i honestly thought it would never happen. i had convinced myself that kiba would be chasing him forever but....well if i hadn't seen it with my own eyes, i still wouldn't believe it. we were all invited to cedar point to celebrate everyone passing the semester. it was different. im single. shino is single which honestly surprised me. he ended up moving into the frat house, right into kiba's old room, him having moved out a while ago. he actually came one day to get the rest of his things, making the complete move in with his boyfriend. him and shino got into it and again, shino ended up in the hospital. apparently shino only had bad things to say about john. eh....i cant even worry about it. i haven't had sex in months. been alone all this time. its really getting to me. "hey shika!!" i looked over to see naruto jogging over to me. i ended up zoning out looking at the huge rollercoaster that i would die trying to ride. everyone else got on it though. "yeah?" i responded as he got to me. he took a deep breath. "we were planning on going to the water park after this. did you bring swim trunks?" he asked. "i do but they are in the room," i said. he sighed. "oh great. looks like we are all having a field trip to the hotel," he grunted. i shrugged.
after grabbing our swim gear, the group headed to the changing rooms to get ready. "i swear they never leave each other alone," muttered naruto as he pulled up his trunks. john and kiba were on the other side of the room fawning over each other like usual. john pulled up his trunks and was helping kiba put his on. i chuckled. they never make it over his butt without help. john pulled him close and quite literally shoved it all in there, making kiba blush. they grabbed their towels and headed out. "you ok, shika?" naruto asked, rubbing my back. "no. im the only one single here," i grunted, tying my trunks. "tsk....probably not for long. someone has been looking at you this whole time," he pointed with his eyes to the other end of the locker room. i peaked back, spotting a skinny dark skinned boy who didnt look much different from me. he was cute but....well i cant say im that conceited. "eh....he cute but that's about it. i wouldn't say that i wouldn't talk to him but im not making the first move," i whispered, picking up my towel. "shit, maybe you should make the first move, shika. he dont look like he plans on talking to ya any time soon," he grabbed his towel and we headed out.
"this is kinda terrible but....we are gonna go on the couple's slide," said john, still holding to kiba's hand. "we are going too!!" chimed hinata. she grabbed naruto's hand and followed them to the slide. "that's ok! im just gonna stay here!" i called after them. i sighed. being single sucks. it really does. all i get to do is watch the two happy couples enjoy the--"so....i heard ya talking in the locker room," my head snapped to my left, spotting the skinny dark skinned guy from earlier. my face went hot. "im sorry man. i didnt mean any offence or any--" he just held up a hand, cutting me off. "i like the honesty. at least someone finds me attractive," he muttered, lounging on the lawn chair next to mines. "awe! are you lonely too?" i asked, sarcasm in my voice. "hey man, loneliness is an epidemic. especially when you are surrounded by happy couples. normally id be fine with being alone. it just really gets to me when i see em do all the lovey dovey stuff, ya know? like kissin and holdin hands and shit. all they do is rub it in my face and not in a good way," he grunted, putting his hands behind his heads. i shrugged. "i guess the that really gets to me is the fact that i used to have that. see the buff one over there," i pointed to kiba, who had just came down the slide in john's lap. he looked. "dated him for like a month. didnt really work out cause he was fucking obsessed with the guy he is with now," i said. "looks like his obsessiveness has paid off," said the guy. "oh im shikamaru but everyone calls me shika," i held out a hand. he took it in a surprisingly firm grip. "kidomaru but everyone calls me kido. im guessing those four are your friends?" he asked, letting go of my hand. "yeah but they dont really act like it sometimes. they are so focused on their relationships that they dont have time for the single guy," i said. he chuckled. "well im gonna go out on a limb here and ask: would you go out with me?" he asked. "well someone is bold. didnt expect to be asked on a date so quickly," i smirked. "well i was asking if you wanted to go to the bar since they have completely forgotten that you are here...." he pointed to the four who were playing chicken fight without me,"....but i would also like to go on a date with you, if i may be so bold," he grinned. i couldn't help but chuckle. "smooth. real smooth," i said, grabbing my towel.
later on that night....

