there was tomato sauce everywhere
even on the ceiling, how is it...

i saw y/n climb the stairs looking extremely tired, and I don't blame her. if i had just thrown a near 7-foot man across the park i would be tired as well, i hope she knows that because of what she did we look up to her even more, though when i peered at her earlier she looked horrified by what she had done,
i mean, yeah, she taught us that violence was never the answer so i guess it makes sense,
glancing up at the figure of y/n walking across the landing i notice the neon orange cast on her d/a and can't help but think that as soon as the cast comes off y/n will want to leave the skele-bros. house since she's like that. but i hope we can come back for frequent visits
i really do like papyrus, he's fun, shares a dislike for puns, japes, and jokes, and, i'll admit, is pretty great (ANY PUN IS NOT INTENDED AT ALL!!)
i heard laughing coming from the kitchen and grew curious, leaving my brother and sister in the entry way i walked over and into the kitchen doorway, but as soon as i saw undyne and paps looking intensely at a pot of spaghetti, i turned on my heel and walked back into the living room
i'm not one to trample on concentration, i see that my siblings have walked into the living room and smile up at Elijah, he's the tallest one out of all of us but i come into a very close second, then y/n, then obviously rose.
it's funny, everyone at school used to think Elijah was the oldest but after a while figured that the oldest was actually was y/n, focusing back on track "hey Elijah, should we clean up?" Elijah snapped his head from his gaze from the ceiling and chuckled
"yeah, let's do that, so y/n won't have to" i nodded, still smiling and ran to the bathroom, opening the cabinet underneath the sink i grabbed several ragged rags (AGAIN, ANY PUN IS NOT INTENDED)
running back downstairs i took a glance at y/n's room and saw sans knocking twice on it, i groaned to myself but grinned at the fact that sans was going to y/n, and ya guessed it, all of us ship our sister with that pun-loving skeleton
and the reason is, well there's a couple, he makes y/n laugh, like really laugh, he calms her, i mean. i don't think y/n notices that we see that she's always tense, always ready to pounce (PUN NOT INTENDED) at a moments notice
but when y/n is around sans, i can see she visibly relaxes, i don't think she even knows that she does.
as i finish going down the stairs i hear y/n's laughter ring through the hall and pap pokes his head out of the door way and looks up at y/n's room. he lets out an annoyed "NYEH" and retreats back into the kitchen, i hear y/n's laughter get slightly louder and grin myself
i can't help it. whenever y/n laughs i smile, back when she was protecting us she never laughed and rarely smiled, so hearing it now, it's kind of a relief
i handed Elijah a few rags and handed some others to rose keeping a couple in my own hands i look at the tomato sauce covered walls "welp, let's get to it" i walked over to a wall and started to wipe off the tomato sauce, since it was still wet it was easy to clean up
Elijah and rose walked over to separate walls and started to wipe off those ones. all the while hearing yells to excitement coming from the kitchen.
when the walls were sauce-free i looked up at the ceiling as rose cleaned up the floor, "how on earth are we gonna get the ceiling?" Elijah shrugged and got on the faded green couch and onto an armrest, i was about to tell him that you weren't supposed to stand on the furniture when i saw him jump and swing violently from side to side with his arms and then fall down to the ground, not even close to the ceiling
Elijah was about to get on the couch again when he glanced at me
"well, what are you standing around for? let's get to it" i smirked confusedly, my eyebrow raising slightly but i shook my head and sighed, knowing i was probably gonna regret this
and so, we tried. all three of us. but we missed, and missed, and missed. we weren't giving up, at least i wasn't. i didn't want y/n risk getting either hurt or found out by trying to clean up this mess
with that in mind i kept trying and only stopped when i felt someone grab me before i could go on the couch again, turning around in their grip i found it was paps, he had a mixed expression, one of worry and confusion "TINY HUMAN, WHY ARE YOU JUMPING OFF OF THE SITTING PLACE AND TRYING TO ACT LIKE BIRDS?" i chuckled as pap set me down, with a quick glance i saw that undyne was setting down Elijah and rose as well
"pap, we're not trying to act like birds, we're trying to clean the ceiling" i finished pointing up at the said ceiling, undyne laughed
"why punk? usually we just wait until the sauce dries and falls down" i blinked and rose looked up at undyne with a slightly grossed out face, and i gotta admit that is pretty disgusting
"well, we thought since that it was messy, we'd clean it up...."
