Now before we start I wanna say sorry to the people who've requested stuff and i might be taking longer to post chapters. Teachers and school work are kicking my ass right now. I've got 11 days to finish the last 4 units of algebra and i've got 3 projects that were assigned today that are due next week. So thanks for being patient.
You might be wondering why I'm making another rouge avengers return. Well we've got different things in this. Like a toddler. The avengers were gone for 3 years and about 10 months. Tony and pepper were married before civil war. In syberia they fought but steve didn't drive his shield through tony's arc rector he just disabled the suit, dropped the shield, and left.
And as forementioned Tony and Pepper have a kid. 3 years old born August 10th 2001. I think we've all guessed who this kid is. No? Well his name is Peter Anthony Stark. Sort of named after his mom and Dad. This would be the rouge avengers returning to a homey tower. And Pietro is alive. He was on team Tony (took what would've been peters place).
Current Avengers: Tony, Vision, T'challa, Rhodey, Pietro, Natasha, Steve, Bucky, Sam, Wanda, Clint, Scott, Bruce. (Bruce and thor came back and prevented ragnarok but thor is currently in asgard.)

Third Person POV
3 years. That's how long it's been since the avengers have been together. 3 years since Wanda and Pietro have seen eachother. 3 years since Clint has seen Nat and his family. 3 years since Rhodey was paralyzed. 3 years since Wanda and Vision have seen eachother. 3 years since the rouges have been on the run. 3 years since the avengers dysfunctional family was no more.
3 years. It was a long and trying journey but he did it. Tony got the rouges pardoned. They met with the UN to adjust the accords since SHIELD was rebuilt the avengers officially operate under them and any immediate threats are to be seized and paid for and cleaned up by the Stark relief foundation. The rouges signed and their records were clear.
The world was excited for the rouges to come back. Tony on the other hand was stressing out. He didn't want the rouges to know about Peter but they had nowhere else to stay and the government wants them on a 6 month long house arrest exceptions being Clint and Scott who served 2 years (Clints family stayed at the tower for the time being) and to go on missions. They wouldn't have ankle braclets but an FBI agent would be monitoring them at all times from a camera set up by the door.
The rouges were in the elevator all excited to be back. They expected the doors to open to angry teammates instead they saw banners and their friends and families waiting for them. "Welcome back team!" They all said as confetti fell. The barton kids ran to their dad after not seeing him for so long. "Hey guys." Clint laughed. Everyone went and gave eachother hugs. They partied for a while before it was time for the kids to eat dinner and go to bed.
The avengers sat down in the living room."Hey Tony about what happened-" Steve started but tony cut him off. "It's ok, all is forgiven." Tony smiled. "But?" Clint asked sensing the catch. "But you guys now have the 3rd highest clearance." Natasha said. "Meaning?" Sam asked. "Meaning until your house arrest is up you need persmission to go out unless it's an emergency. You guys don't have access to floors 95 to 110 and there are some protocols and rooms you can't access. And certain questions you ask are classified." They nodded thinking it was fair.
"What clearence do you guys have? If you don't mind me asking." Bucky said speaking up for the first time since they arrived. "Well Your families have alpha 1. Fury, Hill, and Coulson have alpha 2. You guys have Alpha 3. Vision, T'challa, Pietro, and Natasha have alpha 4 meaning they can access up to floor 103 and a few more protocols and they can leave. Me, Pepper, Happy, Rhodey, Bruce, and a classified person have alpha 5 meaning we have all access." Tony explained.
"Wanda if Pietro lets you, you can access anywhere he has access to as long as your with him. Same for Natasha, Fury, The other bartons, and Coulson. They can access any room or floor as long as an Alpha 5 approves it." They nodded all a little curious as to who that one classified person is. "Can we earn a higher badge?" Wanda asked. "Yeah. I'm thinking of letting alpha 4's access every floor but no labs." Tony explained. "Anyway FRIDAY will direct you to your rooms. I have to go I'm late for a date." They all waved bye as tony walked to the elevator.
"Does he still trust us?" Clint asked rhodey. "To an extent yes. He really wants to go back to the way things were just...give him time." Rhodey said going in the elevator. They nodded and friday directed them their rooms. "Uncle Rhodey." A little voice said as soon as the elevators opened. He looked down and saw Peter running at him. He picked him up and spun him around. "How's my favorite nephew?" Rhodey asked putting him on his hip.
