Luca's POV

Truly exhausting. Those are the words I would have used to describe the night so far. After I'd left Cyan at her doorstep I'd gone home to find Lea rushing around to get ready. I'd known then that resting was not going to be an option until much MUCH later tonight. I'd asked her where she was going and she told me her plans for the night which apparently included me too. After quickly checking my phone I see that Ethan had told me about going out tonight and although I would have said no, a quick question to my cousin let me know that Cyan was going. 

Even though this shouldn't influence my decision, it did.

A quick shower later, Lea had left to have dinner out somewhere and I am ready to sleep. I set an alarm for an hour later and take a nap and although it helped slightly,  I woke up hungry with no food to eat. After changing, I decided to grab something from the Diner before heading to the beach party. Id walked myself to the Diner and, after a quick chat with my dad, found out my mum already had something ready for me in the kitchen.

I walked into the Diner's kitchen and gave my mum a quick kiss before grabbing the food and seating myself outside in one of the empty booths. It was late so there weren't many people left eating inside. The sound of the doorbell had caught my attention as I ate and I had looked to see who had entered.

My eyes instantly locked on Cyan as she walked in with Lea, heals clicking on the ground. She was wearing a tiny sexy number in pink which almost made me choke on the bread I'd been swallowing. Her legs looked like they went on for days and her usually curly hair flowed straight down her back, almost as long as her dress. I'd never really thought she was the type to wear such a bright sexy outfit but there she was again, surprising me, and man did she look beautiful in it.  I adjusted uncomfortably as a feeling of dread washed through me. I knew It wasn't normal but I was fighting the urge to stalk over there and  cover her up. 

Or to drag Cyan home and.....I'd stopped myself from finishing that thought.

They'd both taken off their overly high shoes and had a brief conversation with my dad before leaving the Diner. I'd basically stuffed the rest of my food in my mouth and cleaned after myself in record time to try and follow them down. However, my dad had another thought in mind and I'd been stuck impatiently trying to get out of a conversation about my attitude over dinner last week. When I'd finally freed myself from my dad I rushed down to the beach and my search for Cyan had begun.

I'd caught sight of Ethan first and he had seemed frantic. He'd seen a message Lea had sent warning him that he was responsible for Lea and Cyan tonight which were both on a mission to get drunk. The urge to find her had increased, memories of the last party flashing in my mind along with Celia. We had both split up and agreed to text each other once we found them. Not long after, I receive a text and make my way to where Ethan had spotted them. On the way to them, Marie approaches me and tries to drag me out to dance. Although this was normal and I'd usually give in and we would end up at my place, I just wasn't in the mood. I had escaped quickly and made my way to find Ethan and Cyan. I'm relieved to find that Cyan and Lea are just dancing with other girls and take a second to myself before I approach Cyan slowly from behind.
