I slowly walk up the stairs I mean being 8 months pregnant is a workout all on it's own. I lightly hold my back as I get to the top hearing small laughs coming from our bedroom, I smile getting to the doorframe where I see a now 3 year old Maya sitting on the vanity table as Nick stood in front of her she laughs putting clips into his hair.
M: Dadddyy
Maya laughs as he tickles her. It was a perfect moment the two people I love most.
Y/n: I thought I told you to get her ready
I say chuckling as Nick turns looking at me smiling. I walk over to them shaking my head
N: I did look and then we were just joking around
He says grabbing my hand as Maya smiles
M: Mommy look what I did to Daddy
She says as I look at Nick's hair as he had a couple small clips on the side. We laugh he looks so cute.
Y/n: Aww he looks cute doesn't he
I ask looking at her as she continues giggling sweetly
N: Heyyy
He pretends to be hurt putting his hands on his hips
M: Mommy....
Maya calls as I look at her
Y/n: Yes Baby
I answer grabbing her tiny hands in mine
M: When um the baby coming
She asks as Nick and I look at each other smiling she's so precious. Ever since she find out she was going to be an older sister she has super excited. She asks this question every time she remembers it. I look at her smiling
N: Are you excited to meet your little sister??
Nick asks happily as Maya nods cheerfully making me chuckle. We found the gender a couple of months ago.
M: Yes, yes
She nods as we grin, I look at her smiling as she hugs me kissing my cheek she then rubs my stomach lightly kissing the top of it.
M: One for Mommy and one for baby sister. I wuv you
She says as kiss the top of her head
Y/n: Why thank you baby girl; I love you so much and I'm glad your excited to meet your sister
I say holding her hands as she nods cheerfully.
Y/n: So are you ready for your preschool party today
I ask as she smiles today was Maya's preschool orientation party, they usually host a small party for all the parents to get to meet the teacher and the children can get interactive with their peers
N: Ouu my baby girl's all grown up
Nick says as I look at him giggling. I put my hand on his shoulder as he glances over at me smiling, I do the same in return
Y/n: Nick relax its just preschool
I say by reassuring him
N: Yeah but then its kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school and before we know it she'll be moving out for college
He explains as I laugh
Y/n: It's okay Baby
I smile as he nods pecking my lips lightly
M: Come Momma we don't be late
She says as I look over at her she opens her arms as I help her down. She grabs my hand as we all start walking downstairs. Once we get into the car Nick starts driving to the preschool which was near our house.
After coming back to LA 2 years ago, Nick and I stayed with the guys for a bit. But as Maya was growing up Nick decided it would be easier for us to have our own place as a family. The guys are our neighbours and that makes it easy for Nick to work while Maya can be babysat by the guys if I'm at school.
Speaking of which I transferred to ULCA to finish my studies. Surprisingly near the last semester I found out I was pregnant Nick he gave me no pressure and respected my decisions to continue to finish my degree
I love him for everything. He truly does make me feel amazing. He has been super excited and he treats me amazingly. I know he's a great dad and I'm excited to have another amazing daughter.
I graduated a couple of months ago and now I was just taking some time off before the baby arrives.

We arrive to Maya's preschool and walk in finding her classroom. As we were getting in Maya pulls on Nick's shirt
M: Daddy....
She calls sounding a little afraid she always makes the cutest the voices. We stop halfway into the room as we look down at a concerned Maya, looking up at us. She was pouting her lips, lightly pulling on Nick's shirt.
Nick smiles glancing at me as he bends down to Maya height. He grabs her hands as she asks for a hug. Nick gives her a warm hug as I smile she grabs onto my hand. The one thing I found so surprising yet so sweet about Maya is how she shows equal amounts of love to both of us. She pulls back looking at us.
M: Mommy, Daddy I scared
Nick fixes her hair looking at her in a comforting way
N: Why baby what's wrong
He asks as she pouts her lips shrugging
Y/n: Maybe your just nervous about meeting all your new friends and teachers right??
I ask as she nods tightening her grip on my hand not wanting me to let go
M: Yeah Mommy, I nervous
She replies as I melt as her innocent face and voice
Y/n: Well don't be; trust me there gonna love to have you in their class and a beautiful princess like you whose so smart I'm sure everyone would wanna be your friend
I explain as Nick nods
N: Of course who wouldn't wanna be friends with my princess.
He adds as Maya's face lights up with joy
N: Do you think you're ready to go inside the classroom??
Nick asks as Maya takes a peak inside looking around at all the children. She looks back at us nodding
M: I ready
She replies
N: Great, do you wanna hold Daddy's hand or you want to me to hold you in my arms
She opens her arms wanting Nick to grab her. He lifts her up as she smiles
N: Better
Nick chuckles as she cheerfully smiles and we go inside.
