Once I get to Grillers I go inside and see Asher. I sit down and we start to talk. "How's the teacher thing going?" he asks me "It's going good, how's the company?" I ask taking a sip of my water. "It's going well" he says with a smile His smile is cute. "Have any plans for today?" he asks me "Yeah, watching netflix and getting some work done is what I have in store. I know, I have such a fun life. Do you have any plans?" I say sarcastically "Yeah I have to go to Addisons party later on today." he says looking at the menu "That sounds fun and hey how is Addison,Leo and Wesley doing by the way? We haven't talked in a while." I say "She's doing good." he says with a sigh "She's always busy with her company or her and Leo taking care of Wesley." he says looking up at me "That's good." We end up staring at each other for a minute before the waiter comes up and asks us what we want. I order a club sandwich with chips and he orders a wrap and fries. "I'm currently looking for an apartment." I say out of no where "Oh really why? Are you and your parents okay?" "Oh yeah we are perfectly fine. I just need my own space you know?" I say as our food comes to our table. "Yeah I get that." We end up eating and talking about random things and then we say goodbye and part our ways. Once I get home I decide to look at apartments until my mom comes in. "Hey sweetie, do you have a sec? she asks me opening and closing my door. "Uh yeah sure." I say questionably Did I do something wrong? I don't think I did? "Well I think it's obvious that you've been spending a lot of time with Asher recently" she says sighing "Yeah it's pretty obvious" I say with a laugh "Well is he nice and do you like him?" "Surprisingly, yes he is and I don't know if I like him or not. I mean I enjoy being around him and we have good conversations but there is just so much drama between the families it's just hard." I say looking down "Well sweetie, I will always support your decisions. Well, to an extent but if you feel something for Asher, you should tell him and not hold it inside of you because the more you hold it in, your feelings will grow deeper." "I know mom but i'm not sure if I like,like him." "Whats your heart telling you?" she asks I like him..... maybe? "I don't know. I still need to figure it out." I say "Well okay, I'll leave you be now and if you ever want to talk, I'll be here for you." "I know you will mom, I love you." I say with a smile "I love you too." she says getting up, walking away and closing the door. "ugh!" I say into my pillow and fall back.
