I staggered through the doorway wiping blood from the side of my head as some medics carrying stretchers ran past me. I was absolutely beaten after expending so much energy while fighting. I leaned on a door and held my back. Bellamy surprising me with a punch to the back was probably the thing that hurt the most, although everything hurt pretty bad.
'Now that I think about it, I haven't been this tired since... Thriller Bark, I think... Maybe I have improved.'
I gave myself a small chuckle before tilting my head up to see my captain enter the room, dodging some medics as I left the wall, slowly walking over. I didn't want to show how hurt I was.
"Lucy," I called to him about halfway from him. He turned, as I watched his smile grow from under the helmet, and he ran towards me so we'd meet halfway.
"(Y/N)! You were so cool!" he said, before cutting himself off, "B-But I kinda messed up, so we shouldn't be standing around like this-" he grabbed my hand, and I could tell he was prepared to make a break for it, but he stopped in his tracks when he saw two of the medics holding a stretcher come in.
I looked as well, seeing a tattoo on the arm of the man on the stretcher. Most likely the same arm that put up the hardest fight.
"It's Bellamy..." Luffy said, slightly surprised as the medics kept moving in our direction.
'If he wasn't already hurt, he might have killed me... Guess I should thank the one who hurt him...'
The medics reached us, but before they could pass, Bellamy spoke, "I heard you."
We both faced the stretcher. "You okay?" Luffy asked.
"I can't believe you had the gall to cheer for me back there," he grunted but still tried to speak, "That was so embarrassing. And a lot of good it did," He looked at me for a moment, making me freeze, before throwing his arm over his eyes, "I ain't changed one bit! It's pathetic!"
"You have changed, Bellamy," Luffy said in a serious tone.
Watching Bellamy's face, or what I could see below his arm, his teeth were clenched as if he was going to start yelling, but then he paused as if he had an idea and a smile returned to his face. He removed his arm and turned to Luffy slightly.
"I've seen you wield your Haki powers. They're stronger than anything I've ever dreamed of." he had a happy tone, before his eyebrows creased, looking in my direction while still holding his smile, "Which really pisses me off" His tone was darker for that, but then he closed his eyes, and rested his head back, "My pride's shattered, but I'll return your compliment."
"You've changed, Straw Hat!"

"All competitors of Block C report to the arena! Report to the entrance gate immediately!" The announcer called, as we heard it faintly through the loudspeaker.
We had been walking around for a while now, and we had just stopped in a dimly lit space, seemingly another floor where competitors used to wait. However, it looks abandoned.
"Looks like it's that time," Luffy said, turning towards the lighter part of the room, the area we just came in from, "Alright! Let's do it!"
We headed back down a few hallways and emerged into a large group of competitors, the cheering from the arena easier to hear than before. As we entered, Luffy immediately pulled me back into the hallway with my left hand and used it to push me against the wall, his eyes glued to the exit of the hallway. I winced at the impact on my back, the pain from my recent fight with Bellamy still very present, since I hadn't visited the infirmary quite yet.
"What're-" he covered my mouth with his left hand, his right hand placed on my left hand against the wall, next to my head. He was standing directly in front of me, and I couldn't move any body parts except for my head. I moved my head around in protest before hearing loud footsteps, causing me to stop.
Followed by the large footsteps was a deep voice, who I recognized as Don Chin Jou, one of the men with Sai, who helped Luffy and me earlier.
"Where's that coward hiding? I'll find him."
My eyes widened as Chin Jou crossed in front of the doorway. I remember seeing him, but I don't remember him being that large! I'm glad I already fought in my block.
"How long must I wait? Start the accursed tournament already!" Chin Jou bellowed, his beard practically standing on end, "Listen well, Garp's grandson. That gong is the last sound you're ever going to hear before you die! Get ready!"
Once Chin Jou's sons stopped him from attacking anybody, they walked into the ring, Chin Jou looking slightly defeated. We walked into the room once he'd left.
"Woah, that guy. He's gonna be trouble." he sighed, before looking at me, "Sorry about that."
"Don't say 'sorry' until I've known what you've done," I said, crossing my arms as he nervously chuckled.
"Th-they just kind of pressed it out of me! It was like an interrogation!-" The competitors started leaving the room.
"I'm not mad, Luffy," I said, and he seemed extremely relieved, "as long as it's only two people, the competitors will just think they're crazy or seeing things. Such a big name like yours probably wouldn't show up on the fly like this." I said.