i looked up at the ceiling and got on the couch once again when undyne lifted me into the air
"fuhuhuhu, well i like your determination punk, want help?" i nodded gratefully, undyne grinned savagely and literally threw me up into the air, a gasp tore out of my mouth and on instinct my arms shot up into the air and surprisingly hit the ceiling
i fell and pap caught me turning to undyne with a shocked face "UNDYNE! YOU CANNOT JUST THROW THE TINY HUMANS INTO THE AIR!! YOU NEED TO WARN THEM FIRST" undyne chuckled and effortlessly picked up rose, Elijah looked nervous, and frankly so was i, 'she better not hurt her or y/n will have a talk with her' it doesn't matter who you are, friend, family, or foe. if you hurt one of y/n's muskets she will go full on mama bear on you
i smile faintly at a memory of doing that exact thing once on 'dad' and 'mom' undyne turns rose so she's facing her, and i see that rose is smiling
"hey punk, mind if i throw you to clean the ceiling?" rose giggles airily, shaking her head "great" undyne throws rose and she flies up to the ceiling, swiping across it rose get to clear a spot on the ceiling and falls back down, pap rushing to catch her along with me
rose is a giggling mess and i grin widely, pap places us down gently and i make my way to undyne who, without question, picks me up and throws me up and into the air, now that i understand what's happening, i swipe furiously at another spot of tomato sauce, clearing it. and i start falling and into pap's skeletal arms
this goes on for a while, Elijah watching just in case either of us gets hurt, which we don't.
when we cleared the entire house of tomato sauce, undyne left saying she had to get back to alphys, did i mention that we ship them too? well, as it turns out, that ship sailed safely to its destination, so I'm not worried about that, but-
will sans' and our sister's ship do the same?

tonight was chara's turn and before you could even blink a green with a hint of yellow clad girl ran straight into your arms gripping you tightly, without even thinking your wings moved around you f/c intertwining the feathers The Shadows hissed after coming into contact with your wings, you sat down and wrapped your arms around the crying chara, whispering soothing words into her ear
"y-y/n, The Sha-Shadows.....p-please don't leave me"
you pulled chara closer and slowly rubbed her back as she continued to sob into your sweatshirt "what did The Shadows tell you chara?" it hurt your very soul knowing that you couldn't be with chara as she faced The Shadows alone. chara let out a shaky breath and murmured, not even trying to exit the safety of your arms to speak properly
"it told m-me that y-you d-didn't care f-for m-me, that y-you d-didn't w-want to come b-back, a-and n-never w-will....i-is...i-is that t-t-true?" her tears fell anew, you felt your body still and you felt a shot of anger go through the pit of your stomach and you pulled her ever closer now resting her head in the crook of your neck, speaking a bit firm but still calmly you said
"no. chara, it is not. i care for you as if you were my sister, which i guess you are now, i care about you more than my own being and it hurts me that i cannot be around for you 24/7 as you are facing these trials, please know that I'm thinking about you everywhere i go, please-" you paused as your voice broke on the last word "please, don't you ever think other wise"
with that said, you felt chara squeeze you and sniffle before saying "i-i won't sis" a pang of emotion banged at your heart as chara said 'sis' and you hugged her anew to absorbed in your own thoughts see the increasing f/c magick swirling around you and chara or feel the tug after a few minutes
when you were teleported to the button room it was an in a bright flash of f/c and you looked up to see the gray of the room and down to see....
