"Ok Sophie why don't you get Jammie settled and then bring her down for dinner."
"Ok mom. So Jay you will be staying in this room. I'm right across form you if you need anything."
(I smiled at her.) Thanks Sophie.
" No problem. Do you need help unpacking?"
Yeah sure.
(We were finally done when her mon called us down for dinner.)
"It smells good mom."
" Thanks Hun. Jay come in here."
"Sophie."
"Yeah mom."
"Set the table please."
"Yeah sure"
"Jammie if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask."
Yes ma'am.
" Will you go put this on the table for me."
I smiled again. Yes ma'am.
"This is nice. I don't think we have had a full table since Christmas."
Well thank you for having me Mrs. Miller.
"Oh hun please call me Donna. I don't want to sound to old."
Ok I can do that.
(I heard voices coming down the hallway.)
" Hey mom,"
" hey mom."
" Hello boys. Parker I left the rolls in the kitchen can you please go get them."
"Ummmm sure mom."
(He glanced over at meand smiled.)
"Sophie who's your friend."
"Oh please Wes stop."
I smiled. Hi I'm Jammie.
"Hi it's nice to meet you Jammie."
(He said smiling back.)
(As Parker was walking back in to the dining room Sophie's little sister came running in.)
"Jammie is staying with us for the summer."
(I saw the color drain from Parkers and Wes's face.)
"Well that's enough lets eat."