i pushed naruto down, making his arms flail while he splashed in the water. "winners!!" i cheered. kiba was on my shoulders, which made everyone laugh. i was fine though. lifting and toting kiba around is something i had grown very used to, especially when it comes to certain activities. hinata was on naruto's shoulders. they insisted it wasn't fair. i gave zero fucks. "you should have asked shika to come," i said. they got up. "he left some time ago with some dark skinned guy," said kiba. i let him down off my shoulders. "really?" i hadn't seen, being too immersed in the festivities. "i talked to the guy a bit. he asked some questions, which i was too happy about answering. they chatted for a bit and probably went back to the hotel to fuck," said hinata, way to proud about her accomplishment. ill admit i was a bit worried about him. wasn't uncommon that i would catch him staring at us. "well im tired of the pool now. we should hit up the bar. we shouldn't interrupt shika in the middle of finally getting laid," said hinata. we gathered up our things and headed out.
"i wanna go back to the room," whispered my companion. "we have to socialize with our friends, kiba. we can go to the room later," i said. i felt him pouting. we got into the booth with naruto and hinata. "so...gossip time. i was talkin to sakura not to long ago and you will never guess what happened," said hinata. "get us a round of beer. its gonna be a long night," i told the waiter before the gossip flowed.
shikamaru pov
"so how is it that someone as good lookin as you ever end up single?" he asked. i took a sip of my drink. "i dont know. i though i was pretty awesome. its probably just the choice of guys maybe? i messed around with john a couple of times but to be honest..." i leaned in to whisper in his ear,"....he is a little bit of a man whore. at least until he hooked up for good with kiba," i pulled away. he gave me a knowing look. "shit. can i get in line? that guy is fine as FUCK. i swear if i wasn't sure that kiba guy would kill me, i would've talked to him on the low," he grinned, sipping his own drink. "a few months earlier and you probably could've. the amount of sex that guy had is INSANE. no one could hold him down but kiba was really fucking persistent. they were pretty much on and off all last semester. third time's a charm i guess," i said. "ooohhh so how was he? i know you and him messed around," he said. "tsk...i dont want to talk about john no more. that ship has sailed. you best get your mind off him too cause kiba is adjoined at his hip," i warned. he chuckled. "you know you second best, right?" he raised a brow. "second best? i dont even know if you are in league with him. he was pretty...." my face got hot. he chuckled. "wanna see?" he raised a brow. "im not that easy," i said simply. "what? but i treated you to drinks! you gotta give me something," he said. "tsk...you can suck on my wiener. that's all a few drinks will get from me," i chuckled. he busted out laughing. "so whats it take to get you in the bed?" he asked. "oh you are something else. did you just bring me here just to try and get into my pants? the nerve!" i said. "what can i say? the view was nice from what i could see in the locker room," he said. "...perv," i said. "you can see me naked up in the room," he grinned. i couldn't help but laugh. "you better be glad getting me drunk lowers my standards," i got up from the table. "oh shut up. you know you want me too," he grabbed my hand and i was led out.
he was about two inches shorter than john. really thin. almost sickly. he looked me up and down, a dark blush coming over his cheeks. "we are definitely flipping after i get my fill," he whispered, pulling me into a kiss.

i was OUT. i didnt even intend on drinking so much but naruto was on some drinking games bullshit. kiba pulled me into it and three bottles later: i cant drive. good thing the hotel isn't too far from where we are at. "babe...its time to go," i whispered in his ear. i shook him to wake him up. i dont know when he fell asleep. he sniffled, his grip getting tighter on my hand. he nodded. "we are gonna go back to the room," i told the other two who weren't even paying attention. i pulled kiba out the bar.
we finally made it back to the room. i was tired......and horny. he pulled off his tee, getting ready for bed when i just kissed him. he tossed it off and kissed me back, pulling me down on the bed between his legs. didnt take long to loose the clothes. i was right about to pull off his undies when that noise got louder. it was throwing off my rhythm. i pulled away, focusing on the noise. a steady thump. i sighed. "im gonna go tell them to keep it down. you just wait here," i grunted, moving to pull away. he gripped my shoulders. "just ignore them," he grunted, kissing me again. the noise started going all over the place. i pulled away. "i cant focus on you when they are getting on my nerves. ill be right back," i said, getting out the bed. i pulled on my undies. he pouted. "dont worry. i have a few new things i wanna try and they require full focus," i pecked his lips before walking out.
after searching the floor, i found the room, it being exactly one floor up from us. door was cracked open, smell of sex leaking out. i peaked inside, spying shika roughly thrusting into the dark skinned guy they were telling me about. i sighed. "your thrusts are off, shika," i grunted. at that, he literally fell out the bed. he got up quickly, the guy he was with also siting up and looking at me. "if you guys are gonna fuck, you gotta do it right. the thumping we can hear downstairs is throwing me off," i said. the dark skinned guy blushed a dark red. "well you made it look pretty easy," said shika as he got back in the bed. "it is easy. dont make me have to come back up her cause it wont be pretty. i had to leave my boyfriend to talk to you guys about this," i closed the door and started back downstairs. the thumping resumed but stayed on rhythm. "ok babe..." i pulled off my undies,"....where were we?" i got back in the bed.

