Imagine: Trying to drive far away from Kansas after you and Dean have a big fight

**************************************

I was heading toward California, driving faster than I should be. I was already out of Kansas according to the GPS on my phone. I looked at it then back at the road. My phone rang, making that the fifth time in the last three hours. I sighed, grabbing it angrily and looking at the caller ID. It changed from Dean to Sam. I hesitated before answering.

"Sam," I said, not sure what to say. "What's going on?"

"Y/N, listen to me," Sam said, and I rolled my eyes.

     "Bye, Sam," I tried.

"Wait, no, no, no, no," He said, and I stopped. "Don't hang up. Please, just hear me out."

"I'm already three hours away, in Nebraska," I said. "Something's wrong with my family, Sam. I'm going to Sacramento, I'm not coming back."

"Y/N, there's something we haven't told you," He told me, and I furrowed my eyebrows. "It's best if you aren't on your own right now."

"What haven't you told me?" I asked, curious now.

"...Listen to me," Sam said. "What we did, it was because you got hurt, and the doctors didn't know what to do."

"What are you talking about?" I said, confused.

"Months ago, me, Dean, Jody, and Claire got in an accident on a hunt," Sam started to explain. "It was demons, a lot of them. Claire was about to get killed before you stepped in. But you took her place, and you were...Y/N, you didn't make it."

My heart just about stopped. As I took that in, I could barely focus on the road. He kept going, ignoring my silence.

"So we made a deal," He said, and I got frustrated. "A demon offered to take over and save your life. But only if we gave away the Colt."

"So you've been lying to me," I said, shouting through the phone. "You told me the Colt was stolen!"

     "Y/N-" Sam said.

"So, what, there's some freak demon inside me?!" I said.

"She tricked us," Sam said. "She basically locked herself inside you, and she's been taking over on occasion. We're trying to find a way to help you, that's why we've been keeping you so close to us for months. Y/N, you have to underst-"

Sam was cut off. Dean took the phone.

"Y/N, we don't have time for this," Dean said seriously. "The other demons, they're after you and the demon inside you. You're in danger, you understand?!"

"Dean, if my family is being pulled into this, I swear," I said. "I'll never forgive you."

"Y/N, please," Dean said. "Just come back to the bunker and we can talk-"

He didn't have enough time to finish his sentence before a semitruck rushed up behind me out of nowhere, and slammed into me with full force. I bashed my head on the windshield and my ribs on the wheel, and I bounced back and hit my seat hard. My phone flew out of my hand and I'm sure they heard everything, the loud thuds, the smashing of glass. The car went down the hill off the road, making me hit my injured head once more. I slid into the ditch, and everything went still.

I tried to catch my breath, realizing how hard to breathe it was. I finally opened my eyes, groaning at the excruciating pain in my entire body. I reached over with my mostly good arm and grabbed my angel blade from my bag as I saw two people approaching my car. I knew they were demons after seeing how calm they were, and hearing Sam and Dean's story.

The woman opened my broken door and grabbed me by the collar of my shirt, pulling me out of the car. I looked her in the eye with blood running down my face. Her eyes went black, along with the man behind her. She grinned as I struggled.

"Well, I see Little Miss Hide Away is still here," She smiled cruelly. "Staying inside this pathetic vessel. Oh, Kathy. We can't wait to torture the Hell out of you."

"It's not Kathy," I groaned out, lifting my hand and stabbing her with the angel blade.

She died, and dropped down in the grass, almost taking me with her. I fought my best and killed the other demon too. I looked at the bodies, dropping my blade and falling, being unconscious before hitting the ground.
