Maya was at the Matthews allowing Auggie and Gabriel to play since they haven't seen each other in ages.
The last month Maya has only seen the Matthews twice because of her crazy schedule and she has no idea how she would have survived everything if it was another situation.
The doorbell rings and Cory opens the door revealing his parents.
"Ah, here is the guest of honors," Cory
"Nonsense," Amy.
"Granny!" Gabriel said running to Amy.
"Gabe, how are ya Buddy?" Amy asked.
"Wow he grew up so fast," Alan said as he took his grandchild.
"Yeah, he did," Maya said as Gabriel was put down again.
"Who can that be?" Riley asked.
Coey opened the door revealing it to be the one person nobody expected.
Everyone looked at Josh with wide eyes while Maya looked carefully at her son.
"My brotha!" Josh said and Cory laughs.
"My brotha! Where have you been?" Cory said giving his brother a hug
"Joshua, welcome back," Amy said.
"Thank you, Mom. Hey Dad," Josh said.
"Yeah, welcome home, Son," Alan said.
"Riley, Topanga you guys look good. Where is Auggie?" Josh asked and the boy of ten came running out.
"Uncle Josh!" Auggie yelled.
"Hey Bud. Come here," Josh said giving his cousin a hug.
Riley moved over to Maya who just stood there with nothing much to say.
She didn't know what to say.
"Say something," Riley said.
"Just wait a second," Maya said as Gabriel moved forward.
"Gabe..."
"Leave him," Maya said.
"But..."
"Leave him," Maya firmly said as Gabriel stopped in his tracks.
"Mama?" Gabriel said and Maya looked at her son.
"Yeah, Baby? Hey, what's up?" Maya asked as she picked her son up noticing he was looking at Josh knowing it is his father.
"Wanna go to him? Let's go," Maya said as she moved towards Josh.
"Josh, I have someone for you to meet. This is your son, Gabriel. Gabe, this is your daddy," Maya said and Josh smiled at the two year old.
"Dadda?" Gabriel said and Maya smiled.
"Yeah. Wanna go to him?" Maya asked and Gabriel nodded.
"Okay. You got him?" Maya asked as she handed Gabriel over to Josh.
"Yeah I do. Hello, Buddy. Wow, you are big," Josh said trying to stay calm through the whole situation.
"What the hell is going..."
"Cory, be quiet. I don't want him to freak out. I'll explain later," Maya said.
"But..."
"I'll explain later," Maya firmly said.
