-I'm in a mood to write a whole lot of Logan, and I have another idea, so be prepared.

"C'mon Logan, just let me set you up one date! Please?" Roman begged, tired of hearing no.

"No." Logan said, for what felt like the hudreth time.

"Why not?" Roman collapsed onto a chair, in a more than dramatic way. Logan sighed.

"I stick with real things, usually facts and figures." Roman nodded understandingly. "When information's in its place, I minimize the guessing game."

"Guess what?" Logan asked, opening a briefcase and carefully putting papers into it.

"What?" Roman asked, exasperated.

"I don't like guessing games. Or when I feel things," He said, slamming it shut and putting it to the side, sitting down in front of Roman. "Before I know the feelings. How am I supposed to operate if I'm just tossed around by fate?"

Roman opened his mouth to awnser. Logan held up a hand to silence him.

"Like on an unexpected date?" Logan asked. "With a stranger who might talk to fast or ask me questions about myself before I've decided that he can ask me questions about myself. He might sit to close, or call the waiter by his name, or eat Oreos, but eats the cookie before the cream?"

"Logan, those are minor-"

"But what scares me the most... What scares me the most..." Logan sighed, standing up.

"Is what if when he sees me, what if he doesn't like it? What if he runs the other way and u can't hide from it? What happens then?"

"Logan-"

"If when he knows me, he's only dissapointed? What if I give myself away, to only get it given back? I couldn't live with that."

"But, how will you know if you don't branch out?" Roman asked, standing up as well. He took out a small notebook and pencil. "I have a few people in mind-"

"So, I'm just fine, inside my shell-shaped mind. This way I get the best view. So that when he sees me I want him to."

"Logan, don't you think you're being a little, I mean maybe just a tad-"

"I'm not defensive! I'm simply being cautious. I can't risk reckless dating due to my miscalculating." He walked to the living room, sitting down on the couch.

"But-"

"You know how it goes." Logan interrupted. "Why a certain suitor stands in line, I've seen it in movies."

"Most made for television-"

"You cannot be too careful. When it comes to sharing your life. I could end up a miserable guy." Logan sighed, shutting off the TV.

"Sorry, Roman." Logan shook his head.

"Logan, please, there are so many options."

"But he could be a criminal, some sort of psychopath who escaped from an institution, somewhere where they don't have guys. He could have masterminded some way to find me." Roman erased Remus from the list.

"He could be colorblind, how untrustworthy is that?" Roman crossed off Janus.

"He could be less than kind." Roman sighed as he scribbled out Virgil.

"Or even worse... He could be very nice, have lovely eyes. And make me laugh, come out of hiding, what do I do with that?" Off goes Patton.

"Oh, god. What if when he sees me, I like him and he knows it? What if he opens up a door and I can't close it? What happens then?"

"Then you let them in."

"If when he holds me, my heart is set in motion," He wrapped his arms around himself, frowning, "I'm not prepared for that. I'm scared of breaking open. But still I can't help from hoping to find someone to talk to. Who likes the way I am."

"Someone who when he sees me... Wants to again." Logan got up to walk away, Roman stopping him by grabbing his hand.

"Go out with me?" Roman asked. Logan stared blankly at him for a moment, before nodding.

"Okay."

-First time I heard this song, they popped into my head.
