Farkle jumped on to Mr. Matthews and wouldn't get off. I looked around at the chaos I created. What kind of monster did I create? "Ms. Hart you have detention for the next three weeks. The principal will decide if punishment goes further than that."
I had never heard him so stern before. I didn't know what to do. So I went into
the hallway like everyone else. Once the hallway was cleared, other than me and Riley, Mr. Matthews came out with Farkle still on his back.
"Riley, go take Farkle for a walk"
She left with Farkle. It was very awkward because Riley was now in trouble for not stopping me and it was just us.
"You know maya? I always thought friends were supposed to get friends out of trouble, not into it."
Right then and there, I just burst.
"I have no one at home to help
Me with my homework." I burst off about to cry. I know that isn't an excuse but it just made me so angry that I do stuff like that. But thats something Riley shouldn't have to be influenced by
