Quinn grinned as she spotted a blue head of hair walking towards her.
She had just finished getting ready and had headed out to the garden to put the cutlery out, just as the sun began to set.
She smiled, looking up front the table and running to throw herself at her boyfriend.
She had changed into a white flowing shirt along with some jean shorts and a pair of her white converses. Teddy laughed picking her up into a bridal carry as she leaned up to kiss him. Then he dipped her in his arms "Hey." He whispered his face inches away from her own.
"Hey." She replied.
Teddy wore a dark pair of denim shorts and his grey 'Weird Sisters' shirt under a grey and white flannel.
He had also brought his new camera for photos.
"Where's your dad?" Teddy asked making her shrug. "Him and Morgan went up to get ready." She told him.
"How is she?"
"She's actually super nice. I love her." Quinn grinned.
"Good. So did you get your results and your letter?" He asked excitedly. "What letter?" She faked a confused face. "Oh, but I-."
"I'm kidding, I did get it and me and my dad were screaming about it when I showed him, we're both so excited." She was now smiling ear to ear.
"So is the birthday boy here then?" She asked about her Uncle Harry. "No he's coming later with Ginny. I brought James, Al and Lily early with Grandma."
"Well wanna help me put out some plates?"
"Sure." He replied following her back over to the table.
Soon, all of Quinn's aunts, uncles and cousins had arrived. Harry has been welcomed with a huge cheer and one of Granpa Weasley's infamous birthday toasts.
They had all enjoyed a beautiful late afternoon dinner. At the table together.
Then they all sat outside laughing and chatting as Teddy moved around taking photos of everyone.

It soon got dark and the hanging lights around the garden illuminated the area as the family all sat at the table chatting.
Some own retrieved sparklers from inside the house.
And the conversation had moved to the topic of Teddy and Quinn's travels. They would be leaving on September first, the same day their cousins would return to school.
They had planned for their friends so stay at the burrow the night before and to head to the airport together as a group.
Then they would fly away for ten months. Not even due home for Christmas.
"Are you sure you two won't want to come home for Christmas? At least?" Ginny begged them both. "Come on Gin, we can manage to not see them for one year." Hardy tried to persuade his wife to drop the subject. "I know but it just won't be the same with out you two." The woman whined.
"Don't worry Auntie Ginny. We'll be back soon enough. And then we'll settle down in our jobs and you can see us everyday if you want to." Quinn smiled.
"Yeah don't worry guys." James spoke up making the whole table turn to face him. "It's not like we'll miss you guys that much."
"Gee thanks James." Laughed Teddy making them all laugh. "Well I for one think you two are gonna have a fab time." Their Uncle George said making them both grin at him. "Thanks Uncle George."
The conversation eventually died down and people began to head inside. Most of the kids retreating to the living room to set up camp like they had on Christmas Eve.
Percy and Audrey left to head home. They couldn't stay as Audrey had an important meeting the next day at her Muggle job so they bid the family ado and left.
Arthur and Molly were the first adults to head to bed, followed by Andromeda, then Bill and Fluer, then George and Angelina then Hermione and Ron. This left Harry and Ginny with Charlie, Morgan, Quinn and Teddy outside together.
"Morgan can I just say it's been lovely meeting you today." Ginny said to the other woman as she finished her seventh glass of wine that night. "You're really, really good for my brother and Quinn loves you....we all do." Ginny's words began to slur as she spoke.
Harry apologised to Morgan and lead his wife up to bed thanking them all for the meal and a wonderful birthday. "Happy birthday uncle Harry." Quinn called after him.
Then she watched as her dad and Morgan decided to head up as well. "See you two in the morning." Charlie said to them making them both nod. "Night dad, night Morgan."
"Night Uncle Charlie, Morgan."
"Goodnight you two."
Then they were alone.
Teddy grabbed Quinn's hand, yanking her out of the chair she had been sat on and reaching over to turn up the radio that had been playing some slow, Muggle pop music. "Dance with me?"
"Ok." She giggled making him smile. He held her hand high above her head and span her around making her giggle again as he pulled her into his chest. Their siluettes outlined in the light of the hanging fairy lights above them.
He kissed her forehead gently as they swayed in the moon light.
"I love you." He whispered under his breath making her smile. "I love you too."
"I can't wait for September." He said making her smile.
"Me too baby. Me too."
They stayed that way for some time, just holding each other as they swayed together. They whispered sweet nothings to one another as Teddy placed sweet kisses on her head.
In this moment everything was perfect and they loved every second of it.
Their hands fit perfectly together as Teddy guided Quinn back towards the table and switched off the radio.
Then together they walked up the stairs and to her room. They got ready for bed and then they both lay down, Quinn's head on Teddy's chest, their hands still holding one another's as Quinn softly rubbed her thumb over his arm and he held her face.
They were completely at peace.
