Harry:
You had barely left the house over the past week. Harry and you had mutually decided to break up last week, and you’d been sulking around your half empty flat ever since. You threw on yoga pants and an old pink jumper, your hair in a bun, and barely any makeup. You just planned to run to the store and get some popcorn for the movie marathon you were about to have. You got there, sunglasses covering your baggy eyes; you didn’t want to be recognized. You walked straight to the back of the store were the snacks were. You reached your hand to grab the last bag of popcorn but another hand had beaten you there. “Whoops” “Oh sorry”. You rested your sunglasses on your head, looked up at the boy, and gave him an apologetic smile. That’s when you realized just who you were smiling at. It was Harry. He was wearing a grey beanie, it was one he used to let you borrow all the time. “God, you’re beautiful” he muttered staring at your bare eyes and face. “Hi Harry…” you said quietly. “Hi…So what have you been up to?” he responded. “Oh you know the usual… I was just about to watch a few movies” you told him, trying not to sound too pathetic. “Oh really? Same here!” he said. “So…who gets the popcorn?” you wondered. “Well I could come over to your place and we could share it…” Harry offered. “Umm….well….alright” you weren’t sure if it was the best idea, but you knew it would certainly be better than watching movies alone.
Niall:
The fighting between you and Niall had been getting pretty bad so you mutually decided to break things off. You didn’t miss the fighting, but you did miss him, a lot. Today, your bestie, Val dragged you out to the mall. (You would have much rather stayed home and slept all day). Val thought you and Niall were the cutest couple, but she wasn’t going to let you live in your bed forever. Luckily by the 4th store you were in a good mood and were actually enjoying yourself. “Hey do you wanna have lunch now?” Val asked. “Yeah sure, how bout pizza??” you recommended. Val agreed. You got in line and continued your conversation with Val. “(Y/N)?” a sweet Irish voice said. You braced yourself and turned around, “Hey Niall” you said. “Hi (Y/N), Val” he smiled at both of you. “So how have you been?” Niall asked next. Play it cool (Y/N) act like you don’t care, you kept telling yourself. “I’ve been-” but you were cut off my Val. “She’s a mess! She’s been crying a lot and she really misses you.” Val interrupted. You gave her a dirty look; well there goes your ‘coolness’. Niall smiled, “Is that true (Y/N)?”. You nodded shyly. “I miss you too, maybe we can try again?” he asked. You stayed quiet for second. You looked at Val, she was nodding. “…Ok” you said smiling and falling into his arms, that’s when you knew you made the right decision.
Liam:
It had been about 3 weeks since the breakup. You weren’t really sure if you broke up with him or he broke up with you. All you knew was you two were in the middle of a big fight you told him to get out and never speak to him again. So that’s what he was doing, and he was pretty good at it. You wondered if he thought about you as much as you thought about him. As you started to cook lunch for yourself and your cell phone rung. You raced over to it hoping his name showed up, it didn’t. I told him to delete my number and never talk to me again, what did I expect? you thought. It was Zayn. “Hello?” “Hey, Hi (Y/N) its not Zayn it’s Liam, I know you said never to talk to you again but-” “I didn’t mean any of that Liam. God, I just feel like we handled this wrong you know?” “I feel the same, just because we got in a fight doesn’t mean that we had to break up” “Exactly! We should of at least talked about it.” you said smiling. “Wanna come over tonight, we can work all this out?” he asked. “Sounds great”.
Louis:
You knew the most important thing in a break up was to keep busy, not let your world stop just because you broke up. So you were constantly out and about. Not that you even wanted to stay in the flat, it only reminded you of Louis. You got all dressed up and headed out to breakfast with your mother. You tried avoiding the topic of Louis but, it came up, and you were forced to hold back your tears. “(Y/N) Its ok to cry you know, I know you’re a tough girl but you don’t have to bottle up your feelings sweetheart” she said. You nodded; you had never been the type of person who liked to cry in front of other people, or in public places. After you both finished breakfast you hugged each other, and you promised to call her later. You drove back to your flat and almost didn’t see the note on your doorstep. There was a rose, with a little card attached. It read:
"Dear (Y/N), I just wanted to tell you that I’m terribly sorry for everything, I’m even more sorry I let you leave. I already miss you and I hope you miss me too. If you do let me know, I love you forever. xxLouis"
Your heart melted and you called him as soon as you got inside, telling him you missed him too and that he could move back in.
Zayn:
It had only been one day since the big fight/break up yesterday. Your anger had yet to fade. You woke up around 1pm, as usual, and decided to go to Starbucks for breakfast. You got your drink and started walking back to your flat. “(Y/N)! (Y/N)!” Zayn called out to you, he ran to catch up to you. “What Zayn.” you said, continuing to walk. “I’ve been calling you” he said, trying to keep up with your fast pace. “I’ve ben ignoring them” you said simply. “Please (Y/N), give me another try” He said. You rolled you eyes, “Zayn, I told you to give me space, it’s been one day”. “I know but 1 day is too long for me, I love you” he pleaded. You kept quiet. “(Y/N) please, just think about it ok” he said. You nodded and he stopped walking as you got to the steps of your flat. “Zayn?” You said softly just as he started to walk away, “I love you too, I just need time” you told him. He smiled, “ok (Y/N), call whenever you’re ready”.