"Daddy and me made gifts!" Peter said wiggling out of rhodeys arms. "Gifts?" Rhodey asked as peter dragged him to the table. On the table were a bunch of things varying from arrows to gloves. "You made these?" Rhodey asked his nephew. Peter nodded and Tony came in. "I helped. They were his idea and I helped him build them." Tony but in. "Who are what for? If that makes sense." Rhodey asked.
"The arrows are for clint, the gloves are for wanda to help her control her powers and they match her jacket, the stickers are for cap, they are adroable and if you press a button they can eletrocute someone, the arm is for bucky, it has a bunch of cool features and it should be comfortable and a little lighter, the backpack is for sam, they are improved wings that can accelerate him faster and have built in guns and an upgraded redwing, and the rings are for the twins, they point you in the direction of whoever is wearing the other ring and it serves as a communicator and notifys the one if the other is having a panic attack or seriously injured."
Rhodey looked impressed. "That's what you guys have been working on for the past few weeks." They both nodded. "They aren't ready yet but these are the Basic designs." Tony said. "Peter honey you are way smarter than your dad." Rhodey joked. Tony looked offended. "Ouch Sourpatch that hurt." Tony said clutching his chest. Peter giggled and Pepper came in and grabbed her son and gave her husband a kiss on the cheek. "It is almost 10 o clock why on earth are you awake Pete?" He giggled and pointed at tony. Pepper gave her husband the look. "You little snitch." Tony growled jokingly. Peter burst out laughing at his dads face.
"Alright buddy have you had your bath?" Peter nodded. "Alright bed time. Say goodnight to your dad and uncle." Peter stopped laughing and waved. "G'nite dada g'nite 'ncle Rhodey." Pepper went to put him to bed and Rhodey and Tony came with. They all kissed him goodnight and were about to leave. "Wait." Peter said. "Can An'tie Tasha read me a story?" He said giving his irresistable puppy dog eyes. "Fine. Your daddy's gonna go get her." Peter cheered and Tony laughed and walked to the elevator.
Friday took him down to where Natasha was. To his suprise the whole team plus Laura was there playing uno. "Umm hey." He said interrupting them. "Nat can you come here for a second?" He asked turning to Nat. "What for stark I'm about to win?" She said looking at her last 2 cards and smirking. "Yeah Tony come play the next round with us." Steve said. "I might but right now I really need you nat." He said getting impatient.
"Uno!" Nat said putting down a draw 4. "What do you want stark?" She said looking at him with a look that siad 'This better be good'. "Ummm we've initated protocol green eggs and ham." He said. That was their code for read peter whetever story was named. "Oh...OH. Why didn't you say so?" She put down her last card which was a wild card. "Uno out." She pretty much ran to the elevator. "What's protocol green eggs and ham?" Wanda asked. "Classified." They said at the same time.
The team didn't see Natasha or Tony til the next day. Nat, Pepper, Rhodey, and Tony ended up falling asleep in Peter's room that night. When the team woke up they went to the common room and saw drawings and pictures and toys everywhere. "What's all this?" Clint asked startling Tony who was making breakfast. "Oh we live in a tower full of kids. Toys and drawings are common." He said. He knew that 90% of those were peters. "Oh."
The team sat down and ate breakfast. Over the next few months they noticed tony had changed in a good way. He was happier and always in a good mood. They also noticed he was humble and a dad type of strict and there were many toys and little kids outfits that didn't belong to the bartons or cassie. Once their 6 months were up tony gave them all alpha 4 and they had repaired their reationship as a dysfuntional family. They all knew tony was hiding something but nobody pressed on the matter and decided they would tell when he was ready.
They didn't, however, expect that day to come on game/movie night. All the adults would gather in the living room with punch and soda's and they would turn on movies and bring out games and played til everyone got tired, then everyone would pay attention to the rest of whatever movie was playing then head to bed. One night it was thundering and little Peter had a nightmare.
He jumped up in his bed and called for his family. "Dada? Momma? Auntie Tasha? Uncle Rhodey? Uncle Bruce?" He called for a few minutes before grabbing his red and blue blanket and Captain america plushie and leaving his room. "FRIDAY?" He called looking at the ceiling. "Yes mini boss?" She said. "Where's my daddy?" He asked wiping his eyes. "Would you like me to take you to him?" Peter nodded knowing she could see him. "Follow the lighted path."
He sniffled and wiped his eyes again. "Thank you FRIDAY." He said following her instructions. He shuffled to the elevator and it took him down to the avengers common floor. The doors opened and he saw his family playing a game with his dads back facing him. "Mommy! Daddy!" He cried running to his parents. Everyone quieted down and Tony lifted up the crying 3 year old. "Hey bambino. What's wrong?" He asked wiping his sons eyes.
