In this peter became spider man when he was 11 and met tony a few months later. When he was 12 Tony adopted him after May died and the avengers are all his family and he's 13 at the beginning. Civil war didn't happen and Shuri is 20 in this. And you will see why later on but Shuris Middle name in this is renae and MJ's is Mary
This is inspired by someone elses book but idk their name. So this may seem kinda similar to theirs but i dont take credit for this plot.

Third Person POV
Peter Parker- Stark deserves the world. Everyone knows this. His family knows this. They promised they would never hurt him. Maybe thats why this hurt so much.
Lets back track. This all started a month before peter went to 8th grade. He came home from hanging out with his uncle Nick and there was another kid in his spot on the couch. It was a kid peter knew all too well. It was Skip Westcott.
Everyone seemed to be loving the older teen. Everyone Except Nat, Clint, Bucky and Shuri. They were over in the kitchen talking and looking appalled. "H-Hi dad." Peter said. "Oh peter this is Skip. He is my new personal intern." Tony said. "O-Ok." Peter didn't feel the need to mention that he was tonys personal intern.
Thats just how it started. Over time the avengers just started to forget about peter. Only Clint, Bucky, Shuri and Nat seemed to hate skip as much as him. Once they found out that Skip was the dude that molested peter when he was 9 they were furious and wouldn't let Skip within 50 feet of peter.
One day peter went to his room to find all of his stuff outside in boxes. "Oh peter. I gave skip your room. I realized he is way more useful and way better than you." Tony said. "I want you out of my tower in an hour." He said. "Oh." Peter said.
Peter grabbed his stuff and went to the elevator and as soon as he got out the tower he cried. "What's wrong peter?" Emily asked. Emily was one of the interns he was closer too."I just got fired..." He said. Dazed-ish. "STARK FIRED YOU!! Oh just he wait. Me and everyone are gonna give him a piece of our minds."
Then an orange portal came from beside them. "Peter. I need you to come with me." Strange said. "Wong has got your stuff. Come on." He said. "Hey emily. Don't kill Stark. I have some friends who would love to do that themselves." Strange said as him and peter closed the portal.
When he went through the portal they looked to be at the sanctum in Kamar-Taj. Nat, Bucky, Clint, and Shuri were there. As soon as his presence was announced, Nat gave him a big hug followed by everyone else there.
"I don't know why in his right mind stark would ever replace you peter. You are the greatest thing to ever happen to the avengers." Everyone agreed with nat. "And since stark threw you out, we got the papers signed and Me, Nat, Bucky, pepper and clint all have joint custody over you." Strange said.
"What about school?" Peter asked. Of course he would think about school. "You will still attend Midtown but you will train here and since your already ahead of like every american college we will teach you here."
Peter agreed and when he came to school monday what happened was un expected. The Principal came in their first period after the rest of his teachers didnt show up. "Hello class. For the next few months you guys are gonna have subs. Our normal staff was offered a vacation for as long as they want or until the subs get tired of you guys.
So for all of your substitutes I expect you all to be on your best behavior. Please meet your english sub Ms.Mornoffa." In came a sub who looked freash out of college. They may have had brown hair, freckels, and glasses but Peter would recognise those green eyes anywhere.
As Ms.Mornoffa was introducing herself and today's lesson Peter pulled put his phone.

Ms.Mornoffa went to her desk. "Alright class. Do the work your teacher gave you. If you have any questions raise your hand and i will answer you." Ms.M then went to her desk and pulled out a book. With Peters enchanced eyesight he could see the light from her phone. He smirked.
Mama Spider: You didn't think we would let you suffer on your own would we?
Peter Parkour: We?
Mama Spider: You'll see.
When the bell rang peter met up with ned and MJ so that they could go to chemistry together. When they got there they saw another sub. "Whats up with all the subs?" MJ asked. Me and Ned just shrugged. "Hello class I am Professor Yadav and Today you guys will be studying for Fridays Test. Any questions? No? Alright get to work."

