On UA, some professors were talking about the incident after having a serious meeting regarding the security of the premises. And during their talk, they heard the door slide with strength revealing Pro Hero Captain Boom.
"Saku?!!!!" Present Mic exclaimed, surprised she was there.
"I want an explanation, now," she said looking at them with fierce in her eyes.
"What are you doing here?" Aizawa asked
"Nezu called for me, he said he wanted to talk about something with me, but I wanted to ask you first," The Captain said before she walked up to Aizawa "What happened?"
Aizawa gave a heavy sigh "We have the suspicion there is a traitor giving information to the villains, they were there with the sole purpose of kidnapping Bakugo, they tried to kidnap some others, but they were saved by fellow classmates"
The Captain closed her eyes for a second and fixed her posture.
"Do you guys know where he is? Or have a clue?" she asked
"One of our students placed a tracker on one of the villains, and a civilian once saw a suspicious person which we believe to be Tomura Shigaraki. Meaning that we have locations for both the Nomu creatures and the League of Villains hideout" Aizawa replied
"So that's why Nezu called me?" The Captain asked
"Not exactly," Nezu said entering the room "I indeed think your agency would be of great help in the rescue and raid of the locations but I came to offer you something"
"An offer?" The Captain asked while looking down at Nezu
"I want you to train Class A, give them the training that they need to learn self-defense. Nothing better than you to do so" Nezu exclaimed
"HUH?!!!!!" Both the Captain and Present Mic exclaimed in disbelief
"Me? A teacher?" The captain asked in surprise
"You are already a great mentor. Every student that goes with you ends up having the best of changes for the better, and since villains seem to be targeting Class A, we need them to be ready. We don't know how successful the rescue will be, failure is always a potential conclusion, so I just want to ask you that favor. Maybe you end up liking it and stay to become a teacher finally" Nezu replied
"As much as I am a mentor, I don't think I can be a teacher. I can accept giving a defense class, I could even bring my son, but... I currently am holding an investigation which is taking all of my time" The Captain replied "It will all depend on the resolution of the rescue"
"What sort of investigation?" Present Mic asked
"it is classified, but sure, I will try to provide my assistance in training. I will also provide a squad and my personal support on the mission of today, I plan on being by my husband's side, but if you need me on the raid at the hideout, I will do so," the Captain replied
"All Might will lead the hideout raid along with Edgeshot and Kamui Woods," Aizawa said
"So I will only be with Best Jeanist and my husband," Captain Boom said while thinking a little "Any amateurs coming?"
"As far as I know, Mount Lady will also be joining you with Tiger from the Wild Wild Pussycats. I am not sure, they will give all the information in the Strategy reunion that will start soon" Aizawa replied
"Very well..." The Captain said before Nezu and Present Mic left the room "Shota..." The Captain said when only she and Aizawa were left in the room "I heard you allowed them to use their quirk at the forest... why?"
"Had they not used them, they would've died. One of my students had a fight against one of the villains in order to save Bakugo and Endeavor's son, based on the description it was one of the most wanted ones, and the girl almost died. Had it not been due to her passive regenerative abilities, she would be dead now" he replied "Along with some others who were almost on the verge of death, but treated in time"
"Where were you?" She asked
"I was fighting with another villain and taking the other classmates to safety," he said
"Shota, you are capable of fighting against multiple villains at once... you could have easily dealt with all of them. And you were not alone" She said while looking at him with a severe expression "What really happen?"
Aizawa remained silent "There is too much happening, and there is definitely some stuff I want to discuss with you regarding a specific student"
"You mean Kuro right?" She asked
"Yes, there is something I found out that worries me, some patterns that I don't wish for them to be repeated again" he replied.
The Captain remained silent "She has a personality disorder?" she asked
"Yes, but using the quirk of Ragdoll I came to the conclusion that she is different than... her," he said "I want to truly believe that it is not the same as hers"
"So this is all because you want to solve it as a way to feel peace of not being able to solve it before... aren't you taking too much responsibility?" The Captain asked while she looked outside the window "We both know that it wasn't our fault what happened that time, you are trying to bring an end to something that already has an end"
"I have hope for her... I can see her determination, I just fear that if I make a mistake, it will have the same ending as that time. That is why I need your help, I want her to learn from you" Aizawa said while he started preparing to leave.