"I had a nightmare and I couldn't find anyone. Not you or mommy or Uncle Rhodey or Uncle Nick or Uncle bruce or Auntie Tasha." He said distressed. "And the thunder is scary." He whispered. Tony smiled at his son. "Well we're here now. Do you feel better?" Peter nodded. "You wanna go back to sleep?" He shook his head. "'m not tired." Tony sighed. "Then you can help me play uno. How about that?" He shook his head.
"Why not? I need some help you know." Tony said. "Tell me a story first." Peter demanded. "Please." He added at the end. Tony chuckled. "About what?" Tony asked. "Tell me a story about Captain america. Like the time he fought the aliens in newyork. That's my favorite." Peter said. Steve blushed a deep red. "How about we all tell it." Tony says turning him around. Peter gasps seeing all his heroes sitting around the table.
"Dada look. It's captain america." Peter says grabbing his dads face. Tony laughs "I see him Peter." Peter looks around at everyone and shyly waved. They all waved back. They ended up packing up uno, turning on frozen, and falling asleep to let it go playing in the background. When Peter woke up he was in his parents room next to his mom. He poked her until she woke up. "Goodmorning peter." She yawned. "Goodmorning mama." He smiled.
"You wanna eat breakfast in Pajamas im assuming." He nods. Pepper smiles and picks him up. "Mama I had the craziest dream. I dreamt I met captain america." Pepper laughs. "Not a dream. Look peter." She points to where Steve is talking to Clint and Bucky. He makes a 'woah' face and wiggles out of his moms arms. He wobbles over to Natasha who picks him up. Everyone quiets down. "Goodmorning Auntie Tasha." He smiles. Natasha gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Goodmorning Peter." She says.
She puts peter in his booster seat next to his dad. "Here ya go bud." Tony said handing him cut up pancakes. "Thank you daddy." Everyone silently awed at the little boy as he ate his pancakes. "All done." He said licking the syrup off his fingers. Pepper laughed and picked up peter. "Let's go get you cleaned up." And they disappeared down the hallway.
"How old is he?" Clint asked. "He just turned 3 last month." Tony smiled. "Looks like he admires Steve." Bucky snickered. "Yeah. I ran out of bed time stories one day and told him stories of all of you. Steve was his favorite. He loved hearing of you kicking nazi butt." Steve blushed a deep red.
They all sat down and talked until peter ran in wearing only his pull-ups. He ran behind the couch giggling. Pepper ran in a second later holding an Ironman shirt and some jeans. "Where's Peter?" She asked looking around. Natasha went and picked him up. "Right here."
Pepper sighed in relief and took him. "I don't wanna wear that shirt." He screamed trying to wiggle away. "What shirt do you wanna wear then?" Pepper asked giving up. "Cap'n America shirt." He said with his arms folded. Pepper sighed. "Fine." and they went back to his room to put actual clothes on.
Everyone was shocked in silence and they came back a few minutes later with a fully dressed peter wearing a captain America shirt, jeans, and red and blue socks. Peter walked to his dad and sat on his lap. "Hey buddy. There are some people you need to meet." Peter looked at him.
Tony turned him around and pointed to everyone. "That's your Uncle Vision, Uncle T'challa, Uncle Pietro, Uncle Steve, Uncle Bucky, Uncle Sam, Auntie Wanda, Uncle Clint, and Uncle Scott." Peter nodded and repeated after him. "Uncle Vis, Uncle challa, Uncle 'ietro, Uncle Steeb, Uncle Bucky, Auntie Wan, Uncle Clin, and Uncle Sot."
Everyone snickered at the way he said their names. Peter looked at his dad excitedly "Daddy can we give them their gifts?" He asked bouncing on his leg. "Sure. Let's go get them." They both walked to the elevator. "What gifts?" Steve asked pepper. She shrugged not knowing.
They came back and tony had a bucket of wrapped gifts. Him and Peter gave everyone theirs and they opened them. They all looked confused. Everyone looked amazed. "Thanks tony." Steve said admiring his stickers. "It wasn't me. They were all peters idea I just helped him build them." Everyone looked at the three year old impressed. "Well thank you peter." Bucky said admiring his arm. And if he almost passed out from happiness when Peter instantly replied "your welcome Uncle Bucky" nobody said anything about it... becuase they almost did too.
