Than POV
I kinda regret of what I am doing this morning. Kissing him was a mistake but a nice one. Eventho it was nice, but how I am gonna face him now? I should hide my face. It was so embarrassing.
"Hurry up!" He tells me when I am just spacing out, standing and looking at his bike. He comes and helps me to use helmet. He is too close. I just can't stop staring at his face, his lips. That lips is something I just kissed this morning. Why he does it to me? Why he is killing me with this desire to touch him, to kiss him?
"What are you looking at?" He grabs my attention, "Do you want to kiss me again?"
I turn my face to the left, hide the blushing on my cheek. Does he really need to say it loud? I am dying because of embarrassed here, you know.
He pulls me and tells me to sit on the bike. I feel like I am a doll that can't do anything by myself. Well, my mind is still blank that is why I feel like a human without soul.
"Hold me!" He tells me again, "Just forget it. About the kiss"
It feels like a thunder just hits me perfectly. Burns me and makes me die. Yes, my soul is dead because of what he just told me. He told me to forget about that kiss. But how could I? My feeling for him is real, so how could I to forget about it? Does he think it was a joke that I made? Kissing him is something big for me. I had to collect the courage that I have. And now he tells me to forget about it?
"Why you don't hold me? You will fall if you don't hold me"
It is ok if I fall. You won't care if I fall. And I am mad at you right now, you jerk. I hate you. So, I won't hold on you. Better I fall than I hold you! Hmmmpppfff!
He gets up and looks at me. Staring at me while I am just give him an annoyed look. Well, I am sulking right now so what do you expect from me? Smiling like nothing happen. No, I won't do that. I will show him if I am angry right now.
He sighs then back to the bike. He reaches my hands. Grabs it and puts it around his waist. Holds it tight so I can't protest and escape.
"Don't try to escape. I won't let you go!"
The ambiguous words come out from his mouth again. The ambiguous words that always makes me confuse. The thing that makes me confuse of which place I should stand at. Should I stay or leave or should I move one step closer to reach him? I don't know where I am belong tho.

Tonight we are going to have dinner. No, it is not a date. We are going to have team dinner. It is Manager Best's treat. It is a treat for our team because we can go through to the final match. Another achievement to celebrate.
Everyone is look so happy. They are look so excited about this dinner. Well, free foods always can make people happy.

Why you have dinner with him?
Me:

Okay, he is going to come if I tell him where we are about. Should I tell him? I look at P'Nao who is busy talking with P'Leng. As usual, they are having war of tease. Who us gonna win? Of course, it is P'Nao. He is the king of bashing. He knows too much about people's secret. Remind me not to tell him about my secret. Not to trust him easily.
P'Nao comes sit beside me. Looking at me with his suspicious look. I try to look somewhere else. Doing something else to pretend he is not there.
"Why you are looking at me, N'Than?"
The way he calls me Nong makes me shivered. It is feel awkward and so creepy. Like he is showing me a dark aura. He puts his arm around my shoulder and that makes me yelp. You know, like a killer just pretend to be nice before he kills you. Yes, he is just acting like that. Creepy.
"Nothing" I say, "You will thank me later"
"Is it about Pete?" Before I answer his question, his pone is vibrating. He looks at the screen then his expression is change. Now, he is showing us a happy face. Smiling like an idiot.
"Now I like you, Than" He gets a knock on his head after saying that. No, I am not the one who is doing that to him. I don't dare. It is someone else. Someone who is just arrived.
"Move! This is my place"
He is moving back to his previous seat. P'Puen sits beside me. Acting like nothing happen. P'Jern who is sitting beside him is starting to have a chit chat with him. Sometime he is laughing. It is kinda annoying to see him laughing and smiling with someone else. He never did that with me.
I don't know what they are talking about but it is annoying me to see him like that. Smiling to someone else but me.
The band tell everyone they will make an open mike. So, if someone wants to sing a song for someone else, they will welcome them.
"Who dares to do that?" P'Leng ask everyone.
"Than...." That is P'Nao. He gives me a mischevious smirk. I shake my head try to object his suggestion.
"Who is dare to do that in front of people? Embarrassing themselve" P'Puen opens his mouth. The words his saying is like a challenge.
"What if I do that. What you gonna give me?" P'Jern is look so determine. She is looking at my P, like he wants something in return from him. Is she...?
"You wanna do that?" She is nodding confidently, "Ok. Whatever you want"
She gets up walk to the stage. The seniors are ready to hide their faces. I don't know why they are doing that. Aren't they suppose to support her? Cheering her.
But... Finally I know why they are doing that. When she starts singing, everyone feels embarrassed, including me. I don't know if she has so much confident with her voice like that. If I was her, I feel so embarrassed right now. Her voice is... Okay, no need to insult her. Just say, she sings off the note from start to the end of song. Out of tune.
She finishes her singing and look at our table. Manager Best gives her tumbs up. Try to be a supportive friend while everyone is still hiding their faces. How about me? I feel embarrassed of course but still give her smile and an applause.
"I....just...." I am being stuttered when someone beside me is giving me a look. You know, the cold look like he wants to murder you.
"Why don't you do that for me? Dare you?"
What? He is asking me to do that? To do something like what P'Jern just did. No way! Why I have to do that? For him? No...wait... Did he just said for him? Hmmm... If it is for him, let me think first.
"So...." She is back, sitting beside P'Puen "How about that? Cool huh?"
"Yes, you look so cool Jern but embarrassing at the same time" P'Leng is laughing so hard.
"Shut up you shorty!"
"It is so embarrassing...." P'Puen is laughing too. He keep laughing and everyone too. The proud face from P'Jern is fading away and change to be a gloomy one. Like she feels hurt. Well, I know her feeling. He just hurt her feeling.
"Ok... Ok... You just did it. So, what do you want?"
She hesitates for while. Thinking of what she wants from him. The pauses in her is making me feels anxious. I don't like it when she is being hesitate. It is bothering me. Like she is acting like she wants to do a confession to him. Please tell me she won't do that!
"I want you to be happy, Puen!" Finally she opens her mouth, "Happy birthday, Puen!"
What? So, today is his birthday? Why I don't know about that? Why no one tells me about this?
P'Leng takes candle from his poket and also a lighter. He puts it on the food and tells P'Puen to blow it.
"Make a wish, buddy"
"You guys... Why bother do this?"
"What else? Because I love you" P'Jern tells him.
"Do you mean WE?!" She got corrected by P'Leng. Good thing he did that. I don't really like when she is being so bold and telling him if she likes him.
"You have a rival, Than" Someone is whispering beside me. It is P'Nao. Since when he is standing beside me?
"What you gonna do then?" He asks me again.
What I am gonna do? Honestly, I don't know. Yes, I don't know what I should do because I don't know if I still have chance or not. Do I have a chance?
The dinner goes like before. We eat and have a small chit chat. Sometime we laugh over the joke that P'Leng made. While I am, still busy with my own thought. I don't know how long I have been in my own thought. I have been spaced out until one of my friend calls my name.
"Isn't that St. Sebastian team? What they are doing here?" He says, "And they are talking to P'Puen"
I look at their direction. I see P'Puen with them and their tension is not good. Look like they will have fight soon or after. We need to stop that before it is happening.
"Hey, Sing. Isn't this the Nong we met before?" P'Petch looks at me, "So, you are the setter who replace Sing for this team? Hi Nong, long time no see"
I greet him and wai. I kind of regret that because someone beside me gives me a murder look, as always. Hey, I just try to be nice here. Why he needs to be angry?
"What do you want?!"
"Nothing. Just want to say hi and wish you luck" I think P'Petch is saying the truth. Well, as I know he always being fine with me. We are fine. We greet each other when we meet and sometime he helps me when P'Sing being so touchy to me. So, he is nice over all.
"You're right Petch, they need a luck to beat us" It is an insult. I can hear his annoying tone.
"Let you see yourself on the court" I tell his annoying friend.
"Such a big mouth"
"None of your business!"
"Than, don't!" P'Nao is stopping me for having a fight with that annoying friend of P'Singha. How he can be friend with someone like that?
P'Nao tells us, everyone of us to go back to our table and we do it. After that, our dinner back to normal.

Everyone is left. P'Nao is heading to somewhere and leave P'Leng alone. Poor him, he needs to find cab and go home by himself. P'Puen also. He is heading somewhere after talking to Manager Best. I don't know where is heading of but I want to know. Maybe better I follow him? Or maybe not. I am not a stalker and I am not that desperate to be close to him. I am not! And I don't need to know where he is heading of.
"Than!" Someone calls me, "Need a ride?" It is P'Singha.
"What is the ride you are talking about, P. You don't have any. Look! You are just using your feet. Walking!" He laughs. He is so silly sometime.
"Well, I can give you piggy back if you want"
"No thanks. I am fine"
We are walking together. Well, not really want to head back to dorm tonight. I really want stay outside lil bit longer. Clear my head and calming my heart. But still, why P'Singha walks with me?
"Did you gave something to Puen?"
"I don't know if today is his birthday" He knocks my head. It is not hard but still makes me yelp because of surprises.
"What a bad Nong you are" He nags me, "So, what you want to give him as a present? If you say it is gonna be yourself or your body, no. I object it. You are too young for that"
"What? No!" I am agree if I am too young for that, "I don't know what to give him"
"Maybe a kiss will be fine"
"You are a pervert, P'Sing!"
"Like you are not" He says, "How many times you two have been kissed?"
Okay, I need to hide now. I can feel my ears are getting red because of embarrassement. How the hell he knows we have been kissed many times? Did he spied me?
"What?! No!! I am pure like a virgin baby" He is laughing so hard. I don't know what is so funny about that.
"I know you are cute but I don't know if you are funny too" He tells me. I don't know why he is telling me about that. But wait... He calls me cute? How dare him! I am handsome, not cute!
"Than, do you like to challenge something? Do you like to take a challenge?" I nod.
"Why?"
He looks at me with a serious look. Looking me in the eyes. It makes me feel uneasy and I don't know why I am become so nervous because of that.
"I love you!"