Mama Spider: How do your teachers deal with you guys nonsense?

Before anyone else could say anything else they were off to peters next class. Gym. When he got there he saw clint not even in disguise and shuri in a sort of disguise. They toldthe class that they just had to do 50 laps around the gym 50 pushups and 100 situps and then they were free to use their phones and do whatever as long as it was appropriate and looked school related.
Peter was done in a half an hour. He would hve been done sooner but he was trying to make it look like he didn't have super powers. Once he was done flash just had to come over. "Hey Penis. How are you done so fast huh? Did you cheat?" Peter didn't answer.
Flash then made the mistake of pushing peter. Shuri came over and said with her fake british accent. "Excuse me Mr. Thomson, I don't know what your other teachers may have tolerated but we don't tolerate bullying. Thats a months worth of detention. If we cath you bullying Mr.Parker again that will be a weeks suspension."
Flash looked dumbfounded. "But you can't do that. I'll tell my parents to stop funding the school." He tried. That always worked with the other teachers beause they didn't want to be the reason the school lost its main contributer. "Go ahead. Tell them. We know people who can fund the school double of what your parents do." Clint backfired.
Flash just grumbled and walked away. "Thank you Mr.Johnson and Ms.Carver." They walked away to sit down and peter took out his phone.

And with that peter went to chemistry where Mr.Baker was their teacher. Aka bucky. Then peter caught a ride with shuri on her hover craft and everyone raced to the sanctum. Strange was first. Shuri and Peter were there second. Nat got there third. Bucky got there fourth and Clint got there last.
They agreed once there that until peter got a liscense he would rotate who he rode with. Then he studied magic with strange. He fought with Nat. Bucky trained him in shooting and throwing knives. Clint taught him how to shoot arrows. And Shuri taught him everything she knows from wakanda.
This continued for a couple years. The teachers for one grade would go back and the ones for their grade would go on vacation and they would get the same subs from the previous year. When peter turned 15 he started working for the daily planet and he helped them see spider-man wasnt a menace.
Peter was evern better at archery than clint, shooting than bucky, fighting than nat, magic than strange, and smarter than shuri. On peters 16th birthday thiey were leaving and they were deep in conversation but peter froze and started tearing up. When everyone looked up they immeidately had murder on their faces. Standing there was Tony Fucking Stark.
At the tower 2 weeks ago
Everyone at the tower had started to miss peter nat strange clint bucky and shuri. Everyone agreed they were idiots for letting peter go. They had fired Skip after they found out he was molesting children. They tried time and time again to get ahold of One of the missing few but they had all changed their numbers.
T'Challa didnt know where his sister was. And when they Checked Bucky and Nats Apartments they werent there. So they went to clints farm. Laura Said she hadn't seen them since the school year started.
"Man we really fucked up." Everyone agreed. Pepper had just recently come back. After tony had fired peter she left him. She visited our runaways occasionally and due to custody rights peter got to stay with pepper sometimes. "Pepper can't you atleast give us a hint as to where my son is?" Tony pleaded.
"For the last time he is my son. Not yours. You lost all custody rights to him the second you chose the person that raped him over him." She said. "Well if you have custody why isn't he with you?" They were all wondering the same thing.
"Because. Strange is his legal dad and Bucky, Clint, And Tasha also have custody over him. We are his family not you traitors." Pepper said. "Do you guys know how hard he cried after you kicked him out. His only family. He no longer trusts you. You broke him. We just barely managed to repair him. You don't get to walk right back into his life. None of you do."
As soon as he left they were all silent and thinking of the pain they had put him through. "I say we start at the school." Stark suggests. Everyone agreed so they started with Stark that wednesday.
Back to present time
Clint and Bucky went to handle Stark while Nat, Strange, and Shuri went to the sanctum. "Why did he just show up like that." Peter asked once he stopped sobbing into nats torso. "I don't know peter but im sure he wont come back." Nat said