The Captain noticed he had the picture of them on his desk and looked at the person who was scratched off "I'll do my best..." she said while she started to leave as well so they could all head to the strategic reunion "You know that out of the five of us, you were the one who did the most for her..." she said while standing in the door frame "You are the only one she actually wants to see once again..."
Aizawa was surprised by her words and when he looked in her direction, the Captain has already left. He gave a heavy sigh while looking at the picture.
"Let's hope everything goes well today," he said to himself before he went in the same direction as everyone else.
Present Mic, Eraser Head, and Captain Boom headed to the reunion point in the same car. As soon as they arrived they were greeted by some of the police officers and other pro-heroes.
"Captain" Said Gang Orca as soon as the three of them entered
"My love," The Captain said with a smile before going up to him and giving him a kiss "Ready for the action?"
"Yes, and Kaito?" Gang Orca asked
"He is at the agency handling some other commissions we received," she replied before Gang Orca accompanied them to the meeting room.
All of the heroes got in one room and looked to the front where Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi and his two apprentices were next to him: Tamakawa Sansa and Satou Mikazuki. Behind them, there were several tables with many officials sitting there waiting for the next command while all the heroes were in the middle of the room.
"We have gathered some of the best heroes" Tsukauchi started "Now, let us begin the strategic reunion. May I present you Satou Mikazuki, she is the sister of one of the students in U.A.'s class 1-A and has been holding an investigation over the League of Villains ever since the first attack. You may proceed"
"Thank you, before I start it is an honor to present my finding before such heroes, I look forward to working with you. As mentioned by my superior I am the sister of Satou Niji, she is a student of Class A, it's a pleasure to meet you" Mikazuki said while bowing slowly "Based on the USJ attack and the testimonies gathered from the recent camp attack, I have found who are the potential villains you may encounter during the raid"
She clicked a button, and a screen appeared showing some images taken from street cameras, some even blurry of some of the villains.
"We first have the leader, Tomura Shigaraki. His quirk is decay, anything he touches disintegrates so avoid physical contact. Another asset is Kurogiri, he seems to have some sort of warp or teleportation quirk, the mission is to make sure to put him down first or else all villains will manage to escape" Mikazuki continued.
"I can deal with that..." Edgeshot comments
"Very well, as for the other villains, we have nothing but pictures taken from previous times. We first have Toga, according to her family and records she has a quirk related to blood consumption, she can disguise herself as other people" Mikazuki said while pointing to a picture of Toga from her middle school days "Then we have these unnamed villains who were at the forest. One whose quirk is unknown, the other has a fire-type quirk, the girl has a weird quirk that can come from manipulation, weapon creation, and regeneration, and lastly a man who can turn objects and people into blue marbles. A student mentioned another villain but has no clue of their name nor quirk, so be cautious"
Mikazuki looked at the heroes "We also have information of two other heroes who fought against the Wild Wild Pussycats, one being a mutant resembling a reptile and a female or probably transgender person with the capability of attracting humans. The description or specification of their quirks is also unknown, I apologize for the lack of information, but some of these villains form part of the death list"
"Death list?" Mount lady asked confused
"Indeed, that is the list of villains who have such skills to make sure there are no witnesses nor evidence left of them or they are just so hidden that there is no information of them in the database. That is why we wanted the best heroes to be here since we know that you have the ability to fight them even with a disadvantage" Tsukauchi replied
"All information is based on the confrontation with the students and professors, some of them have similarities to past cases. We are unsure why they left the students alive, but against pro heroes, they might not hold back" Mikazuki added.
"So we must immobilize them first," Captain Boom said while looking at the pictures.
"Precisely, especially those who can activate their quirks even when being restrained" Mikazuki replied "That is all the information you may require for the raid at the bar, as for the location tracked by the student, after some investigation I discovered that it is a lab for the creation and preservation of the Nomu creatures, we are not sure who else might be in the building"
"Thank you, Satou. We plan on sending the stronger heroes to that location in case the Nomu decide to attack, I made a list of the heroes we want to send to that location: Gang Orca, Captain Boom, Mount Lady, and Tiger, we want you there as an offense mechanism against the Nomu, Best Jeanist will join to restrain them and make sure they don't escape" Tsukaushi said while officer Tamakawa handed some papers to each of the heroes with the plan.
