Riley was cast as Juliet.
And Lucas as Romeo.
Lucas+Romeo+Riley+Juliet= Awkward.
But anyhow, back to the story.
"Good luck" Lucas said softly to Riley.
Riley blushed bright pink.
"Break a leg." She responded.
Then, originally just as friends, they hugged. But the hug lasted longer than i think was originally intended. Like, seriously, all my matchmaking work had payed off. But I cant stop now. Both were smiling but the show was about to start. There hug broke up and Lucas had to be on stage. Riley walked over to me and we did our excited "eek" type thing while doing a sissy fight type of movement with our hands.
"Did you see that?!"
"Yep. How was it?"
"Amazing! Nothing like it."
"Wow. He seemed happy too."
"Really?"
"For sure."
Riley slid down and stared out the curtains to him. I took that as my cue to leave and take my seat.

When it was their final scene Riley was laying on this table like thing and Romeo was supposed to "kiss" Juliet. Lucas bent down to kiss her and then came another drawback to my plans.
Farkle.
He was supposed to be a guard, without any lines.
He stepped forward and stopped him in his tracks. Lucas and Riley looked a bit disappointed. But then again, I was in the second to last row. But I was determined to get those two together.