"Awe! Thanks (Y/N)!" He said, bashfully. I'm assuming all he heard me say was that he's a big name, "Well, I'm off. Wish me luck!" he said, pushing a thumbs up toward me.
"I'll be watching! Knock 'em dead!" I called as he walked him away, before realizing what I said, "N-Not literally, though!"
I sighed as I watched him leave the room and headed in the direction of the staircase, trying to find a window with as few people as possible.
~~On Green Bit~~
"You there, Law? It's Sanji!" [Sanji]
"Where'd you run off to? And please tell me you found the factory." [Law]
"That's the least of our worries now!" [Sanji]
There were sounds of fighting, gunshots, and yelling before Sanji continued, "Listen up! You gotta get out of there now!"
Law grunted, "We're not going anywhere. Hanging Caeser over is part of the deal." [Law]
"Yeah, if Doflamingo actually resigned from the Seven Warlords!" [Sanji]
Law gasped as Sanji continued, "As it stands, you're gonna be handing Caesar over for absolutely nothing in return!"
Law's eyes widened, "Tha doesn't make any sense... What do you mean?" He spoke breathlessly.
"Let me spell it out! We walked straight into a trap!" [Sanji]
'(Y/N) was right, it is a trap!'
"Doflamingo brought CP-0 in to calm the public after his announcement so he could pretend like nothing ever happened! Do you understand?! You need to leave the island right now! Hurry up!" [Sanji]

Walking through a hallway, I winced, holding my stomach and leaning against the wall on my right. I turned so my back lay against the wall and slid down into a sitting position.
'I-I just need to breathe.'
I did exactly that, collecting my thoughts and taking deep breaths until the pain dismissed me for now. I looked down into my lap, inspecting the cuts on my legs and hands.
'So, Law should be on Green Bit, and it's just past three, so the deal should be taking place right now. Law gave Sanji the transponder snail, so I have no connection to anyone right now but Luffy. We probably should've given this a little more thought before jumping into things.'
I sighed, dismissing the pain as much as I could for now and rising, slowly walking down the corridor with my hand on my stomach, finally making it to a viewing area. I leaned in the doorway, seeing a few competitors I recognized.
I noticed Cavendish sitting at one of the windows and decided to keep him in my sights. From hearing what he was saying, he has experience with this arena and information about the people here. I walked and stood at the window to the right of his, pushing my eye visor down.
The announcer was describing a man from Elbaf, which I remember to be the place where giants live.
After a minute or two, I heard something sit down behind me and to the left. I glanced back before immediately whipping my head around, looking to the right side of the stadium, avoiding Bartolomeo's stare at all costs.
"So, Cavendish, I heard you was tryin' to off that Lucy guy," Bartolomeo asked.
He turned up to the green-haired man, "Bartolomeo, was it?" he asked, sounding tired, "Well done on making it as far as you did, but my business with Lucy doesn't concern you." Cavendish said, taking another bite.
"That's where you're wrong, pretty boy," Bartolomeo said, now looking down at him. He reached down towards Cavendish's second plate of food, trying to steal some, "Lucy ain't yours to kill."
Cavendish moved Bartolomeo's hand away by shooing it with his fork.
Cavendish smiled, "Oh, I see. You want to." Cavendish stabbed his steak, sounding like he damaged the plate it was on, "He is hogging the limelight, but no one else can touch him. I'm going to kill him. And you're no exception to that rule. You'll be in trouble if you get in my way."
'So, are these the two who know his identity, AS WELL as Don Chin Jao? Just my luck to coincidentally be here with both of them at the same time!'
Bartolomeo laughed, "Ooh, scary!" He looked more serious, though still widely grinning, "Let's just say, he and I have a... connection." His saying that made me pay closer attention.
'Connection? I know I've never seen him before, so... maybe someone from Luffy's past?'
The two stopped to hear the announcer. Luffy was riding a bull he named "Moocy" through the arena, and he seemed to be the crowd favorite. The announcer wasn't even being impartial anymore.
Cavendish growled at all of the attention Lucy was getting, "People love him without even knowing who he is!"
"He's something else." Rebecca chuckled as she arrived and stood on my right. The whole stadium went quiet as the giant seemingly crushed Luffy and the bull- wait, he's a bull! Why did Luffy name him Moocy?!
While everyone was mourning Lucy and Moocy, I watched as Luffy sat up in front of the unconscious –more likely dead– bull, and put a hand on his head, mourning him.