john: are you coming back with us today?
"how much longer are you gonna be here?" i asked him. "tsk...as long as you are. i drove here and the room is all mines," he kissed my neck. "well my friends are going back today and they are my ride," i said. "i can take you back if you want....of course you would have to be my boyfriend for that to really work," he said.
me: apparently i have a new boyfriend. im still coming back, im just riding with him
john: k. me and kiba are stopping by the mall so just follow naruto. we will catch up soon
me: ok
i sat up out of his embrace. "we are heading back," i got out the bed and walked right into the bathroom, closely followed by him. after a hot shower, we got dressed. "i need to get my things from my room," i said, zipping up my jeans. "im already ready," he picked up a duffle bag and shoved his clothes into the bag. "you just got here?" i asked. "been here about three days already. just looking for some sex but wound up with a boyfriend," he shrugged. "shit, i just came cause everyone else was coming. frat house would be bare," we started to my room.
later on that day...

"why did we stop here?" he asked as we walked through the mall. "because i dont want everyone to be around while we shop," i said. "what are we coming to get?" he asked, his hand tightening on mines. i pecked his cheek. "its a surprise," i said. he just blushed a little. it was something that i didnt think id say to him but....well i had decided it not to long ago. right after i heard about the incident with him and shino, i ordered it. figured going to pick it up would be the best way to propose. how did i get his ring size? that's funny. i actually did it while we had gone bowling. 'put your fingers in these holes to see which ones fit' i told him. he looked confused. 'what for?' at that time, i had to think of a way to get him to do it and not be suspicious. it wont be a surprise if he knows about it, right? 'we are going bowling. do you really want to touch all of the balls trying to figure out which one will fit?' i asked. he chuckled excessively, a dark blush coming over his cheeks as he tested the holes. 'perv' i added, chuckling at his dirty mind. i was real smooth with it. we were around the corner from the jewelry store when i stopped him. "babe....i have a question for you," i turned him to face me. "what?" he asked. "how much do you love me?" i asked. his whole face went red. "more than i love playing football. like...if you wanted to move out the country and i couldn't play football ever again, i would do it in a heart beat. not to mention how i fucking stalked you ever since i met you. you are my missing piece, and in more ways than one," he pecked my lips. "ok...well, i love you too and i cant believe im gonna ask this but....will you marry--" "YES!!" he screamed, smothering my face with kisses. i could barely breathe with as much as he was kissing me. i grabbed his waist and pulled him close, pressing my lips against his. he wrapped his arms around my neck and pulled me tighter, actually starting to choke me. i had to force away to catch my breath.
"so we came here to..." i just nodded. i let him go and pulled him around the corner. "im here to pick up my rings," i told the woman. "names," she chimed. "(F/n) (L/n)," i said. she smiled warmly, looking between the both of us and our hand hold. she left, returning a minute later with the two boxes. i already paid for them so im good. he just started sobbing his eyes out as i pulled out his ring. i took his hand. she offered a box of tissues that he just started grabbing like a monster as i slipped on his ring. i put mine on. he was still sobbing, wiping his face with the tissues. i pulled him into a hug. he squeezed me soooo tightly, huffing while sobbing. this was really getting to him. "im...im getting married!" he sobbed hysterically. i get the feeling he is gonna tell EVERYONE. i wanted to keep this on the low, the reason i didnt want everyone here with us, but that hope is dashed. at least he said yes. i was 99% sure he would say yes but.....that 1% he would say no still scared the life out of me. i can only be happy now. im getting married to him and for once in my life.....im not mad about it.

the shika/kido relationship is still the same, minus the latent feelings for you. naruto and hinata still end up getting married. Karin hunts suigetsu cause she wants to give him another go, not kill him, which is what he was thinking. kakashi is no better off than he was before all of this. he just has lingering feelings for ya will be dashed when news of you and kiba reaches his ears. because you never went back to kakashi, you never make the porno, which means that you never meet muu. still one more chapter left but there will be a nice sized time skip.
