Days of practice meant having to tire yourself out. That's what Chaeryeong feels, she feels tired for all of those days practicing dance choreographies.
She was still in her sister's room, sleeping since they have one day of rest before performance day, which means tomorrow Chaeryeong will also be leaving to Japan along with her sister and Sakura.
"Chaery~ wake up now sis" Chaeyeon said softly as she rubbed her sisters arm gently. Although, Chaeryeong doesn't want to get up yet, she still wants to stay in bed.
"Come on Chaer, you have to eat breakfast" Chaeyeon said softly again
"Hmm.... Still sleepy" Chaeryeong muttered softly as she hugged her pillow tighter
"Want to sleep in more?" Chaeyeon asked and Chaeryeong nodded
"Okay, I'll wake you up afer an hour" Chaeyeon said and kissed her sister's temple before leaving the room.
Chaeyeon sighed, their luggages were already by the living room. It was prepared already so that when they needed to leave, it would be easy to bring all of their things.
"Good morning Chae" someone greeted, it was Chungha
"Good morning Chungha unnie" Chaeyeon said with a smile
"I'm gonna go out first, need some things to do" Chungha said as she wore her shoes
"But what about breakfast?" Chaeyeon asked
"Its okay, I'll have breakfast outside. I'll be back soon" Chungha said and Chaeyeon nodded
It was Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong who were left alone in the dorm, all pf the other girls left which made Chaeyeon confused but she chose to shrug it off since it was fine anyways.
As Chaeyeon was watching tv she heard footsteps going towards her. She turned her head and saw her sister who just had woken up, still looking sleepy.
"Good morning Chaery" Chaeyeon said and chuckled
"Good morning" Chaeryeong said softly and decided to sit beside her sister for the meantime. She leaned her head on her sister's shoulder and watch on the tv as well.
"Not yet hungry?" Chaeyeon asked and Chaeryeong shook her head
"What time are we leaving for tomorrow?" Chaeryeong asked as she looked at their luggages
"We'll be leaving by 6 so we have an hour to rest before we leave and go to the airport" Chaeyeon replied
"Natty's coming with us right?" Chaeryeong asked
"Mhm, Somi also decided to go with us to Japan to drop of Natty, she'll go back right after buying some treats for her and her sister" Chaeyeon said and Chaeryeong nodded
"Will mom and dad pick us up there?" Chaeryeong asked
"Mhm, they'll be waiting for us when we arrive so don't worry" Chaeyeon said and caressed her sister's hair.
After a few more minutes of watching tv, Chaeryeong then ate breakfast since her sister told her to do so and she took a bath right after.
"So.... you gonna watch tomorrow?" Giselle asked
"Of course I will, Chaeryeong is still my friend. Its not like she's avoiding me tho, she just talked to me yesterday about that new shop" Lia said
"She's avoiding Ryujin then?" Giselle asked
"I guess so... ever since its been a week for me and Ryujin of being together, the two of them don't talk to each other anymore. I can see Chaeryeong trying but Ryujin is like ignoring her and I don't know why" Lia said and sighed
"Have you talked about it to Ryujin then?" Giselle asked
"Yes, all of the time. I've told her that even though I'm her girlfriend, she should also spend time with Chaeryeong who she was best friends wih for over two years. I don't know what's up with her anymore" Lia said
"Is she gonna watch tomorrow?" Giselle asked
"I don't know, she told me she'll try. She has things to do she said" Lia told Giselle
"Does she know that Chaeryeong's leaving tomorrow?" Giselle asked
"No... Chaeryeong told us not to tell her, Ryujin's getting used to not having Chaeryeong in their dorm now which made me a little bit disappointed in her" Lia said
"Well, no one can blame you for Ryujin's actions. Its Ryujin's fault anyways and Chaeryeong still talks to you right?" Giselle asked and Lia nodded
"Come on, the others are waiting, where are we going again?" Giselle asked
"Yeji told me to go to the café, its Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong's favorite café" Lia said and Giselle nodded
The two of them then walked off to the place.