Luffy stood and turned toward the giant, and I activated my Observation Haki. I watched the red shadow move up to the giant's head in 2nd gear and punch him. Luffy himself followed the shadow and did exactly that.
'Welp, Luffy's mad.'
In just that punch the giant fell to the ground, and the stadium went crazy.
"Hmph, yeah, a real mystery," Cavendish grumbled near us.
"Unbelievable. I never imagined he was this strong." Rebecca said, but I wasn't looking at her. I was looking at Bartolomeo. He was watching Luffy with serious content, an almost evil-looking smile growing on his face. Well, it's hard to tell with him. he looks evil most of the time, so maybe he just likes Lucy?
Something that actually surprised me though, was when someone other than Luffy threw the giant into the stands, to where his back was against the seats, his head close to the water, before falling in and making a large splash.
All I saw, according to the announcer, was a man with weirdly shaped shoulders, and some crowd members yelled Ideo, or more accurately, "Destruction Cannon" Ideo.

After a few more knockouts, while Luffy was taking care of Moocy, Ideo set his sights on him, and Luffy didn't look too happy about it.
There were some other small fights nearby, but when I drew my attention back to Luffy, the two charged each other, me now seeing Luffy use haki in his fist.
There was a smoke cloud from the shoulder man's bomb-like abilities, causing me to lean over the window, gripping the ledge as Lucy's helmet went flying.
'Shit! People will see him!'
Because of how quiet it was after the explosion, I could make out Luffy's panicked yells, then retreat, and then the angry Ideo ran after him, as I followed the red cape through the smoke as best I could.
As well, the man named Boo, the brother of Sai, was getting his shit rocked by the guy who was acting all scared earlier. I wonder what happened?
'That's why it's so quiet, everyone's stunned.'
Glancing away from that, I saw the guy, I believe his name was 'Jean the Bandit', Tossing Luffy's helmet up and down in his hand, as Luffy wrapped his red cape around his head.
'That's... actually good thinking...!'
Even from here, I could tell Luffy was tense, tightly gripping his cape. I wonder what Jean's saying to him?
Someone else making huge waves was Chin Jou, still yelling about revenge and vengeance. He was knocking out tens of men with every punch, header straight toward Luffy!'
"(N/N), are you alright?" Rebecca asked, and I realized I was almost on top of the ledge of the window, looking down at Luffy.
I crawled back, "O-Oh, yeah, I'm fine-"
"(N/N)?"
I tensed, turning to see Cavendish, now standing with questioning eyes, as well as Bartolomeo, looking over with slight curiosity.
"U-Um..." I moved backward, bumping Rebecca a little.
"Is that your name? It sounds a lot like The False Pirate's name..." Cavendish said, suspiciously.
Before I could defend myself or think of an excuse, I paused, "The False Pirate? Who's that?"
"How are you this out of the know?" I think his suspicion of me was cleared from my genuine curiosity.
"The False Pirate's bounty poster name is 'The Manipulator' (Y/N), for 150 million berries. She's only wanted alive."
'So... it's changed back to only alive?...'
My fist tightened, and only Rebecca could tell I was upset.
Good thing my face guard is down, "And why is she called that?" I scoffed through my clenched teeth.
"Don't you remember my plan from the weapons room?!" Cavendish put a hand on his hip, "Because she's a Celestial Dragon, so I-" He stumbled on his words as I shoved past him, continuing past Bartolomeo and down the corridor, where fewer people were.
"(N/N)?" Rebecca asked, I heard her voice coming closer.
I still stormed away, and now we were out of sight from anyone, my throat automatically tightening, the feeling of trying not to cry getting the better of me.
Through my anger, pushing through the few people in the hallway made my injuries act up. I hunched over against the wall, holding my stomach as I felt Rebecca's hand on my shoulder, and knelt down behind me.
"(N/N), haven't you visited the medical bay yet?!" She questioned frantically, "You were hurt badly!"
"I-I guess I should..." I said, pushing the visor of my helmet down as she lifted my arm over her shoulders and slowly helped me walk.
Walking next to the windows, I saw a giant metal ball, looking to be of weapons, and Luffy next to the person holding it.
"How is this a fair fight?!" I stuttered, and I bet Luffy was thinking the same thing. The man with the weapons had collected more and piled them into a ball, preparing to attack Luffy!
"I don't believe it! He's collected weapons from all over the Colosseum!" The announcer was stunned as Rebecca helped me from stumbling, "Our infamous bandit certainly has pilfered quite the arsenal, but can he steal victory from the pockets of Lucy?"
