You woke up only to see a dark room with the other girls peacefully sleeping in their beds. You blinked a few times before sitting up then decided to check your phone, it was already midnight.

What happened?

You slowly stood up as you made your way outside. Ignoring the cold sensation of your body, you took a look at the dark blue sky. There were stars in a line formation, you followed where the line stopped and you ended up in the same small lake where you and Kota talked.

You turned your gaze to the log where you were sitting and almost flinched when you recognized his blonde hair.

Bakugo? I shouldn't go to him...

You turned around to go back to the girls' room and was about to make your step but you suddenly stopped.

No, I need to talk to him.

You took a deep breath before turning around only to flinch when your eyes met. His deep crimson orbs locked on your bright E/C eyes. You blinked a few times before shaking your hands right and left nervously, "I-I wasn't following you or anything! I just woke up and followed the stars and it led me to you!"

You waited for his response but he didn't say anything. He turned away and stared back at the water of the lake reflecting the stars from above. You clenched your fist as you let out a deep sigh.

"I'm sorry. I know this isn't enough but... can we please go back to normal? Back to how we were? I can't handle this silent treatment going on between us. I know it's my fault and I know it's stupid to ask you to go back to how we were... I just said that because I didn't know what to say back... it's stupid, yeah but I didn't mean to hurt your feelings..."

You paused for a moment before continuing. You didn't know if you should tell him the truth about your feelings but you felt like you just had to. You were afraid he might get hurt... again.

"I might've... there's something I want to say to you about how I'm feeling.... but I can't say it right now."

Silence filled the atmosphere, it was almost awkward. You stared at the ground and nervously held your hands together. All you could hear was the sounds of bugs around the forest until he finally broke the silence.

"If only you fucking said that in the first place, then it wouldn't be like this," He turned his gaze to you before continuing, "You should know that I'm fucking willing to wait,"
Your eyes grew wide, you weren't expecting this. His eyes looked desperate and gentle at the same time. You knew he really was willing even if it takes you a hundred years to tell him. You both knew for a fact that what you guys had wasn't just a simple crush, you knew you were in love. In love with each other.

Your eyes locked on his scarlet ones as both your hair flew along with the wind. The bareness of trees made you relax a bit under the twinkling stars lighting up the dark sky. Your eyes sparkled and so did his, in just one glance, you knew it was him.

'There's someone out there waiting for you.'

Bakugo, he was the one who waited for me for several months, and he's still willing to wait for another month and another. If he could wait for a year, then I might as well answer him before his last day. That way, he won't wait any longer and spend another several months and more with me.