"Chaeryeong, let's go, Mrs. Bae told us to go somewhere" Chaeyeon said
"At this hour? its 2pm" Chaeryeong said and furrowed her eyebrows
"Maybe its important, let's just do what Mrs. Bae said" Chaeyeon said and Chaeryeong nodded
The two of them went out of the dorm and got into Chaeyeon's car. Chaeyeon then drove them off to the said café.
Upon arriving, Chaeryeong seems confused
"Unnie, the lights are off in this café, are you sure we're at the right place?" Chaeryeong asked and looked around
"I'm not sure but Mrs. Bae said we go here" Chaeyeon said and then held her sister's hand and made their way to the door.
As soon as they opened the door, the lights turned on.
"SURPRISE!!!!" they heard... it was the dance team and som of their friends.
"H-how" Chaeyeon was confused
"We wanted to celebrate a party before you guys leave for tomorrow" Eunbi said with a smile along with Yena
"Aww, thank you" Chaeyeon said and chuckled but Chaeryeong caught their attention, tears were flowing down to her cheeks
"Chaery's crying" they said and chuckled but some of them went to hug Chaeryeong.
"Stop crying maknae~" Chungha cooed and hugged the taller girl tightly.
"Who planned this?" Chaeyeon asked
"We did but Mrs. Bae was the one who chose the place and paid for it" Yeji said
"Really?" Chaeyeon asked and they nodded
Soon later, Mrs. Bae walked toward them to give them a hug.
"Thank you so much Mrs. Bae" Chaeyeon said with a smile
"Anything for you girls" Mrs. Bae said and hugged the sisters but Chaeryeong wouldn't stop crying.
"Aigoo, who made our maknae cry?" mrs. Bae asked jokingly and they all pointed towards Yena
"Ah yah! I didn't do anything!" Yena defended which made Chaeryeong chuckle a little
"Go and eat girls, we have the whole afternoon" Mrs. Bae said and they nodded
Chaeyeon went to talk with the other girls and Chaeryeong did as well.
"Do you like it?" Yeji asked
"Mhm" Chaeryeong hummed and wiped off her tears.
"Ryeong!!" they heard, it was Natty and Yuri. They ran towards the girl and gave her a big hug.
"We'll miss you" Yuri said and Natty agreed
"Natty, you'll be coming with us tomorrow remember?" Chaeryeong asked and chuckled
"Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Silly me" Natty said and they laughed
"Chaeryeong..." it was Lia. Chaeryeong turned around and a small smile formed on her lips. She went towards Lia and gave her a hug. Lia just hug her back.
"Thank you for coming unnie.... it means a lot" Chaeryeong said softly.
"No problem" Lia said and caressed Chaeryeong's back
"Winter! Karina unnie! Giselle unnie!" Chaeryeong exclaimed and went to the other three to give them a hug.
"We'll miss you Ryeong" Karina said and hugged the girl
"Yeah, I'll miss going to the library with you just to sneak out of class" Giselle said and chuckled
"I'll treat you a big meal when you get back" Winter said and Chaeryeong nodded with a smile
"I hope to get to dance with you next time little maknae" Karina said
"I hope so too" Chaeryeong said and chuckled
They all started eating and just shared some stories, mostly about how Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong were when they first joined the team
"When Chaeyeon joined, she was around 17 or 18? we're not sure but she was a little tall that time" Eunbi said and they all agreed
"Oh wait, I remembered when Chaer got in, she was so tiny and small but then when she danced, I second thought myself if she really was 16" Yena said and all of them chuckled
"Chaeryeong was really something" Karina said
"We'll miss having the both of you around..." Mrs. Bae said
"Yeah, Chaeyeon's laugh" Yena said
"Chaeryeong's soft giggles" Eunbi added
"Of course, the way they scold everyone of us" Chungha said and chuckled
"Oh, don't forget on how Chaeryeong teaches dance though" Yeji said
"Oh... I used to remember when we were watching you guys, Chaeryeong would grab Yeji unnie's hand and then show her the steps" Yuri said and all of them laughed
"We'll surely miss you both" Mrs. Bae said and they all nodded, almost smiling sadly