"Something is missing... we can't just raid the place without causing a commotion or being discovered..." Kamui Woods commented
"We were about to get to that" Tsukauchi replied with a smile "We will need the professors for what is next, that is why we called for Eraser Head, Vlad, and Present Mic"
"Us?" Present Mic asked while striking a pose with his fingers
"Yes, in order to keep the public distracted and have the villains believe we are currently focusing on something else, we want you to participate in a public apology conference that will be transmitted live across Kamino city and all neighboring cities" Tsukauchi replied
"That will be harsh..." Captain Boom commented, "Why the need to expose them to the press tho?"
"The press will help transmit only the apology and ensure that all sightings of any of you of any of your actions remain hidden, and help you go with ease through the rescue and the raid. We understand it will be difficult, but it is necessary, it can also help with cleaning U.A.'s name since currently you are all seen as incapable of taking care of your students" Mikazuki replied "Which in my opinion... it is currently U.A's main issue"
"She seems to have something against you..." Captain Boom whispered to Eraser Head
"Reasonable, her sister was in danger... she holds a grudge against us for it" Eraser Head replied in a low tone to Captain Boom.
"Very well, let us begin," Tsukauchi said

Meanwhile back at the Hospital as soon as nighttime arrived. Todoroki, Kirishima, and Hakkotsu were standing at the entrance of the hospital looking at it.
"I wonder what they decided," Kirishima said with some worries on his face
"No matter how desperate we are, it all depends on her," Todoroki said
"There she is," Hakkotsu said while they saw Yaoyorozu walking out of the hospital and heading towards them, and Midoriya was walking right behind her
"Yaoyorozu, what is your response?" Kirishima asked
"I..." Yaoyorozu was about to reply, but she was interrupted
"Wait!" Said Iida who was walking towards them
"Iida?" Kirishima asked
"Why... does it have to be you guys?" Iida asked "The ones who stopped me when I drifted away... the ones who received amnesty with me... Why would you want to make the same mistake? It's too much!"
"What are you talking about?" Kirishima asked making both Hakkotsu, and Yaoyorozu confused as well since they were not part of the incident with Stain
"We are still kids, U.A. is already in a bad position. Who will be responsible for your actions? Don't you understand?!" Iida asked with a huge frustration
"Iida, it's not that" Midoriya said trying to get close to him to calm him down "We don't believe its ok to break the rules..." he kept going while getting closer only to receive a strong punch in the face from Iida
They all looked at Iida in shock at the unexpected move.
"I am also frustrated! I get worried! It's normal! I am the class president!" Iida said with anger in his voice "I worry about my classmates! Not only about Bakugo! You three just barely got out of the hospital, and now you are putting yourself at risk again! When I saw your injuries, I saw my own brother in bed! What if you guys couldn't recover, like my brother due to your imprudence?"
They all felt some guilt, but they knew he was right
"You guys say you don't care that I worry?" Iida asked while taking Midoriya from his shoulders "Are you guys saying that you don't care about how I feel...?"
"Iida... even tho we are young, we understand that we can expect ourselves to go and win such fight" Hakkotsu said
"We will try to get him out without a fight" Todoroki added
"It will be undercover" Kirishima added as well "That's how students will fight at the edge of the rules"
"I trust Todoroki" Yaoyorozu said "But I plan on tagging along so I can stop them in case something happens"
"Yaoyorozu!" Iida screamed, but Kirishima got excited
"I am also not sure, but after knowing that I can reach him, I can remain calm..." Midoriya replied "I can only think about saving him"
"I agree... Had I been stronger... I could've saved Todoroki and Bakugo without getting hurt... I want to do so this time, with the difference that I am not alone..." Hakkotsu added
Iida turned his hands into fists as his preoccupation increased
"The best heroes have stories from their school days. And most of them have something in common: their bodies moved without thinking" Midoriya said while they all looked at Iida
"So we don't agree huh... Then, I will go with you guys" Iida said
"huh?" they all replied in unison.
