Once again I have nothing else to talk about other then you guys being amazing, so you can just read this chapter.

(Midoriya's POV)

We're all sitting in class now. It's Friday, a few days after the...incident... Everyone is trying to pretend it's normal, and for the most part it is, but I can tell something is up. Not with me or the class, but with Shouto. He looks more tense then usual, and right now, like the rest of the week, he seems so unfocused. I can tell Shouto is nervous, or maybe hiding something. I realize I'm spacing out while looking at Shouto, who's just glaring out the window, when Aizawa taps his ruler on the desk. "Stop looking at Todoroki and focus on the lesson!" Aizawa-Sensei yells at me, making me the center of attention. "Y-Yes, sir!" I stutter out of embarrassment. I hear a few giggles around the classroom, and my face turns red. "Quiet down everyone." Aizawa snaps, and the classes' attention goes back to him. I take one last look at Todoroki, who is smirking at me. I quickly turn back to the lesson, trying to focus, but I can't stop thinking about the dull look in his eyes when he looked at me.

~Time Skip~

I get up like the rest of the class after hearing the lunch bell. "Midoriya! Can you sit with us at Lunch today? We wanna talk about the amusement park!" Kirishima called to me while gesturing to Kacchan. "Um..." I start, looking over to Shouto. He was still sitting down and glaring out the window. "Do you think we could do it after school? I have some...issues...to deal with." I say, pointing my thumb back to where Shouto is sitting. Kirishima nodded, understanding what I meant. He and Bakugo, along with the rest of the class, left the room. I quickly walk up to Shouto's desk, pulling out my bento box. I gently shake his shoulder. "Sho, it's lunch time." I say. He jumped slightly, making me chuckle. "Oh, it's just you." Shouto smiles, sighing in relief. "Of course it is! Anyways, I was wondering if you wanted to eat outside today...alone." I say slowly. Shouto gives me a questioning look, but then smirks. "We're gonna be alone, are we?" I turn red at his question, but quickly shake off the embarrassment. "Sho! I'm serious!" I pout, making him giggle. "Alright, Alright. Let's go." Shouto says while standing up. "We can just share mine, I'm not that hungry anyway." I say as he makes a move to get his lunch. "Are you sure?" He asks, smiling lightly. "100 percent." I smile up at him. He thanks me and takes my hand. We start walking to the the bench outside, right underneath the cherry tree, making small talk along the way. Once we get there, I notice his used to be tensed shoulders were less tense and his face wasn't twisted into a scowl. Only a relaxed smile. I smile, knowing that I changed his mood. I sit down, opening the box, and start eating. Midway through eating my white rice, I notice Shouto staring at me with a goofy grin on his face. "What?" I ask him. "You've got some rice on you face." Shouto snorts. I blush madly and Shouto laughs, reaching out his hand to wipe it off my cheek. When his hand comes in contact with my face, my eyes widen. His hand is... cold? He usually only uses his ice quirk in battle, when it's hot out, or when he keeps his feelings hidden inside and it goes out of control. It's not even that hot out today, so unless he is challenging me to a duel, which I highly doubt, somethings wrong. I push his hand away from my cheek quickly, and Shouto gives me a confusing look. "Is there something wrong Izuku?" Shouto asks with concern layering his voice. "Yes. Shouto, calm down and tell me what's wrong." I demand, looking him straight in the eyes. "W-What do you mean?" Shouto stutters. Now I know something is definitely wrong. "I'm not stupid, Sho. You're keeping your feelings compressed inside, and that's not healthy. So, as your boyfriend I want to know what is wrong." I say bluntly. Shouto sighs, looks away from me, then looks back at me. "You're right. And as your boyfriend I would hate to have you worry about me anymore." Shouto's eyes well with tears as he finishes his sentence. I rush over to his side and hug him. "It's okay Sho, you're okay. I just want to know what's wrong so I can help you, alright?" I comfort him as some tears fall down his face. Shouto nods slowly.  I reach my hands up and start wiping away his tears. "Don't cry Sho, I don't like seeing you sad." I smile at him. He nods again, then leans his head on my shoulder. We stay like this for a while, listening to the birds chirp and the wind blow.

(3rd POV)

"You promise you won't hate me?" Shouto speaks up, his head still on Izuku's shoulder. "I could never hate you Shouto." The smaller one reassures him. Sho sighs once more, but then starts talking. "I've been thinking strange things, Izuku. Things only a villain would think." Shouto says. Izuku's eyes widen. "L-Like what things Shouto?" Izuku stammers, slightly afraid of the answer. "Well, when I dropped you off that one night at your home, I was walking back and had a sudden urge to...harm someone." Shouto finishes with a look of guilt on his face. It look a few moments of silence, but then Izuku spoke. "Have...you ever actually-" "No! No, I would never kill someone...unless it comes to you." Shouto says that last part to himself, but Midoriya definitely heard it. "Y-You'd k-kill someone...for me?" Izuku looks at his boyfriend with wide eyes. "Well, I want to say I wouldn't...but with this new...energy, I guess, I feel like if anyone would lay a finger on you I would kill them un an instant. That's at least what I thought when that 2nd year asshole kicked you." Shouto said, looking down at the floor. "So...you've thought of killing someone. Maybe it's just a sense of protection, and after you dropped me off you could've been at at an extra sense of protection since you just had your dad beating the shit out of you." Izuku said reasonably, now out of his state of shock. "Maybe. But this feeling of killing...almost feels like my father's energy." Shouto says as tears threaten to escape his eyes once again.  "I-I don't w-wanna b-be like m-my father, I-Izuku. I w-want to l-love y-you for you, n-not your p-power." Shouto sobbed into the shorter male's chest. Izuku was slightly taken aback by his boyfriend's outburst, but he still comforted him neverthelessess. "Sho, you're nothing like your father. Even if you think that one day you might end up like him, I know you won't." Izuku says to the taller boy, looking
directly at him. "But, w-what if I lose c-control one d-day! What w-will h-happen if I....h-hurt you." Todoroki cries. The tips of the grass starting to frost over. "Shouto! Calm yourself. You will never, ever, ever be like you father. Do you know why?" Izuku asks softly. Todoroki looks at the green eyed boy and shakes his head lightly, tears streaming down his face. "Because this love isn't one sided. Endeavor only used your mom for her power and beauty, not because he loved her. In this case, I love you, and I'm pretty sure you love me back. That means that we will have our ups and downs, but we will still have love to hold on to." Izuku smiles warmly at his boyfriend. "Y-You're right. And I could never hurt you and that adorable face of yours." Shouto chuckles lightly at the boy next to him. "Aww, and I would never hurt you, with those beautiful mysterious eyes of yours."  Izuku joked, but he still meant every word. Izuku really would never hurt his boyfriend, even if it meant getting hurt himself. The two boys joked and complimented each other, all the while eating their lunch. "Sho! I don't think one lunch was enough for both of us." Izuku complains. "Really?" Shouto questions, his mouth still filled with food. "You want the rest of mine then?" Shouto stuck his tounge out, on it was a chewed up sushi roll. "Ewww! I'll have to pass." Izuku laughed. Shouto swallows his food and laughs with the shorter boy, until the bell indicating lunch is over rings. The two boys clean up their small mess they've made and leave to go to their next class, both in a better mood then before.
