Nandini's pov.
"There's only one way in this business and that's my way. Now, it's on you whether you want to do this or not. " He said crossing his arms and they exchanged looks before nodding at each other.
"We are ready. " Mr. Chopra agreed and he gave him a curt nod.
"We are really looking forward to work with you Mr. Malhotra. " Mr. Shankar forwarded his hand and he shook it before leaving the conference room.
"And this is how he works, so we need to be prepared for every possibility. " Mr. Chopra said after the video finished.
A. L. Steels Corporation is owned by the two best friends Mr. Aman Chopra and Mr. Pratham Shankar and I, Nandini Murthy work here as an assistant manager.
After sealing the deal with Malhotra Empire's head Mr. Manik Malhotra, when the bosses returned, the first thing they decided to do was show us the clip of the meeting, asking us to take note of every detail of how he worked, and why not?
Manik Malhotra is known as the Businessman with a black heart and soul and working with him is considered as the most hard thing because of him being a perfectionist. One mistake and you are out of the league, that's what he states before every meeting and when he says something, it can never be changed.
"Did you get everything right? We can't do any mistakes because he doesn't believes in second chances and we need this deal badly." Mr. Shankar said and we all responded with a 'Yes Sir'.
"Anyways you'll get the copies of this video through mail so we don't expect any mistakes from your side." Mr. Chopra informed before heading out and we all looked at each other.
"He's damn hot. " Navya, my best friend and colleague commented with dreamy eyes while the other girls sighed dreamily, agreeing with her.
"And a Devil." Rahul, Mr. Shankar's assistant added much to their excitement.
"That makes him hotter. " Navya said sighing.
"You've seen him face to face Rahul tell us how he looks in real life. " One girl asked excitedly causing me to shake my head in disbelief.
"He looks the same." He said getting up from his seat and taking the files.
"Wish I could see him face to face. " Another girl sighed causing Rahul to roll his eyes.
"Don't worry, you'll get a chance soon. He's coming to visit the office in a few days. " He informed and all other girls began squealing.
Shaking my head, I got up taking my stuff and began to leave but Navya caught my wrist.
"What? " I asked and she looked at me frowning.
"Ain't you excited? " She asked causing me to sigh.
"What is there to be excited about? He's just coming to see the office and anyways he's out of everyone's reach here. " I told her and she made an annoyed face.
"C'mon Nandini, we all know it but at least we can grace our eyes with his presence. We all are excited for that. " Navya told me grinning.
"Good for you, I have some work Navya, I'll see you during lunch. " I told her before heading out of the room.
I was walking to my desk when Rahul joined me.
"Don't you find him good looking? " He asked me and I looked at him.
"He's very good looking and there's no doubt about it. " I told him and he nodded.
"Then why don't you look excited about his visit? " He asked and I frowned.
"What's there to be excited about? He's just coming for work. And there's no point in jumping in excitement and wasting my time on this. " I told him and he chuckled.
"But they don't think like you. " He said pointing at the meeting room.
"Difference of thinking and opinions." I told him shrugging and he nodded.
"How's work going? " He asked and I smiled.
"Good." I replied and he nodded.
"What about yours? " I asked and he sighed.
"Hectic. " He replied and I gave him a nod.
"I can understand. Bosses are really pressurized, after all working with Manik Malhotra is not easy. " I expressed and he nodded.
"They are putting even more pressure on me. Just let this deal complete, after that I'll leave for a long relaxing vacation. " He said shaking his head causing me to chuckle.
"Sure. You deserve it anyways. " I encouraged.
"Okay, so Nandini, I'll have to leave now, I'll see you around. " He said and I nodded before he headed towards the bosses' cabin.
Working for two bosses is anything but easy, but the fact that they are really nice and pay really well, makes things better.
The environment in the office is really great too which helps a lot in releasing stress. Past few weeks have been exceptionally hectic though due to this Malhotra project since the bosses wanted this deal at any cost.
The next hotel which Malhotra Empire was going to build will be using our steel and for convincing them, it took the bosses three weeks and a good number of presentations and meetings. We also offered them the designs and after about twenty of them, Manik Malhotra finally approved of one.
This man was a really hard nut to crack and we knew it since the beginning, so the efforts were vigorous too but still it took time.
The reputation that Manik Malhotra has in the business is less of respect and more of fear. People are feared by him since he is capable of ruining any company with a click of his finger.
Manik Malhotra never takes no for an answer and what he wants, even the mighty God can't stop him from achieving it. He's a literal Monster of the business world and companies like ours can't even think of denying his any condition.
"Do you have any idea when is he coming?" I heard Priya asking to Neha in the opposite desk of mine.
"No and that's the biggest problem. We can't afford to take a leave any day now. " Neha said sighing causing me to smile.

There's no guarantee if he's coming or not, Rahul may have just fooled them and they are already excited. Anyways Manik Malhotra is an extremely busy businessman, why would he waste his time by taking a tour of our office when all we are doing is supplying steels and helping in designing?
"I just hope he doesn't comes today, I'm not looking too good. I want him to see me when I'm at my best." I heard Megha saying and shook my head, typing on my laptop.
"Nandini, what do you think, when will he come? " I heard Payal asking and looked at them.
"No idea. " I told her before looking back at the screen and she sighed.
"We'll have to dress well from tomorrow onwards. " Megha said and they all responded in positive.
"You too Nandini. " Megha said and I looked at her.
"Yeah, sure. " I lied nodding before looking back at the screen.
He's really good looking with a great height and personality and there's no way anyone can deny that but what's the point in wasting our energies on something so stupid.
Instead of this if they used their energies in work, they would have got promotion by now
Shaking my head at their stupidity, I decided to concentrate on the thing that held the most importance, that is, work.