"I feel like it is my responsibility as well to make sure you guys don't get in trouble so I will accompany you" Iida replied
"We need to get going then..." Hakkotsu said while looking at the moon "It is getting late"
"Hakkotsu is right, we need to go" Todoroki said while they started to walk
"Midoriya... I want to apologize for hitting you" Iida expressed with a concerned expression on his face and bowing slightly "I'm sorry"
"Seriously, Iida. Your reason for joining us is not very believable" Yaoyorozu exclaimed in reaction.
"I'ts fine, Iida! Don't worry!" Midoriya said trying to calm the situation a little
"What is really the reason... Iida... why are you joining us?" Hakkotsu asked
"I'm joining you because I don't agree with your actions" Iida replied "If I see the slightest chance of a fight occurring, I will make you return immediately. In other words, I'll be your 'watchman', if you will!"
"Iida, the watchman," Todoroki said with a serious expression
"The same goes for me. Bakugo's rescue is a job for the pros" Yaoyorozu said "It is mostly Todoroki, Hakkotsu, Kirishima and Midoriya the ones interested on interfering. Objectively, there's no need for any of you to do anything about this. However, this is a compromise because I understand your feelings" She said while looking at the tracker device "Don't forget that"
"Yes" Todoroki replied
Hakkotsu only nodded while Kirishima agreed as well
The boys started walking and Hakkotsu walked along Yaoyorozu.
"Something concerns you..." Hakkotsu said to Yaoyorozu
"It is almost impossible to do this rescue without combat" Yaoyorozu replied "You've all lost the ability to see things objectively."
"Most likely... But if there is ever a chance I can save someone... I will take it... no matter the consequences" Hakkotsu said while looking down
"Why?" Yaoyorozu asked confused
"For many years... I was told that my existence is only for hurting and scaring people... I want to prove them wrong... and to prove myself that I am capable of being good" Hakkotsu replied
"But-" Yaoyorozu was about to reply
"Even if Kirishima and Todoroki had not requested my help... I was going to by myself... I owe Bakugo and Todoroki my life..." Hakkotsu said interrupting her
"Well... if you all see the situation clearly, you will all realize how hard and unrealistic your plan is" Yaoyorozu added
Hakkotsu glanced at her for a moment and then proceeded to keep walking along with the others
"If we take the train we should be able to get there faster" Kirishima commented while looking back at the girls who nodded in agreement.
It took them all some time before they reached the train station and started heading towards the location, they all sat down and some of them felt nervous about the upcoming scenario.
"The coordinated on the tracker point to: Kamino Ward, Yokohama City in Kanagawa prefecture," Yaoyorozu said while looking at the tracking device. That is around two hours from Nagano. We'll arrive around ten"
"Did you say anything to the others, about tonight?" Midoriya asked
"We did. They tried harder to stop us" Todoroki replied
"Niji told me pro heroes will be involved... her sister is part of the case... but she has no information of when. She also was really concerned... she insisted on us not going" Hakkotsu added
"Niji has a sister?" Kirishima asked
"Yeah... I've never seen her tho..." Hakkotsu replied while she was playing with a small skeleton cat she made for entertaining herself.
"I see... also Uraraka said some harsh stuff too" Kirishima added, "She said that Bakugo will feel humiliated if we all go to save him"
"Also, I found it weird that Aoi didn't join" Kirishima said
"Are Bakugo and Aoi still against each other for what happened in the sports festival?" Todoroki asked
"It didn't feel like that, she just seemed... uninterested rather than spite" Kirishima replied "Hey Hakkotsu, you know her a little better, I think even you Midoriya"
"I have no idea, she tends to have sudden personality changes, I remember on the first day of class she had a sudden change while talking about our quirks. Maybe it was something like that" Midoriya replied
Hakkotsu gave a short sigh "Hmm... It feels more like she was keeping something hidden inside... Aikou once told us she is not the type to share her problems... she said Aoi tends to not respond well to that, she feels..."
