NOTTI SAT IN his room with his brother near him. although him and Riyah were "opps", he still wanted to mess with her. this was the first time he had interacted with her since her live stream a few weeks back. he kissed his teeth seeing that the girl had left him on seen.
anger was what the boy was feeling. he was angry that not only did Riyah seem so unfazed, her songs that mentioned him were gaining more views by the hour. he wouldn't say that he was jealous, if anything he was more pissed than jealous. he was pissed at the fact that people actually enjoyed the songs that mentioned him and that people were pushing his buttons and making fun of him with her lyrics at any chance they got.
he wouldn't say he hated the girl because hate is a strong word, but he was definitely starting to get more irritated by her. before all the 'beef ' began he couldn't lie, he thought that Riyah had to be the best female drill rapper. everybody couldn't deny the obvious talent that the girl had and how her flow was better than most of the drill rappers in the city.
one thing he also hated was how pretty the girl was, although they were opps he didn't want to lie and say that she wasn't attractive. "nah Riyah blowin' mines." he said to his bother who was sat opposite from him.
DD looked up from his phone before smirking slightly, "what her lil fine ass do?" he questioned, Notti's eyebrow's furrowed at his brother with a small mug on his face. "word to my motha stop talkin' like that, she not fine she annoying."
"she sayin' i'm not gon do shit when i see her." he explained, his brother laughed at his antics seeing how pissed off he was. "why you gettin' vexed over bitches bro?"
"you should be focusing on music nigga." DD added, he hated to admit it but he was right. he knew that focusing on opps more than music had its risks, it took way to much of his time.
Notti, similar to Riyah, had been rapping since he was 12. he didn't see himself doing anything else in the future apart from drill rapping, it was something he loved and he didn't plan on throwing away his talent.
the drill scene was a toxic yet beautiful thing to Notti. on one side you see friends making music together, doing what they love at young ages. however on the other side, you see people's life's being taken away, and the violent nature of it all. sadly for all drill rappers, they saw the violent side of drill a lot more than the good side.
even though the Osama brothers also experienced the violent sides of drill more often, that still didn't stop them from making music. Notti loved how he had his brothers with him and how they all liked one thing in common, music. DD and Notti, along with their other brothers, promised that no matter what, they would make it together.
Notti went back to check if Riyah had sent anything else but she had not, he swiped off the chat as he scrolled through his feed seeing that sugarhillhottakesbackup had posted.
