She stepped slowly, keeping her eyes on Odin as they walked into a smaller room. "Lock the door, " he said immediately.

Haven gave a silent nod, refusing to look away from him as she locked the door with her ability. "May I ask what this discussion is in reference to?"

Odin began to turn around when a familiar green fog fell from his body. His gray hair turned black and his wrinkled face smoothed as Haven let a grin decorate her lips. "How have you been, child?" He smiled, wrapping the blonde woman in a hug.

Haven didn't know how much she had missed him until now, feeling his warm embrace. Pulling away, she chuckled. "What did you do with Odin?"

Loki gave a playful eye roll, waving her question off. "Oh, he's fine. Living quite well in a Midgardian retirement home." Changing the subject, and the mood, he sat down, directing her to sit beside him. "Thor was worried, why?"

Haven looked into his eyes, trying to see what he was thinking. "He thinks I can't handle myself."

"That's absurd, " Loki spat, looking away from Haven. "He mentioned you joining Rogers and Romanoff? Intriguing woman, that one."

She smiled, nodding. "I did. I saw they needed some help and I had the answer to many of their questions, so I went."

"I understand. You took after your mother in that sen..."

Blinking, Haven noticed she wasn't with Loki anymore but in a large metal vehicle. Steve, Natasha, Sam, and two guards sitting nearby.

"It was him," Steve said, staring blankly at the metal manacles around each wrist. "He looked right at me like he didn't even know me."

Without getting much more, Haven shot back into reality. "I have to go."

She didn't give any explanation, knowing she didn't have much time. They had been captured, and she had to get them out.

Blowing past a curious Thor, she threw her hand up as to wave goodbye before exiting the castle.

Her Midgard shoes still managed to make a clicking sound on the sidewalk as she went, the sound like a steady pulse to keep her sane.

She wondered briefly if she'd ever see Asgard again. Only time will tell what the future holds.

In a matter of minutes, her feet were slamming against the grass, not three yards away from Steve, Nat, Sam, and another brunette woman as they filed out of a black van.

The unfamiliar woman pulled her gun out immediately, aiming at Haven, ready to fire.

Haven cocked an eyebrow, glancing back at Natasha and using her ability to hold pressure on her wound. The redhead let out a breath of relief and silently thanked Haven with a nod.

Maria Hill stayed planted, her confused eyes wondering over Haven's form. Steve stuck his arm out, using it to lower Hill's weapon. "Woah, she's with us."

Pushing past the still cautious agent, Haven stood beside Natasha, taking Sam's place. "Lean back, " she said, allowing her ability to carry the wounded ally.

The five of them made their way into a strange-looking building, with water dripping down the walls and grass growing through the floors. "GSW. She's lost at least a pint." Hill shouted as they entered, a doctor running up.

"Maybe two," Haven added, the blood still managing to seep through her ability.

"Let me take her!" Yelled a doctor, but Hill shook her head.

"She'll want to see him first."

The group shared an expression, wanting to know who he was. The walk was fairly short and soon they were all standing in a makeshift hospital room.
