After that, I asked how their days went at nagkwento ng nagkwento si Leigh ng araw nilang magkapatid. They are both in preschool, kindergarten sa daycare.

We all lay on our bed nang mapagod sila, mostly si Leigh, magkwento ng araw nila. We always do this thing dahil dito ko lang nasusubaybayan ang araw ng mga anak ko. I feel that I'm a terrible mother kasi I can't even give my whole time to my children dahil kailangan kong magtrabaho for our needs.

I said habang pupungas pungas pa. I heard my princess giggle.

"Kumain na po tayo ng breakfast, mommy. Mama cooked breakfast already. Hindi ka na po kasi namin ginising kasi tulog mantika ka mommy!" She squealed.

"We know that you are tired, mom. That's why we asked mama to cook for us." My prince said.

"Thank you, my prince and princess." I kissed them both.

"Where's mama?" I asked them.

"Lumabas po, mommy. She said that she'll just go to the market for our lunch later. May bisita po ata, si tita maldita." Sabay irap ng aking prinsesa. She's pertaining to our neighbor, who is Ionna's friend. Mama kept on inviting her here and treating her as her own. I guess, my mama missed her daughter a lot at ang tanging paraan nya lang para maibsan kahit papaano ang kulang sa pakiramdam nya ay ang pagsilbi sa kaibigan ni Ionna. I don't know what she did to my daughter that Leigh couldn't stand being with her in one room.

"Bad yan, Genevieve Ashleigh." She knows that I'm serious whenever I call them in their full names.

"I'm sorry, mommy." Sabay yuko niya.

"Forgiven. Pero huwag nang uulitin, ok? What did your tita even say to you that you hate her that much?" tanong ko.

"Wala po, mommy." I know there's a reason. My daughter is not that petty to hate someone without it pero hindi ko na rin pinilit dahil kung gusto niyang sabihin ay sasabihin naman nya. Maybe someday, sasabihin niya rin sa akin.

We finished our lunch at nag-ayos lang tapos lumabas na ng bahay. I locked the gate since wala namang tao sa loob and we all have our own spare keys kaya it doesn't worry me na hindi makakapasok sa loob si mama pag-uwi niya.

Hinatid ko ang mga anak ko sa daycare kasi maaga pa naman for my work.

"Always be good, ok? I'll fetch you both later kasi magsasara ng maaga ang cafe. Huwag sasama kung kani-kanino, ha?" Bilin ko sa kanila. They kissed me goodbye and then went inside their room.

"Ms. Del Rosario?" I turned around and saw their homeroom teacher.

"Yes, ma'am?"

"Do you have a spare minute? I just want to talk to you."

I nodded and we both went to their faculty room.

"Is there anything wrong? May problema po ba?" May kinuha siya sa drawer niya.

"I'm just concerned. Kahapon kasi, we had our drawing activity. I let them draw their families and here are the drawings of you children. I'm sorry if you think that I'm being too nosy but I think there's a problem."