But sure enough every day after that it was a different avenger. They were doing a good job at avoiding them too. Peter had been getting a ride from pepper,ned, or MJ as soon as school was over. It was going well until the principal had announced that there was a manditory surprise Field Trip to the avengers compound.
Natasha and Shuri went and desguised themselves as student and had 2 other real teachers accompany them on the firld trip. Clint Bucky and Strange stayed disguised as teachers. Once they got to the tower the other avengers were notified when they entered.
"Boss. It would seem Mr.Parker and his class have entered the building." FRIDAY announced to the avengers in the common room. "Friday scan for Any avenger with the class." "No avengers dected." "Great now lets get to work." Steve said.
"Sir it would seem peter is in the company of former stark industries employee Natalie Rushman." They didn't hear friday as they left though.
The class took the tour normally without any avenger run ins. Before they left here came stark. "Um excuse me Teach I would like for peter to stay so i can talk to him about his internship. A ride home will be provided to him and we have gotten permission from his guardians." He said.
"Alright. He can stay." The two real teachers then left with the real students and all the fakes (and peter) stayed behind. "Umm if you dont mind i would like to talk to peter alone." Stark said as the rest of the avengers came out.
Stark took a step toward him and Nat pulled out a gun and had it trained on him. All the avengers looked confused until they took off their costumes. "Thats why you guys were at the school every time we went!" Stark figured out.
The rest of the avengers all soon had a gun, bow or magic trained on him. Peter even had a gun on Steve. "Give me one good reason i shouldn't blow your brains out." Natahsa said. "We didn't mean to hurt you peter-" "Bullshit." Peter said. "Why the hell did you mean to do? You kicked me out. Left me to fend for myself and dumped me for a fucking dumbass child rapist. What did he have that i didn't hmm?"
The avengers looked ashamed. Peter then trained his gun on tony. "Give me an actual reason." He demanded. "We miss you." Steve tried. "Then find another innocent and fraagile teenager to shit with. I love you all and trusted you. I will not make that mistake again. Now leave me and my actual family, including pepper, alone or the next time any of us see you, you will be shot on sight."
The avengers looked sad and conflicted. Nat shot next to tony's head. "Did. He. Fucking. Stutter?" She said. They all walked away. The avengers were then forced to watch peter grow up through peppers rare stories and the news. They were blocked on all social media sites.
They watched as he opened his own business with the help of pepper. They watched as he became even better than stark industries. They watched as he became a better hero than any of them ever could be. Spider-Man was known for taking villians down with minimal city damage and talking people down from suicide. Visiting Hospitals and orphanages.
As for Peter Parker. He got married to MJ and had 3 beautiful kids who took over for him wehn he eventually died. He met the president and helped fix the flawed foster system. He helped get military people help. He brought peace to many different countries and he was a worldwide hero.
All the avengers got was cursed. They pissed off the wrong villian and their aging stopped. They watched as nationwide (is on your side) honors were given and funerals were held and memorials were made for Natahsa Romanoff, Doctor Strange, Bucky Barnes, Shuri Udaku, and The bartons.
They watched as the ENTIRE WORLD Mourned the loss of Pepper Potts, Michelle Parker, and Most importantly Peter Parker. The avengers didnt even get invited to the funeral. They were forced to watch from the news. Of course Stark was invited to peppers but that was it.
They Fucked up bad. They wished they could go back in time and be there for him. To see their great nieces and nephew born. What was hardest was knowing the Parker-Potts Foundation wanted nothing to do with Star Industries. Tony pulled up the videos they posted on Youtube.
Natalia Mary May Parker, Pepper Victoria Renae Parker, and James Francis Benjamin Parker. Those were his kids. They were named after their crew. Natasha and Bucky had a son and a daughter and named them after Peter and Michelle. They were a big family and they looked so happy. And the avengers learned a valuable lesson after that.
Needless to say thanos was not the only thing they used that time machine for.
