Y/N: "So when are we battling again."

Marnie: "Oh right."

A couple of minutes later...

After the not so intense battle, Y/N was the winner since he kept on teasing Marnie throughout the battle which caused her to lose focus.

Marnie: "That was definitely foul play and you know it."

Y/N: "At least you enjoyed it."

The girl giggles, she was glad Y/N was by her side and was ready to tell him she loved him in the middle of the beautiful forest that they were in.

Y/N: "I won, remember?"

Marnie: "Oh 'bout that..."

Y/N: "Don't back out on me now."

Marnie: "Well, didn't you say you would take me somewhere after the battle."

Y/N: "We're already here."

His hand points to a cabin that was a couple of steps away.

Y/N: "We'll do it here."

Marnie: "D-D-Do what?"

Marnie got flustered yet again, her face completely red.

Y/N: "Nothing bad, relax. What are you thinking about?"

Marnie used her sleeves to cover her face again, squatting down in the progress.

Marnie: "I-I hate you...."

She stands back up, takes a deep breath and softly punches Y/N's arm, causing him to laugh.

Y/N: "Let's go."

They both walk in the small cabin, and like its name depicts, it was small. One bathroom, one bedroom, the kitchen and a living room.

Marnie: "This is...really nice."

Marnie was taken aback by the fact that you somehow managed to get such a cozy cabin.

Marnie: "How did you get this."

Y/N: "A friend of mine gifted it to me, said that it would be a nice place for me to spend time here alone."

Y/N looks around the place then back at Marnie.

Y/N: "But I brought you here because I want to spend some time here with you."

Y/N gets closer to Marnie and he smiles.

Y/N: "And I did win that battle."

Marnie giggles and looks at Y/N.

Marnie: "You could've just asked me, y'know."

Marnie couldn't stop blushing, she went up to Y/N and burrowed her head on his chest to hide her embarrassment. He embraces her.

Marnie: "You're a dummy."

Y/N: "But can I be your dummy?"

Marnie looks up at Y/N.

Y/N: That was a dumb way of saying it."

Marnie: "I like you."

Y/N: "That was better."

Y/N soon realizes that he's a dumbass.

Y/N: "Oh you do?"

Marnie: "Isn't that what you were implying when—"

Y/N: "Wait."

Silence fills the room.

Y/N: "I like you. A lot."

Marnie's blush returns, stronger than ever.

Y/N: "Now that was more simple. And now I know you like me too. That's great—"

Y/N gets cut off by Marnie kissing him. Y/N responds by holding her legs and carrying her to the couch. He lays her there, still kissing her. They kept on kissing each until lack of oxygen separated them.

Y/N: "That was good."

Marnie was still panting, her face red from the kissing and drooling a little.

Marnie: "Thank you."

Y/N: "For?"

Marnie: "Acceptin' my feelings, which makes us a couple..."

Marnie, still lost in her companion's eyes, raised her hand and placed it on his head. She then slowly moved her hand down to his cheek, then moved to his chin and up to his mouth and starts caressing it. She then proceeds to giggle.

Marnie: "You alright?"

Y/N: "Just got lost in your eyes, that's all."

The girl blushes again and covers her face with her hands.

Y/N: "You'll get used to it."
