You've been staring at the horizon since the moment you set foot on the Dawn Treader. You've always been one to enjoy a good view, but the deep sighs that escape you have Caspian and the rest of the crew a bit worried. They've asked what's troubling you quite a few times already, but you're not really in the mood to burden them with your affliction. It worries them even more and you're very annoyed with yourself because of that.
The thing is, you don't want to be ungrateful. You're very thankful that they let you tag along with their voyage, it's just, you can't help but think that Edmund would've loved all of this. You simply can't do anything without thinking of him, it's frustrating really.
You sigh deeply, your eyes gazing over the blue depths of the sea. And then you see something- three figures moving about in the water, trying to get away from the ship. You exclaim 'man overboard' to the crew and without thinking jump in after Caspian and Drinian.