"Weak... similar to Bakugo. Receiving help from others makes them feel not capable" Yaoyorozu said finishing Hakkotsu's sentence "That is what Uraraka meant"
"I just wanted to make sure," Todoroki said making them all look at him "What we're attempting to do is selfish, and no one will approve. If any of you want to go, you still have time to turn back"
"If I were hesitating, I wouldn't have said it in the first place!" Kirishima replied "We can't let the villains do whatever they want with him"
"What about you, Midoriya?" Todoroki asked
"I... I'm not allowed to turn back" He replied
"All right, I got it" Todoroki exclaimed
After two hours of going in train, they finally reached Kamino. They all walked along the street toward the location, but the crowd made it difficult to get through.
"This place is filled with people" Kirishima said "Are you going to be ok-" Kirishima was about to ask when they all looked back to Hakkotsu who seemed about to vomit from the social anxiety.
"Too... many..." She said in such a low tone that it was almost impossible to hear her
"Don't worry you will be ok! Now, those guys are lurking somewhere in this city" Kirishima continued before getting excited "Where are they, Yaoyorozu?!"
"Wait, please!" Yaoyorozu exclaimed "We must be very careful from here on. The villains know what we look like, remember?" she asked "Remember, we may be attacked at any moment."
"Got it! It's a covert operation," Midoriya replied while making a hiding pose
"You're standing out even more, Midoriya" Todoroki commented
"Reconnaissance won't be easy with these conditions" Iida said while trying to think of a solution
"What should we do then?" Kirishima asked
"W-well, I have a plan in mind" Yaoyorozu said while pointing to a clothing store
They all looked at each other for a moment but decided to go ahead and follow Yaoyorozu's idea. After some minutes they were finally done.
Midoriya came out with the outfit of a rebel"Hey you there!" He exclaimed trying to get in character
Todoroki used a wig and came out as a dressed-up dark person "I see. A disguise, huh?"
Yaoyorozu wore an extravagant pink dress with jewelry and fixed her hair to something stylish "Yes, that's the idea"
Iida came out wearing a formal suit and a fake mustache "What's with this look?"
Kirishima let his hair down and casual clothing "I'll tell you later."
Meanwhile, Hakkotsu refused to come out.
"Come on Hakkotsu, are you ready?" Yaoyorozu asked while Hakkotsu peeked through the curtains still having an anxiety attack
"Is this... really necessary?" Hakkotsu asked
"Yup" Kirishima replied
Hakkotsu opened the curtain and she was wearing a dress with a white feather arrangement to cover the device on her shoulder and styling her hair in a side braid.
"I feel like I will throw up..." Hakkotsu exclaimed
"You look great Hakko!" Yaoyorozu said extremely excited "Oh I have an idea" Yaoyorozu said while taking out a necklace and some fashionable glasses similar to the ones she was wearing "There! Now we will both look extravagant!"
"at least the glasses help... a little" Hakkotsu said feeling a little less nervous.
"Very well! LET'S HEAD OUT!" Kirishima screamed
"YEAH!" they all replied in Unison except for Hakkotsu who was still uncomfortable.
They started walking out, all of them trying to be in character with their respective outfits to try and not be recognizable by the potential villains that could be in the area.
"I wasted this month's money... for something I won't wear once again" Hakkotsu said in a low tone
"Yaoyorozu, it would've been free if you used your Creation for all this" Todoroki exclaimed
"But that's against the rules!" Yaoyorozu replied a little nervous "If I make everything with my quirk, that will hurt the economy! That's right! As a citizen of this nation, I must spend my money to help the economy!"
"I see" Todoroki remarked.
"She just wanted to go shopping huh..." Kirishima said
"Most likely" Hakkotsu replied
"Everyone, our destination is this wa-" Yaoyorozu was about to say before she was interrupted.
"Look, It's U.A.!" Some random person screamed
Hakkotsu in reaction hid behind Yaoyorozu in fear but they all noticed that in one of the screens of the street there was Eraser Head, Vlad, and principal Nezu doing a public apology.
"Huh?" Midoriya reacted "Mr. Aizawa"
"The school Principal too," Yaoyorozu added
They got in between the crowd and looked up to the screen.

