shouted.
We heard stun rifle fire but it didn't stop.
"Run!" One shouted followed by an explosion which shook the ground.
"What's going on?" Padmé asked as she and us ran outside of the room.
"A bomb with the virus has been detonated inside of the facility. The nearest safe room is down this path."
"Come on then!" I yelled as I began to follow the path which Vega had set out for us.
Me, Padmé and Ahsoka began to follow the path to the safe room, hearing as the virus got nearer to us.
"There!" Ahsoka shouted.
"Come on come on!" Captain Rex shouted from inside as the doors closed.
Padmé and Ahsoka slid under the door but I stopped dead in my tracks. There was no way I would get through that door without breaking it and I was the only one who could really stay out here without dying.
"(Y/n)!" I heard Ahsoka shout.
"Ahsoka! I'm fine. Keep yourself safe, I'll worry about me." I said.
"(Y/n), are you out there?" Rex shouted.
"Yes I am."
"You need to go around and kill every remaining droid in this facility else they're going to break the airlocks and release the virus into the planet."
"Got it." I said as I turned back around and once again, prepared myself to kill the bad guys because I was the only one who was able to do so.
