✩ she is super flexible! she can bend her body and manipulate it to stretch and bend. when she uses her quirk, the area turns into a rubber-like consistency. due to this, her body is pretty durable during hand-to-hand combat.

like a rubber band snaps back, she can extend her arms far to snatch something and snap her arms back

because her body is manipulated into something rubber-like, she can change the density of her rubber to harden from smth like an eraser to smth like a hockey puck - shield

she can morph into different shapes by manipulating the density of her rubber-like body while stretching; this includes also being able to make a large hole in her abdomen to allow a fist to pass thru

she pushes her palm or leg out and stretches her leg after making contact with the person to push them outwards with the hit

she stretches out her hands and her arms out like a giant fly-swatter before creating a gap in them to fit a person through before she sealed the gap and hardened that section so they wouldn't be able to escape
