Chapter 39: Tartarus

"Killing me will be the same as killing Mom."

Silence filled the atmosphere while all debris on the ground glowed yellow as it wafted in the air behind you. This wasn't telekinesis, to be honest. Your left arm stayed still while your right one was on your back.

"I see... it's back..." All For One muttered before all the debris dashed directly at him causing a thick smoke. The dusts disappeared revealing the unhurt All For One.

Spears came out from his body as it all shot towards you but yellow force fields kept them from getting near your body.

"What a bad timing... why did it have to come back?" He sarcastically said pissing you off. You had no idea everything he said, it was obvious that he was hiding something from you and it irritated you more.

All of a sudden, thunders appeared in the sky. It really matched your mood, literally. "What are you saying?" You asked out of curiosity. He slowly drifted his way near you, you stepped back thinking he might attack you before you could ever notice it.

"You're not supposed to do this, daughter, you know that. Come back and try again, you'll become a--"

"Didn't you say you wanted to kill me? Well, kill me now. Are you having second thoughts, Dad?" You cocked an eyebrow, it was foolish to think that after he'd say such things and after what he did, he thinks you'd easily go back to him. It's stupid really.

"I'm giving you a chance. Also, didn't you say that you wanted to impress me? This is your chance. Come back, daughter." You shot him a glare as he held out a hand. Everything he says makes you angry in every way.

You furrowed your eyebrows once again, all of a sudden, you winced in pain as you felt a sharp ache on your head.

"Ah!" You placed your hands on your head, it hurt a lot and you can't control yourself any longer. You became haywire as the thunders were stronger than before and it was accompanied by more lightning.

"AHHH!!!" You couldn't help but scream out the pain you've been feeling. After a few seconds, you knocked out unconscious as you fell on the ground. Your eyes were not glowing anymore and your hair weren't floating either. The thunder disappeared in an instance the moment your skin touched the rough dirt.

"Young Y/N!" All Might rushed to you. Everything was blurry again, all you ever saw was your old man's masked face. You could still hear him mumble out some words.

"She hasn't fully controlled it yet... What am I gonna do with her now...?" There was a hint of worry in his tone. You wanted to hear more but unfortunately, everything went pitch black. After such a headache, you easily went unconscious which didn't make sense at all.

And this power... where did it came from?

"She won't be using her quirk for some time."

Someone's voice reached your mind as you were finally awake after how many days. You opened your eyes only to see the same old white ceiling you've gone used to these past few months.

How many times have I been hospitalized? If hospitals were food shops then I would be a regular costumer.

"You're awake." You shifted your eyes as it landed on a pair of plain onyx ones. It felt like it's been a while since you've seen your teacher and to be honest, you kind of missed him a bit.

"Mr. Aizawa...?" You muttered.

"Y/N,  are you feeling fine?" You turned to the doctor who was standing beside him. "K-Kind of... My head hurts though and my body... It's aching." You answered.
