So it's over. 110,000 words later I'm finally done with this book! It's kind of a bittersweet moment, on the one this book has dragged on a bit hasn't it, probably not helped by the fact that after I'd written 50,000 words in one month (damn NaNoWriMo) my enthusiasm for this book dipped slightly so it's a relief to have it finished but on the other hand I'm really going to miss the characters and this whole trip. I guess I feel like I've been on an adventure with them.
