Yoongi peeked out of his bedroom door again. He was wearing pajamas because he had just been chilling in his room. When he went to go get a drink from his and Jin's shared kitchen, he nearly lost his shit when he heard Jimin's voice, followed by the sight of Taehyung pulling back a chair. A dining chair.

He didn't want to believe that Seokjin had really invited them over for dinner, but he knew all too well that if there was a chance of Jimin being near, he most definitely took that chance in an instant. Yoongi cursed to himself and dressed in black sweatpants and a black t-shirt before appearing once again into the hallway. Seokjin smiled up at him as he noticed Yoongi walking towards the dining table with a slight frown on his face.

"Yoongi!" His fake excitement made Yoongi huff. The other two, Jimin and Taehyung's heads snapped to the side to glance up at Yoongi. Instead of sitting in his usual seat next to Seokjin, Yoongi was forced to take the only other seat left. He was thinking about taking some food and leaving the table but he knew that Seokjin would probably scold him pretty hard. So, he sat next to Taehyung.

"What're we eating?" He asked.

Taehyung scooted his own chair a little to the left, clearly uncomfortable with having to sit next to Yoongi. The glance he gave Jimin didn't go unnoticed, but it was obvious that neither Jimin nor Seokjin gave a shit. They were too busy with each other as Seokjin pulled a spoon from a pot and poured some soup into Jimin's bowl as if he had no hands himself.

"This looks good as always, Jin." The smaller turned to smile at Seokjin, accepting the bowl from Jin as it was given to him. Yoongi scrunched his nose and ignored them.

Yoongi tried to stand and reach for his own soup, stealing a fork from out of one of the meat plates that were there. Before he knew it, he had a hand smacking his own. "Put the fork back." Seokjin scolded him, anger hidden behind the calm in his voice. "We have guests. No stealing. Go get your own. Bring some chopsticks here to the table and be useful."

"Since when—" Yoongi's lips formed a sad pout as Seokjin took the fork from his hand. He heard a chuckle from beside him.

"Go get us some utensils." Jin said.

Yoongi furrowed his eyebrows down at Taehyung, who was trying not to laugh at Yoongi being scolded. He suddenly felt naked in front of the table. Usually Seokjin doesn't do that to him like this in front of people. Seokjin knows how much he hates it, yet he was still controlling him like a parent scolding his toddler to do good. As usual.

"Fine." Yoongi huffed.

He walked into the kitchen, not missing the scrape of another chair and other footsteps behind him. As he entered the kitchen and opened the utensils cabinet, he turned to see Taehyung walking in not too far behind.

"What the hell are you following me for, Kim?" Yoongi scoffed as he picked out a few spoons and chopsticks. Taehyung held up innocent hands and smirked.

"Drinks." He stated as he opened the refrigerator as if he owned the place. "Your friend asked me to follow and get some drinks. Don't get your panties in a twist. I didn't want to come here just as much as you don't want me to be here. Besides, it's your fault. You're the one who decided to get on my friend's good side." He took out three drinks from the fridge and closed the door. "Dunno. Seems to be your fault to me, Min."

Yoongi held tightly onto the spoons as Taehyung left the kitchen. He went to the fridge to pull out his own fruit drink, not caring that Taehyung decided not to get him one out.

He could just skip dinner. But he doesn't want to do that. Besides, Taehyung was actually right. He had decided to get on Jimin's good side merely to prove that he can be a nice person. It worked, and Yoongi had gained a new possible friend. But now, as Yoongi makes his way to the table, making a new friend doesn't seem too worth it anymore.
