{Chloe}
I walked back to the bus and I fed Dexter.
I walked back outside and decided to help the guys with the boxes.
I sat on top of a hard, black, box that said Ice Nine Kills on it.
I went straight to reading my book and it was so interesting that I sat Indian style.
"We should be open-minded about this possibility of something outside our physical universe, weather it's a nonphysical reality or something more mundane, like an ensemble of universes that make up a multi universe."
The box lifted up from the ground I looked to see Spencer and Conor on each side of me.
"Why are you so light?" Conor asked.
"You weigh like fifty pounds" Spencer teased.
I rolled my eyes then went back to reading.
"In that context we could start asking questions about what kinds of universes are "natural" or easy to create, and possibly discover an explanation for the particular features we observe. Alternatively, we could discover reasons why the laws of physics themselves necessitate that something we thought was arbitrary (like the masses of the proton and the electron) can actually be derived from a deeper principle. Then, in a different way, we would be able to pay ourselves on the back for having explained something."
"Hey," I heard a voice from in front of me.
I looked up to see the guy that screamed like a goat on the bus.
"Hey." I smiled while tucking my hair behind my ear.
"What'cha reading?" He asked.
"The Big Picture: On the origins of Life, Meaning, and the Universe by Sean M. Carroll" I smiled while looking at the cover.
"It's a pretty good book, what page are you on?" He asked
"Fifty three"
"Oh, you barley started then" he smiled.
"May I?" He asked while pointing at the spot next to me in the box.
"You may," I smiled
"You know, I never meet any girls that actually read big books...or read at all." He chuckled.
"Well aren't you charming" I chuckled.
"Aren't I?"
"You're so conceited" I joked.
"Hey, I keep seeing you around and I don't think we actually met before"
"I'm Vinny" he smiled while holding his hand out.
I shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you Vinny, I'm unknown" I chuckled.
Vinny laughed gently.
"That's rad" he smiled.
It went silent then we looked at each other. We bursted out laughing for no good darn reason.
"Oh god. Why are we laughing?" I asked while catching my breath.
"Because I'm never serious and I have big ears" he chuckled.
"No you don't and you look pretty serious to me" I smiled.
"Look closely at my ears" he said.
I looked at them.
"They're only big when you pull them out like this" I said while pulling his ears and making him look like an elf.
He made a funny face by crossing his eyes and we both laughed.
I have an ideaaa!
"Do you wanna get some coffee or something?" I asked him.
"Sure, that sounds great" he smiled.
We both slid off of the box then I heard my brother and Conor yelling. I turned around to see Dexter running with something in his mouth and Spencer and the guys chasing after him.
"Son of a bitch." I said quietly.
Vinny laughed.
"Your dog is at it again" he smiled.
"Umm...I'll catch you later then, I have to go!" I said then ran off after Dexter.
I took a short cut between the tents then I saw Dexter running towards me.
"Dexter! Sit!" I shouted. He sat down then I grabbed a wet paper from his mouth. I opened it and it said "Rules of Bro Code"
I laughed then the guys looked at me.
"Really? Rules of Bro Code" I laughed.
"Give that back" Justin panted.
I ran off with Dexter following me.
I ran towards the buses and ran into a random one.
I closed the door behind me and I looked down at Dexter.
I looked up to see the Guitar dude and Vinny.
"Hey, did ya miss me already?" Vinny joked while walking towards me.
I covered Vinny's mouth with my hand.
"Clover! You're gonna get it!" I heard Spencer yell while running past.
I let go of him then he looked at me weirdly.
"What did you do?" He asked.
"Ask Satan's little helper over here" I said while looking at Dexter.
"He ran off with their bro code thingy" I said while holding up the wet paper.
"My brother is pretty pissed" I laughed.
"Your brother?" Vinny asked.
"Yeah...my brother." I said. I looked at the rest of the guys and they were staring at me.
I get nervous and clumsy when people stare at me.
"I umm...I'm gonna go.." I said while hooking on Dexters leash.
"So soon? What about the coffee?" Vinny asked.
"Oh umm...I have to take a rain check on that, sorry. How about tomorrow?" I asked.
They were still staring at me.
"Sure" he smiled.
I looked at the guitar dude and he looked at me weirdly.
I opened the door behind me then I walked out the bus.
"There she is! Found her!" They shouted.
Conor pinned me against the bus.
"Where is it?" He asked
"Why is a piece of paper so important to you?" I laughed.
"Because it's bro code and bro code is bro code" he said.
"Anyways. I don't have it." I smiled.
"Now let go of my arms."
"Not until we get it back"
"I'm telling the truth! I don't have it! Dexter dropped it somewhere"
"Hey! Hey! Hey! I said no touching! Part of bro code!" Spencer said.
"Never! Ever! Touch my sis! Don't even lay one finger on her or I'll break my foot off in-"
"Spencer, relax! He was just looking for the useless paper" I interrupted.
"Oh, you know what you did there was very dangerous...we need that paper so now you're gonna have to pay" Spencer said.
"Alright. What do you want?" I asked.
"Revenge" Justin smirked.
The other Justin pulled out a water gun.
"Don't you dare!"
The rest of them pulled out water guns too then sprayed me.
"AHH! Ugh! You guys better watch your backs!" I shouted after them while they ran away.
I poked my head into Vinny's bus.
"Hey umm...do you guys have a water gun by any chance?" I asked.
