3rd Person POV
If Y/N has learned anything from the past experiences with pools, it's to never go with Tom. No matter what happens, Y/N always ends up in the pool while she rather be sun bathing off to the side. But she's used to it now, since it happens every single time.
Recently, Y/N bought a new swimsuit. She wasn't too sure when to wear it though, but Tom encouraged her too, which was a mistake on his behalf.
Haz, Harry, Jacob, and Tony all had to yell at Tom to stop staring at his girlfriend while they played their pool game. And the game is really aggressive, so if Tom is not careful he could loose or get hurt.
Y/N, Zendaya, and Laura are all laying down on lawn chairs next to each other. Zendaya is scrolling through her phone, Laura is just lying there, and Y/N is reading from The Lightning Thief for the fourth time now.
"Hey Y/N, you wanna come into the pool with me and Laura?" Zendaya asks Y/N. She looks up from her book, shaking her head.
"No, I'm going to stay here for a while longer, but thanks." Y/N says, going back to her book.
Zendaya shrugs her shoulders and walks over to the pool with Laura, jumping in seconds later.
Y/N was only able to get five minutes of reading when there's another presence in front of here. She looks up from her book seeing Tom sitting there with his hair dripping wet and a huge smile on his face. Y/N closes her book, setting it down on her lap.
Tom and Y/N go into a stare down for what seems like hours, but in reality, five seconds because Tom broke the silence.
"Love, come swim with me," he whines, holding out his hand for Y/N to take it.
"I'm perfectly fine here reading my book," Y/N says, holding up the book for him to see.
Tom rolls his eyes, "come on, you've read that like fifty times now."
"Four times," she corrects him. Tom rolls his eyes again, thinking of something else to say to get his girlfriend in the pool, or even do something.
"I'm not taking no for an answer," Tom says, moving his legs on top of my chair.
"You never do," Y/N mumbles, putting her book back in her bag in case Tom gets it wet. She crosses her arms over the top of her swimsuit, waiting for Tom's next move.
He sits on top of Y/N's waist, ticking her sides to make her laugh. She squirm underneath his weight, but not being able to get very far. Tom finally stops ticking Y/N, but instead lays on her, crossing his arms above her breasts. He tilts his head to the side, giving Y/N a funny look.
"Watch where you put your hands, mister."
Y/N says, putting her hands on her hips.
"You have one last chance, love," Tom smiles, pulling his arms down your chest.
"Make me, Holland."
Tom flashes an evil grin at Y/N. He rolls off of her body, leaving water droplets all over her body, and picked her up off the chair bridal style. Y/N wiggles around in Tom's grip, making him hug her closer to his chest.
"You, lady, are coming with me whether you like it or not," Tom says, giving Y/N a forehead kiss. He gets to the edge of the pool, and jumps in with Y/N in his arms.
"W-watch t-the h-hair," Y/N chattered in the cool water. Her goal for the day was not to get her hair wet, but at this rate, it was going to happen.
"You mean my hair, right?" Tom teases, flipping his hair back.
Haz yells from across the pool, "quit being cute, it's disgusting."
Y/N quietly giggles as Tom floats over to the closest ball to him. He picked it up and chucked towards Haz's head. Haz did a dramatic fall into the water as it hit him, but it was quickly filled by laughs when he came back up.
Tom turns back to Y/N, "we are going to take this slow. First, I'm going to drop you into the water, okay?"
"No, nope, no," Y/N says, wrapping her arms around Tom's neck. He drops her feet into the water, but Y/N immediately puts her legs around Tom's chest.
He sighs, hugging Y/N so she didn't fall backwards. "Love, why are you acting like a kid?"
"Because I am one, Parker." Y/N teases.
"Thats it, Missy, you're going under," Tom says in his best serious voice, but he cracks a smile anyways.
Tom dunks him and Y/N underwater, getting himself and Y/N soaked head to toe. He jumps back up, smirking at Y/N, who is shivering.
"Not so bad, is it?" Tom asks, giving Y/N a peck on the lips.
"Very," Y/N said in a sarcastic tone. "Now get back underwater, I-" Tom drops back down into the water again, causing her to let out a little scream. "No, you idiot, I meant at head level."
"Where's the fun in that?" Tom asks, sinking into the pool so only his head was above water. Y/N releases her grip from Tom's neck and chest so she can float over to his back. She climbs on top of his shoulders and Tom holds her legs so she doesn't fall. He stood back up to his normal height with Y/N on his shoulders.
"I'm glad you got what I was going for, or else we would've had a bigger issue." Y/N mumbles, making Tom laugh a little bit. She leans down, giving Tom a quick kiss on the lips.
From the pool side, Zendaya stands there taking pictures of everybody, especially Tom and Y/N.
"I call this, the modified Spider-Man kiss," Tom says in his Queens accent.
"I still call it disgusting," Haz yells again, except he has the ball this time. So he makes a warning face, threatening to throw the ball in our direction.
"At least now I'm above the water and not cold," Y/N says, running her hands through Tom's yet hair.
By Y/N knew it was too good to be true. Tom did a little jump in the water, followed by him sinking down. Y/N made a little squealing noise again as she fell back into the water.

"Hey Laura, Z, how are you guys?" Y/N asks the two girls who are floating away from all the commotion. There is a huge splash and lots of shouts coming from the boys, making Y/N scoot closer to the girls to get out of the way.
"Good, good," Zendaya says, flipping her hair back. Laura comes over, floating on a giant flamingo.
"Eh, I've been warmer," Laura jokes, making Y/N and Z laugh. A waiter walks over to Y/N, Zendaya, and Laura with a plate with two glasses of wine on it.
Because Y/N and Laura are of age, they both reach for a glass. Zendaya is almost of age, she still has one year to go. The three girls begin talking some more as Y/N quietly sipped wine, but mostly talking.
It wasn't until she felt her glass tip back in her hand, did she realize someone is thirsty as well. When Y/N turned around, Tom stood there, drinking out of her wine glass. He puts the wine glass back in Y/N's hand, giving her a small smirk as he swims off again.
"Thomas, what have I told you about drinking the tiniest of wine? Especially mine?" Y/N says, trying not to crack under the laughing presence from Tom.
Y/N takes another sip of wine as Tom shouts, "It was worth it!" Y/N almost took the glass out of her mouth, but she was glad she didn't because Tom made her laugh and the wine didn't go down. "Just because you spit in your wine, it doesn't mean I still won't drink it, love."