"We want to apologize for allowing 31 of our students from the hero course to be injured because of our unpreparedness," Aizawa said while they bowed "And for causing unease in our society. Due to our negligence in taking the proper precautions as a place of raising heroes. We are deeply sorry"
some from the press started screaming one on top of the other
Mikazuki was looking at them with disgust.
"Don't make it too obvious Satou" Tsukauchi said to her
"The only reason why I supported Niji going to U.A. was because of the safety measures they have, and all of this happened. Also, they just apologize as if some of the students didn't almost die... and I am supposed to be calm?" Mikazuki commented
"That doesn't mean we should treat them with hate, they are doing their best" Tsukauchi said
"Their 'best' is not enough... even if they catch Tomura Shigaraki and the rest... I will still dedicate my life to capturing the traitor for they are the reason all this happened in the first place" Mikazuki said while they both looked up to the teachers again
"I am from Yomiuri TV" Said one of the men in the press "Students at U.A. now have had four encounters with villains since the beginning of the year. This time, even students were injured. How did you explain this to their families, and what kind of countermeasures are you specifically taking right now?" The man asked
"Increased surveillance in the surrounding area and review the school's security measures, firmly guaranteeing the student's safety" Nezu replied "This is what we told them"
"You spoke a student safetly, Eraser Head" asked a man in the press "But it appears you urged them to fight during the incident. What was your intention behind this?" the man asked
"Because we couldn't fully grasp the situation, I opted for a course of action that would avoid the worst-case scenario" Aizawa replied
"Worst case scenario? Wouldn't you say 30 victims and one abducted is exactly that?" the man asked again
"The worst case I assumed in that situation was that the students would be driven to wit's end and killed" Aizawa replied
"The gas attack counts for most of the victims" Nezu continued "We determined it was a sleeping toxic gas from the enemy's quirk. Thanks to Ms. kendo and Mr. Tetsutetsu's quick response, there were no serious injuries. Furthermore, we are providing support to the students, but at the moment, we do not see any signs of serious psychological trauma"
"Weren't four of them on the verge of death due to another villain?" a lady in the audience asked "stating that you don't see any signs of psychological trauma is just being ignorant about your student's well-being. How can you be so sure of your words?"
"Those students have been treated properly and examined by doctors, we can assure you that they are no longer in danger" Vlad replied
"Are you saying that we should be thankful?" the man in the audience asked
"We believe the worst outcome is one that would infringe upon the future," Nezu replied
"Can you say the same for the kidnapped Bakugo?" the man asked making Aizawa feel a little triggered "He enrolled in UA High with excellent marks and won the sports festival. In middle school, he resisted a powerful villain alone during the sludge villain incident. His history seems to show a tough and heroic character. On the other hand, his violent behavior at the finals and his attitude at the award ceremony show signs of mental instability. What if the villains intentionally kidnapped him for this reason? What if they lure him with deceitful words and corrupt him to the path of evil? What basis do you have for saying he still has a future?"
"As an educator, I take full responsibility for Katsuki Bakugo's rough behavior. However, his actions in the sports festival originate in his ideals of strength. He is trying harder than anyone in his pursuit of becoming the top hero" Aizawa replied "If they saw that as an opening, then I believe the villains are being short-sighted"
"Ridiculous..." Mikazuki said to herself
"That doesn't provide any basis, though" the man in the audience said in response "I'm not asking you how you feel. I'm asking if you have a concrete plan"
"We are not just standing idly around. We are currently working with the police, we will definitely get our student back" Nezu replied
Back in the crowd where the students were, some people there started complaining about it.
"This seems more of a public humiliation rather than an apology..." Hakkotsu said still hiding behind Yaoyorozu
"And we all know how Mr. Aizawa hates being on Television" Kirishima said with a concerned face
"They're not protecting their students" someone in the crowd said mocking the professors in the screen"
"A school that claims to train heroes is defeated by villains?" Another one in the crowd said
"How can they guarantee anything? They're just trying to protect themselves" said a woman in the crowd
"I'm disappointed in U.A." another man said
The students there felt targeted, for their school was being humiliated, and felt like they were drowning in the comments of the people. Slowly thinking about the reality of the situation.
