His Aresthai

Introduction

If you've never read HBTM, that's cool. This work can be read as a stand-alone. Nevertheless, I'd still appreciate it if ya'll could check out HBTM anyway. 

Eros Ivanov, one of the twin sons of the Lycan King (and Caspian's younger brother) meets his match in a psychopathic ex-convict.

Things to Clear Up:

1) I'm not exactly sure how the American jail system works so I created my own.

2)Lycans are not born with mates so the Moon Goddess gives them aresthais who are meant to compliment them.

3) Eros' aresthai is human and therefore cannot feel the bond as well as Eros can so this love story will be a tad bit slower than Melia and Caspian's.

4) When a lycan marks and mates with his aresthai, he/she changes to better fit the lycan. For example, if a lycan mates with a human, that human will eventually become a lycan.

5) There's no such thing as rejection. It is physically impossible for a lycan to reject their aresthai without killing themselves in the process.

6) Heat happens to both females and males. When marked, the female lycan has about 2 weeks to mate before she goes into heat, which lasts 3-5 days (like a period). If the mating process does not occur, then the male goes into heat 2 weeks later, which makes him more feral and protective of his aresthai.

When my eyes catch sigh of him, I swear the world just seems clearer. The finest guy- no man, I have ever seen. He intrigues me and when I'm around him, his presence suffocates me and leaves my heart racing in anticipation.

I know he's not human but that just excites me even more.

I can't ruin his life, so I have to stay away.

Eros: I honestly regret ever helping Cassandra, because now she has it in her head that we're meant to be. All I did was pick up the book she dropped and now she believes we're soulmates.