The man was throwing swords at Luffy, and I so badly wanted to go down and help him. Watching him fight, while I helplessly sit up here makes me furious. I wonder if he felt the same way when I got my shit rocked by Bellamy.
Before we could turn down the stairwell, I felt multiple pairs of hands grab my body and yank me from Rebecca, as she gasped, her eyes following me. I struggled until we entered an open room. Rebecca followed and attacked the two men, causing them to fall to the ground as she helped me up.
She tightened her grip as we heard footsteps ahead of us, but then I started to freak out when the same footsteps sounded... everywhere. I got on my guard and used observation haki, turning in every direction, causing Rebecca to search around, too.
Out of the darkness, I received a kick to my back right in the center of my main injury. Rebecca called for me as I felt her hands leave my body, and I was sent into a distant wall as my vision blurred.
I had slid down the wall, barely able to move. The kick must have brought back the pain of the other injuries...Trying to open my eyes, I could see that the large room was dimly lit, similar to the place where Luffy and I were waiting for his match to start.
I shakily but swiftly turned for my back to lean against the wall as I panted heavily, wheezing as my injured body struggled to breathe normally. I heard the same footsteps, but this time right in front of me, coming closer. The person chuckled, and my eyes widened in fear.
"I knew you didn't go to the medical station. But hey, that just makes my job easier."
I coughed up some blood, "B-Bellamy!-"
I winced as he grabbed my neck and held me in the air, my legs kicking but to no avail, as a form of light shone through the room, and I could see his face easily.
"(N/N)!" I heard Rebeca call.
"Who the hell're you?" Bellamy let his head fall, looking at her. he sounded unamused that someone else was there.
"Release her!" Rebecca brandished her weapon as Bellamy smiled.
Bellamy's grip tightened on my neck when he realized my attention wasn't on him, "I have no reason to deal with you. Leave if you don't wanna get hurt."
He turned to me, his small smirk growing at my pathetic state.
"I was informed to injure you, but that just gives me more of a reason to give you hell for what you did to me," his grip did not falter on my neck, before gaining momentum and slamming me into the cement ground.
I coughed even more blood, feeling the crimson liquid drip down the front and back of my skull. I barely had the strength to open my eyes. I was already so weak, I couldn't even do anything but use my legs to try and push my limp body away. Almost everything else was numb or held too much pain to move.
Rebecca lept behind him and latched her arms around his neck, off-centering his balance. He struggled as she choked him, and I used my legs to push me away from him, but sadly for little results. He threw her off of him and used a spring arm to send her to the opposite wall.
"Rebecca!" My cries clawed at my throat, making me hold it in pain. I could taste the metallic flavor in my mouth.
'T-This is bad...'
He grabbed me by my tattered shirt and threw me against the opposite wall, where Rebecca had been thrown, but everything was... becoming fuzzy...
Now the back of my head was seriously bleeding as I skidded down the wall, every wound I had opening up. I could feel it and it hurt... it hurts so much...
I felt a salty tear run down the side of my face as I bit my lip until it bled, trying not to scream in pain. My head subconsciously fell in the direction where Rebecca was lying unconscious, as a few men I couldn't see in the dark started to move her.
'I need to help her-'
My head jerked up as Bellamy hovered over me. I'm sure he could see the absolute fear in my eyes, but it didn't phase him. He's a monster. He just looked at me, as my vision kept flaring in and out of a blur. The only thoughts that were clear as day were being scared of his maniacal grin.
I tried hard to move my legs, to try and go anywhere, but before I could try anything, I felt something cold against my bare shin. I looked at him, my eyes practically begging, my voice too hoarse to speak, as he leaned on the flintlock pressed against my leg.
I opened my mouth with a shaky breath, but before I could speak, I heard the gun go off, and I couldn't feel my right leg anymore. I screamed in pain, as Bellamy's smirk grew wider.
'I-I'm so scared...'
My hands cradled my leg, pulling at the skin as my cries faded into pained whimpers. I could only feel my head pulsating uncontrollably.
My consciousness was slowly slipping.
'Am I... dying..?'
I felt a waterfall of tears running down my face as I looked at Bellamy, feeling the blood leave my leg and my whole body go numb... my vision going out slowly like a candle running out of wax.
I watched Bellamy pull out a transponder snail, and as I started to lose my vision, I heard him speak strictly.
"It's done..." [Bellamy]
I tried to think of something, anything, but the only thought was the feeling of blood leaking from my body as my eyes closed. My body was now numb no longer having the strength to keep myself awake.
