After I returned home, I locked myself up in my room. My family would come in to check in on me, but I was never in the mood to talk. The house elves would bring me food, but I barely ate either. My room turned into a mess. Plates of food, piles of clothes, and stacks of unopened letters littered the floor. I didn't have the energy to clean up, or even open the letters. I knew several of them were from Draco, but I couldn't even bring myself out of bed to pick them up off the floor.

The door to my room opened, and I lifted my head ever so slightly to see Sawyer. He sat down next to me, and I buried myself in my blankets.

"Lizzie, this isn't healthy. You've been in here for weeks."

"Go away."

"No. We're going to do something fun. The summer is almost over and I've been told you haven't left your room since the funeral."

"Laying in my bed is fun. Now stop bothering me."

I felt him stand up.

"I'm not taking no for an answer."

Suddenly, I was being dragged off the bed by my feet.

"Sawyer! Stop! I'm trying to mourn!" I snapped.

"You've had weeks to do that, Liz! Cedric would hate seeing you like this."

He tossed some clothes at me, and pushed me towards the bathroom.

"I'm not doing whatever stupid thing you have planned!"

"Too bad because you are. Be downstairs in 10 minutes," he said, walking away. "Oh, and bring your broom!" he called out over his shoulder.

I groaned, and angrily threw on my clothes. I then grabbed my broom, and stomped downstairs to see Dylan, Vanessa, and Sawyer all holding brooms. They grinned at me and Sawyer grabbed me by the arm. He pulled me outside to where all my cousins stood.

I turned to Sawyer who wore a big smile.

"Quidditch," he said, excitedly.

I looked back at the rest of my family who were all smiling.

"Fine. 10 minutes."

"Great! The teams are Dylan, Nial, Ophelia, Lizzie, and me vs. Oliver, Esmerelda, Olivia, Nessa, and Ellie," Sawyer explained.

"No fair! I'm stuck with all girls!" Oliver whined.

Sawyer whacked him with his broom, and I laughed.

"My team, come here," Sawyer called out.

We all huddled up.

"Okay, Nial will be Keeper, Ophelia will be the Beater, Dylan and I will be Chasers, and Lizzie will be Seeker."

I smiled. As much as I wanted to hate Sawyer's idea I couldn't because I love playing Quidditch, and Seeker was my favorite position. Although, we never played Quidditch at Beauxbatons because Madam Maxime considered it to be unlady-like, so the only times I've really played is with my family...and Cedric.

We mounted our brooms, and took our positions. Olivia was playing Seeker for the other team. She gave me a competitive smirk, and then the snitch was released. Olivia and I took off in pursuit of it. We kept giggling as we bumped into each other.

I looked down at my family battling it out below us. Sawyer just barely dodged a bludger thrown at him by Oliver. Dylan threw the quaffle into one of the goals, and I cheered for him.

We continued to play until the sun went down, and the moon came up. I flew down to the ground with Olivia, and we hoped off our brooms, laughing. Everyone else came down shortly after.

"That was so much fun!" I exclaimed.

Everyone laughed.

"Yeah, Liza, you're an amazing Quidditch player. Shame Beauxbatons doesn't play," said Nial.

I smiled, and everyone went inside, leaving me by myself. I looked up at the stars, remembering what Draco had said to me at the Black Lake that one night.

"Well we all see the same stars, so it's like we're connected...so when we're not together, I'm going to look up at the stars, and I'll know that the most beautiful girl in the world sees them too, and in a way, we're connected."

His words played in my head over and over again as I looked up at the stars. I miss you, Draco Malfoy.

Someone approached me from behind, and they wrapped a blanket around my shoulders before sitting down next to me. It was Ellie.

"Hey El."

"Hey. Did you have fun today?"

I smiled, and nodded.

"Have you heard from Draco?"

I looked down at my lap and shrugged, "sorta. He's written to me, but I haven't...um...actually opened the letters."

"What? Why?"

"No motivation I guess. Anyways, enough about my non-existent love life. How're you and Blaise?"

She blushed, "They're really good. We started dating last month, and we hang out a lot."

"That's good. Has he by any chance maybe said anything about Draco?"

"Yeah he has actually. Apparently Draco is out of the country right now. Said he wants to spend time with someone, but we don't know who," she explained.

"Oh. Weird. I wonder who he's with."

"I'm not sure. You should write to him though."

"Yeah...maybe. But I've ignored him for so long, he probably thinks I just led him on all year or something."

"It won't hurt to try."

"We'll see."
